I am rejecting this response because:  NO one "reached" out to me.  I called and the Customer Service...

rep. was very helpful and even tried to enter my order himself but the same error number occurred indicating an "inactive" account.  I HAVE a very active account with a balance and current payments.  They manage to find me when Payment is due!  I was then transferred to the credit Dept. where I was told that my card IS active and current.  She was helpful as well but because the two "sides" don't communicate or share a system, they can't help me.  I was told to try to submit the order again because I may have "tried too many times and was locked out".  I tried yet again, 48 or so hours later as told, and received the same error message.  So, I can't order because my card is "Inactive" and yet my card is active but the two sides (ordering vs. credit) don't communicate.  I have no idea what to do next!

service. After the original item is picked up, a Home Office Check for the

 I would like the mirror, item item: 3133732 shipped to an address I have a home at in NC or available to pick up at the [redacted] next week when I am down there.   Each communication with Pier 1 had different responses.   First rep when it was on sale said no problem, order it, and we will ship free.   second rep said no, $160 shipping cost and not available.   Filed complaint.   Someone from Pier 1 called while I was in a doctors office and we talked briefly.   She admitted she can order it then can't then can and will look into it and call me back.   This was mid March.     Never heard a thing after it other than the Revdex.com got a response from Pier 1 to close the case this is resolved.   It is not.   I have this mirror in the smaller version for my bathroom and want the full length to match.    Don't understand the bouncing around and each time I send this someone else has the complaint.
