We drove into Colorado Springs and only had one week in the area to find a house and [redacted] dedicated every day to us and provided us with a fast turnaround on questions, quotes, average prices in the area etc. She was very knowledgeable on the city, school districts, and surrounding cost. [redacted] really listened and worked hard to find us the right house. She worked with us closely and provided the best support we could have asked for in buying our first home. What a great team!!

After having my house on the market for five months and only a few showings with another agent, my husband and I decided to seek out Pink Realty based on their reviews to help us sell our Colorado Springs home. And we are glad that we did! Although, another five months on the market, we couldn't believe on the amount of showings we had so quickly. We utilized Pink for our Home Buying AND Selling. We decided to call Pink Realty initially as I had a few interactions with them in my line of work (Heating and Air Conditioning) and they always seemed to have happy customers and were nice to their contractors. When I was looking into a Challenger Home, Pink was listed as one of their realtors so we called them and Deborah Responded instantly and was so helpful in working with us to buy and sell our home.

Everything from their amazingly quick responses (texting, calling, e-mailing) to their web portals and patience, they are truly amazing. Every question we had was answered within minutes. They sent a Staging Consultant to our home to help us better show our home. I'll be honest, at first we had a hard time having someone tell us how to show our home, but after listening and following her suggestions, it was well worth it and got us top dollar for our home. You hear of horror stories of not so good realtors taking cell phone photos and barely listing their homes online. Pink had a professional photographer and listed us on EVERY real estate website within days of the photo session.

[redacted] worked with us through the offer/counter offer process and she really made us feel that she is really in it for us as her customers and not just to make a buck for the company. [redacted] helped us through the remainder of the sale (post-offer) and joined us at the closing table which we very much appreciated. The numerous extras that they provide are also very welcome and appreciated.
