Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never even test drove the car I was looking atDon't you think I would of test drove the car if I really wanted to buy it? I also received an email asking how my test drove wentWhich furthers my suspicions of a cover up because of wrongdoingYou need a signature to run a credit periodAll I want is the hard inquiries removed why is this so hard to do? If it wasn't for my text messages between [redacted] and I, I would have had a lawsuit I aleady talked to a lawyerYou guys got really lucky and if you truly care you would help me out Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have no truck! Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This comment just proves my point about your businessPlease don't take responsibility for anything it's definitely my faultNot to mention how I was treated by your employeesGross! As well, my car has not had any issues with my clutch since I went into your facility even though no one cared to look into the issue or DRIVE THE CARI was worried and wanted it looked into for my safetyI also took it to an actual mechanic who drove the car and told me your estimate of was ***He said the car was fine and asking someone to recreate a problem was RIDICULOUSI am still planning on getting rid of my Spark b/c I loathe the car mostly because it gives advertisement for the Chevy establishment but don't worry I had the pine belt emblem removed from the carYou should also note I took my car to Kia in freehold just to see what they would say and they offered me $for my car saying it only needed a bumper replaced and that was very easy to fixA simple google search will tell you that a bumper costs nothing and insurance companies give ridiculous estimates to cover laborKia also never made me feel dehumanized for my credit score, isn't your job to provide customer service and sell cars? That's not the vibe I gotThank you though, I will post this Revdex.com complaint up on my company billboard which has a employees in Lakewood NJOthers should be warned of your shady business practices and accusatory assumptionsFunny, that you have nothing to say about your own employees saying your service center is awful

***, My name is [redacted] , E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt I've looked into your issue extensively with both the managers as well as the VP and while I certainly understand your frustrations we feel that we've already done all that we can to appease the situation We have addresses every issue in the time we originally expressed to you that we would and feel that no "further compensation" is due at this point Sincerely, [redacted]

***,Again, you clearly stated that you were informed of the additional fees that you were paying In speaking to both Frank and David I was assured that you were informed of these fees DURING YOUR PURCHASE You also signed several pieces of documentation that showed the entire cost of the vehicle more than once Being as diligent a person as you seem to be I have to believe you would not/did not sign these documents without reviewing them first That is the exact reason you sign more than one document with regard to your pricing As I said previously, I can understand you not being happy with these fees, but I find your accusation of us trying to hide these unfounded. Thanks

I went to pine belt today to purchase my leased vehicle with in the first 10 mins there the salesman SAM gives me some numbers on what it will cost to buy the vehicle without running my credit (how do you do that) after I told him the numbers dont sound right we went back and forth after running my credit he came back with a lower number but it still did not compare to my car buying calculator app but since I was not in the mood I agreed during the finance process they rushed me though telling me I got a warranty with the car I got this that bla bla bla so im like great ... its my fault for not seeing they added 2300 to my loan for the warranty that they made it seem it was free... I knew something was not right but it my fault BUT THAT WAS NOT RIGHT HOW THEY HANDLED THIS BUYER BEWARE

The engine jumps and car lurches when I step on the gas This has been happening for the past few years I have notified the dealership and brought the car in It was repaired "for the same issue" in but the jumping and lurching didn't stop after the repair The dealer has now "identified" an issue causing this and they are recommending a repair I questioned why the issue has continued for so long but they claim to have no record of any previous complains for this issue, which is not correct
I believe there is an underlying issue causing the majority of needed reapirs that has never been addressed and I believe the dealership is lying about not having records of complaints about the issue going back, at least, years
I also believe the dealer is lying about the under-lying problem with the car and passing off costly repairs to me I would like to have this investigated

I am rejecting this response because: It's not what was promised to me The ad was emailed to me around 3/15/Nothing indicated whether it was a lease or a finance and your own Mr*** indicated in the email attached it was for leases I just want what was promised and why I purchased the vehicle I would not have purchased the vehicle under the terms that have occurred Also what was the full price of the vehicle, because the ads indicate a low payment structure of $for the Equinox and I'm paying around $ Why is this payment more then doubled??

Firstly let me apologize for the issues you've had, anytime a customer is less than 100% satisfied we take it personally. My name is *** ***, E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt Enterprises, Inc. Unfortunately however, though I certainly empathize with your
situation, I simply can not find fault in anything that we have done based upon both your complaint and my speaking with our personnel. The reason we told you to hold off on the clutch diagnosis is twofold. Firstly, we could not duplicate the issue when you came in. Secondly, the diagnosis of a clutch requires several labor hours to be charged to properly diagnose. Please understand that our service department generates revenue by fixing vehicles...not refusing to fix vehicles. Pine Belt is not nor will it ever be the type of dealer that will suggest or perform work that is not deemed necessary simply to "make a buck." When we were unable to duplicate the issue we felt it unethical to suggest such a costly diagnosis. I believe that is the correct way to run our business and hope/believe that our loyal customers appreciate our honesty and business ethics. I am certain there are dealers out there that would have suggested you perform an expensive diagnosis without being able to duplicate the issue but again Pine Belt will simply not engage in those practices. I can absolutely see that the fact that the clutch is not covered under your warranty is frustrating but this is not a Pine Belt decision...this is the manufacturer's call based upon the clutch being a wear and tear item. This is not unique to Chevrolet or General Motors...there is NO manufacturer or aftermarket warranty available anywhere on any vehicle that covers a clutch. Your next issue was with regard to your trade value. You claim KBB listed the market value of your vehicle at $in fair condition and we only offered you $5000. Please understand that "fair" condition according to KBB DOES NOT mean that your vehicle has $in damage from an accident or needs a new $clutch as you state in your complaint. By that math we should have offered you $less $for the accident you never fixed less another $for the clutch...which would have brought our offer down to $2100! The fact that we offered MUCH more than the vehicle is worth quite ***ly tells me we were doing EVERYTHING possible to assist you in trading out. Your credit was the issue...not our sales associates nor our offer ***. Again, I appreciate your frustration but when you look at the situation in it's entirety I hope you can view Pine Belt in a much different light. You can feel free to reach out to me directly at anytime at *** or by phone at *** *** ***

Nothing from my original response has changedThe consumer was advised by many managers of the details of the programWe will not be making any payments for him

My name is *** ***, E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt. We discussed this issue previously and thought we came to an understanding. I have also been told that we did contact GM and cleared up the issue with the rewards points. If this is not the case please let me know and I'll
be happy to do all I can to assist you

Matthew,The only thing more ridiculous than your complaint was the way you acted on the phone yesterday. I am Joseph Pagano, E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt Enterprises, Inc. I was one of the gentlemen you were completely rude and utterly classless with. When I asked for your full
name so that I can search our system to remove your contact information you refused to spell your last name. I told you I could search by *** * and when I did I told you there are *** *s in our system to which you replied by calling me a "*** *** ***" whereupon I hung up and disconnected the call. The gentlemen you called back was Rick Magliacane. He also offered to remove you from our system to which you replied by telling him to "** *** *** *** ***." I hope you are proud of that seeing as how Rick is a sixty-nine year old VETERAN of our military.Revdex.com...if you would like I can and would be more than happy to forward the recording of the inbound call so you can listen for yourself at what a classless and rude individual this is. Matthew will never be contacted by Pine Belt again...AND WE ASK HE NEVER CONTACTS PINE BELT AGAIN to verbally abuse and harass our employees. Thanks

I apologize sincerely for this situation. My name is *** ***, E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt. Anything less than an incredible purchase experience is taken extremely seriously here at customer satisfaction is our absolute top priority. Unfortunately motor vehicle charges
are always estimates until we get the exact figures back from motor vehicles themselves. Every customer signs a document to this affect that states that the charges are estimated. If you would like I can fax or email the document that you signed showing that we made you aware of this. My apologies for any confusion and for the lack of response from management this weekend...that is unacceptable as far as I am concerned and these complaints will not fall upon deaf ears. I thank you for bringing this to our attention and hope I have cleared up any lingering confusion. If you would like to discuss this further please feel free to contact me at *** *** *** or via email at ***

***,
My name is Joseph P***, E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt. I am very sorry to hear that your visit did not go better. However, we do not claim "no money down." We do guarantee credit approval because with the proper down payment, proof of residence, proof of
insurance, and a valid driver's license NO ONE is turned down and all are approved. Whether or not a client is willing or able to take advantage of their approval is up to them. Your loan was in fact approved but was unfortunately approved at parameters you are unable to meet or not satisfied with which is certainly your call...but does not change the fact that your approval and our program is valid. As far as the gift card...they are always processed the day after the appointment...which was yesterday. You will receive yours today via email. If there is anything else we can help you with please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### Ext***

***,My name is *** ***, E-Commerce Director at Pine Belt. I've looked over this situation and while I understand your concerns I do not see any wrong doing by *** nor ***. Perhaps your memory is not serving you, but authorized a credit application verbally. How else could
we have possibly secured the information to run your credit without having collected that information from you ***? The soft pulls you referenced were in regard to your initial visit on a pre-owned vehicle. When *** offered to look into securing 0% financing on a new vehicle, to which you agreed and provided your information via phone, your credit was then run in an effort to get you the financing that you were hoping we could get for you. Beyond that *** there is unfortunately no way for us to remove a credit inquiry from your report. If you have any further questions I would be happy to discuss this further. You can reach me any time at *** *** *** or via email at ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
You're company sent email promised no payments until summer when vehicle was purchased in MarchThat was my main reason for purchasing and I inquired about what the payments would be immediately after Your own sales and internet manager (as was previously attached) even indicated that program was for leases which I have It's not my fault you don't want to live up to what you promised I need to speak to the owner of Pine Belt to finish out this conversation otherwise I'll be forced to move forward with proceeding towards a lawsuit for advertisement with my attorney All I've ever asked is to live up to what you promised in your own email and was confirmed by your employees I've sent repeated requests for a higher up to call me directly and haven't received a phone call or email in response Please advise, do you intend on living up to what your promotion stated or not? If not I'd like to return my vehicle and the down payment I put on the car I purchased the vehicle with the understanding I'd have no payments until July 2014, Pine Belt didn't live up to their own promotion

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I bought my Chevy Spark in October from Pine Belt from ***, he was great provided me w a good experienceThe car, however; I never loved and I hastily purchased it which was a mistakeIn April 2014, months after purchasing the car I was rear-ended and my car was damagedI did not get it repaired as it was not my fault, the driver left the accident and I didn't want to cover the deductible for the damage I had assessedIts only body damage and I honestly didn't care I didn't get hurtFast forward to April 2016, my car now has 30-35k miles on itI have been driving manual transmission vehicles, this one included, for over yearsI started commuting farther and I noticed some issues with my clutch, it was jerking into first and second, stuttering grinding but only after the car had been operating for over an hour or moreI took the car to Chevy service center in April and had the worst customer service of my lifeI am customer service manager and I have been
