Pink was amazing! Diana was our realtor and she was always readily available to show us houses! She was very knowledgeable and wonderful to meet with during this process. it was a very smooth process and honestly I had heard so much about how buying a home can be so stressful but I wasn't stressed with Pink!

I was so scared to sell my first home that I had for over five years. Not only was it my first home I have sold myself, but I was also in a completely different state for work. I had no idea where to start. My husband had noticed a "Pink Realty" sign in the neighborhood and suggested we called them. When I called the whole staff was so friendly, responsive and understanding. We not only had someone to the house within a couple of days to look at it, but they also three way conferenced me so I could be involved in the process. We were informed what exactly we needed to do to get the house for sale. We listed the house a bit later than suggested, so we could make sure everything was perfect. When we listed the house, we had over ten showings in a two day period and multiple offers within 24hours. Pink was able to send me the paperwork overnighted to sign, and everything was completed long distance. It was the smoothest process we have EVER been through. It was honestly harder to rent

Im in the Army and if you have ever served then you know you move a lot. Ive went through 3 reality companies before finally talking Pink. With the other companies I would have minimum showings and little effort to help sell my house. When Pink came to me they said they were "aggressive" sellers and that they could sell my house. I was impressed with the setup and the amount of showings, just in the first week. Pink doesn't hope they can sell your house, they actually work for it. They deserve your business!
