The dealership is holding a buyout check in the amount of 11,there is no communication on when it can be released two weeks after the deal

On April 15, 2016, I contact the Pine Belt Chevy and spoke with Sales Manager David K*** about coming in to help my granddaughter (*** ***) purchase a vehicleMrK*** told me that I would get a $referral bonus and that if I brought my granddaughter in on that exact day that we would get an extra $Well after the sale was made, I asked about the $and MrK*** then proceed to tell "Oh this purchase doesn't qualify for that program" and I said well you never told me about a program and promised that we would receive that moneyThen MrK*** proceeded to tell me that he would take care of me and that I would get my referral bonus in a couple weeksWell, a month went by and I received nothing in the mail so I contact my Sales Associate Russel F* via phone and he said he would get back to me and some people were on vacationAfter two weeks of not receiving a callback or anything in the mail, I went back to the dealership and spoke with MrK***Once again he st

I need help I had purchased a Silverado from Pine Belt Chevrolet of Lakewood NJ in August of We were recently mailed a recall notice for a bolt on the brake and I know we only have months for our free oil changes so I told the service department of Pine Belt to do a oil change even with the truck ONLY having 2,miles on it I figured get it done while its there Well while it was there they dropped it ft in the air off the lift This was on 4/ As of yesterday 4/I still have not heard anything about our truck, like if it's totaled or are they going to try and fix it I told the service manager that even if they try to fix it, I did not want that truck back I gave them a new truck that did not need X amount of work and that's what I want back If they can find me a same exact thing that is what I want I had not heard anything in a week so yesterday I sent a message to Pine Belt's Vice President Ken M and min later I did receive a phone cal

I am rejecting this response because: I should not have had to go to the extent and retain and pay for a lawyer to get satisfactionOnly after, did I get results once my attorney was involved. Even after my attorney was involved I had to deal with going to the dealership several times to pick up a check that was not there only to find out the Vp My counsel was dealing with had a check for another Case that was not related to mine.I feel I Had to settle for a less than perfect new vehicle< the truck had spatters of compound that caused dull spots on multiple areas of the truck, that the dealership did take care of that issue im sure by sending to a professional detailer to compound outNew vehicles should not have to have excessive compound jobs Overall the dull spots did come out fine< the other issue : there was clearly body work done on a small dent on the back that I can see and feel. It is very minor but the fact that not an offer to give back a credit for me having to settle for this is not right. New vehicles should not have body work done on them< and if so, a discount should be offered if the imperfection is something the new owner can live with.At this point with all the aggravation of settling for a less than perfect new truck and having to spend money on retaining a lawyer< I think there should at least be an offer to compensate me for all I had to deal with

I went to pine belt today to purchase my leased vehicle with in the first mins there the salesman SAM gives me some numbers on what it will cost to buy the vehicle without running my credit (how do you do that)
after I told him the numbers dont sound right we went back and forth after running my credit he came back with a lower number but it still did not compare to my car buying calculator app but since I was not in the mood I agreed during the finance process they rushed me though telling me I got
a warranty with the car I got this that bla bla bla so im like great its my fault for not seeing they added to my loan for the warranty that they
made it seem it was freei knew something was not right but it my fault

Ahmed the car salesman who sold me my certified pre owned Jeep Compass told me that he was going to have the company repair a problem with my front Driver side fog light after I told him it appeared to have been broken and I did not notice it until I took it home because I purchased the car during the night and it was too dark to see the issueHe stated that he was going to have the service department called me to schedule an appointment to have it taken care ofI asked him if it was going to count as my one free service repair that is in my contract he said no you don't lose your free repair he said that he will put it in as a "We owe" I received a call from the service department and I scheduled an appointment The first appointment had to be rescheduled because the body work guys were not working on the weekend when my appointment was scheduled for So I rescheduled the appointment for a day that the body repair worker would be there, The car was inspected and the person who

They stated on phone no money down,and no credit.When I got there the bank representative was very arrogant and stated it would require a down payment when the ad said no down payment.Also they stated I would receive a gift card for test driving a car but I did not receive the card.Very unpleasant experience

After agreement of a price on a lease, it was taken back hours laterHow can you give a confirmation without speaking to the bank

The issue is not with Pine Belt but with the extended warranty company - they are refusing coverage because they are saying that the customer is using the vehicle for commercial purposesWhen the warranty was sold it was disclosed that "if" the vehicle was going to be used for commercial
purposes we can't sell you a warrantyWe advised by the customer at time of sale that he wasn't going to use it commerciallyThe van has a rack built into it by a previous customer - as a result the warranty company denied the claimThe bank - *** - was made aware and actually reimbursed the customer $plus reduced his payment schedule by one payment as a concession to himUnfortunately there is nothing the dealership can do bove what the bank has already done.Kenny M***

Ayo, a salesperson told me not to worry about the inquiries on your credit because we pull your credit in a soft way and it won't affect your creditIndeed, they ran my credit times and they ruined my credit for years!!!
