I am rejecting this response because: I called the *** ** store and they said this mirror is not available anywhere on the east coast nor could they order it. I asked if *** is pulling some magic to get it will they hold it until possibly July when I am down in the area again. She said *** would need to talk with the store manager. I talked via chat to Pier 1's 1-number and they confirmed too the mirror is not available and do not know why *** responded the way she did. *** left a message on my home phone number too the mirror is not available and she was going to send me an email about that and the matching one I bought. I never received an email but she did not have it either I don't think. For her, the email is ***. So, for her to say good news the mirror is available, nobody can help me nor do they know how she is getting this mirror. Perhaps she can shed some insight.Regards,*** ***

We are unable to document that the customer actually received a damaged piece and she is stating that she disposed of it before we could obtain any picturesAt this time, we aren’t able to offer a refund or further assistance

confirm the application was never submitted or processed with ADSWe

confirmed with Store 0595, Manager *** that her information was supposed to
be processed by Associate *** who may have entered an incorrect number or name
in the computerIf the customer’s information was not presented back to the
customer it would have been shredded I have also partnered with the Store
0595, in the original complaint, and they have agreed to honor the 10% on the
purchase the customer made the day she applied for the cardThe customer can
bring her receipt into the store and they will honor the price adjustment for
the customer We have attempted to call the
customer times and left a voicemail each timeWe have been

I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting for something promised. I bought the matching mirror awhile back and have no use for it now. Possibly I can return it but do not have a receipt. Very unhappy with Pier and their customer service. Each rep has a different answer. Mirror should never have been made available when it was not.Regards,
