From the time we went into their office to discuss the possibility of selling our home with Pink realty, to the closing of our sale, was less than 3 months! All of our questions and concerns were met with quick and pertinent responses. It was very comforting to know that we had a team working to help us get our house sold, and you can't argue with the results.

I listed a property in Colorado Springs, Colorado with Monica [redacted] and Pink Realty. Due to a family emergency, I had to relocate out of state quickly and with little planning. Monica and Pink Realty were chosen to market and facilitate the short sale on recommendations from coworkers and friends. I was very pleased with the understanding and help given. I would most certainly use again and would be happy to recommend Monica and Pink Realty.

The pink team has been great to work with. They have made the process of selling my home so smooth and not stressful. They were always willing to take the time to answer questions, no matter how little the question or problem was they were always there and willing to help. They had our best interests in mind when negotiating with buyers. They even helped us find a roofer and made the call for us and took care of that whole process which took a lot off of my plate during the closing process. If you are looking for an honest realtor who goes above and beyond for their clients then the Pink Team is right for you.

They took their time to explain everything to us and were more than willing to assist in every step of the way. We never felt rushed, pressured, or that we were just a number to them. They made us feel like we were important and that our needs and concerns mattered.

I very much enjoyed working with The Pink Team to sell our town home! When we first met with them they had so much knowledge and were so friendly. We put our house on the market and they had people looking at it that same day with more then one offer within the first few days and we were under contract in no time! They did everything for us. They called if they had questions, emailed all the documents to us so we didn't have to go into the office ever and replied to our questions very quickly if we emailed them. Calling was r quicker but I like emailing so I have it saved and can go back and look if I forget what they said. I would most definitely recommend Pink Realty to anyone looking to sell! They are quick, friendly, and professional.

I have taken a few months to decide if I wanted to post this review, and I feel it is appropriate.
I bought a home through this company and I did not receive the appropriate level of customer service. The entire process with the second Realtor proved she was not looking out for my best interest. I have bought a home before so I know what good customer service is. She was only looking out for her to make a sale and did not have my best interest in mind. She offered to get a crack fixed, through a business man that quoted me at a much higher price than he did to another customer. Every thing that I wanted to be completed was not when it was agreed. It wasn't until after the fact. I was promised in words that I would get reimbursed for things, only for me to be ignored later. Later, I spoke with the Owner, and she brushed me off as well. Business should combine the concept of making money and keeping long-term customers. Be very cautious with doing business with this company.

We were so happy with the results of selling our home because of Pink Realty! They helped us through the whole process by providing an awesome stager, photographer, and keeping in constant communication with us. Our home was sold in a couple weeks because of their hard work and dedication. We wouldn't have changed a thing!
