When I was weeks pregnant we were finally able to go house hunting and try to find a house before baby arrived! Of course house hunting at that stage in pregnancy is not easy or quick! Our home was in the market with a different realtor and we had no success selling it. The downfall for our home was the backyard was too small. We used Pink Realty to sell our house and buy a new one. Selling our house was a new experience for us, and was a pretty stressful one. They helped us make sure our home was at its best in order to sell. There was some confusion as to who does what in the office, but overall they were helpful. We aren't as happy with the closing as we would have liked to be. As far as buying a house, that was also exciting and stressful, our realtor showed us a lot of houses!
