Handled very quickly and in my favor. I appreciate that they believed my story and told me I would not hear any future communications from them. The info I gave them was sufficient.
Surprised but satisfied. This is a good and honest company.
This so called law group reminds me of ambulance chasers! They work for companies that have questionable business ethics, by offering free products that trick consumers into agreeing to fine print commitments.
I received a trial offer of Prache Cream and several months later received a past due
amount of $103.00 from Pinnacle Law Group which I don't owe.
I requested a trial offer for Prache Cream was offered online. When a site asking
for credit card information popped up, I immediately exited the site feeling that
this was a scam. I was pleasantly surprised when I received 1 fl. oz of the cream
several months later in apprx. October or November of 2019. No paperwork, or
letter came with the cream. On March 2, 2020 I received a letter from Pinnacle
Law Group of CA, PC on behalf of their client Armadillo Agency, Inc.relating to
my past due account of $103.00. I have never received any other correspondence
regarding this from anyone prior. I do not owe the $103.00 and want it removed
immediately. I sent a detailed letter stating this to the company on May 3, 2020.
The company, Cimarron Holding Inc. is a scam operation. If I do not receive a resolution ASAP, I will be contacting my lawyer on this. There should be a class action suit brought against all that are involved.
I want this supposed debt of $103.00 removed from my name immediately, and if reported to any credit agency, that said agency is notified of this error and to be corrected immediately.
This case has been resolved to my satisfaction.
These people are fradulent. The same thing which happened to Connie S. and everone else who complained here at the Revdex.com happened to my mom. These people are attempting to collect a non-existing debt, but give no phone number nor website where I can dispute the claim. Instead, they insist on me writing a physical letter. This is a waste of my time and money. Not the actions of a legitimate firm.
I have just received a letter from "Pinnacle Law Group of CA, Inc." an "attempt to collect a past due balance" of $103.00 for Krasa Anti-Aging Cream, which is total fraud. I don't owe anything. My credit card was charged 6 dollars, plus shipping & handling fees months ago for a tiny sample.
I responded once to an offer of a trial size face cream product & now I receive a past due of 103.00. I received the product and was not impressed. There was nothing about receiving additional products or paying additional money than what I paid them. I never received any additional products and the one I used did absolutely nothing so wouldn't have purchased any additional. Now I receive a past due bill for which I have never heard anything about!
I want this taken care of and make sure this does not go on my credit report. I have seen many complaints from this same company charging for something they did not get or charging for a sample that was just supposed to be charged for shipping. I do not feel this is a charge that I should have gotten and want it taken care of. I tried the only number on the letter and only get a recording and can not talk to a real person. This bogus collection attempt needs to be stopped and removed from my credit report immediately.

I received a collection notice for this law firm regarding anti-aging cream which I NEVER BOUGHT!!! Pinnacle Law Group of CA, Inc. sent me an "attempt to collect a past due balance" letter for *** for Ilus Anti-Aging Serum and *** for Krasa Anti-Aging Cream) which is a lie. I don't owe anything to Ilus or Krasa. My credit card was charged shipping & handling fees on 09/15/2018 to try some "samples. On 10/02/2018 I called the company to say I never received my "samples", they said they shipped via USPS and I said forget it, I just moved to a brand new construction development and we have no mail delivery to our individual homes yet and we have to go to the post office 25 minutes away to pick up mail and anything sent via USPS is a nightmare right now (I still never received any products). Today I called *** and confirmed I NEVER received the "samples" I ordered. The USPS shipping label they have on record still has no delivery information/confirmation. The company also has record of me calling with this conversation and cancelling on 10/08/2018. This bogus *** collection attempt needs to be stopped and removed from my credit report immediately.
Take me off of your mailing list, stop harassing me for *** that I don't owe to anyone and make sure this bogus "collection" gets taken off of my credit report.

I received a notice from Pinnacle Law Group of CA which is a collection agency. It was about a product I NEVER received. I did sign up for the advertised FREE SAMPLE of Prache Anti-Aging Cream. Also paid shipping costs with my credit card.
When I received a bill for $103.00, I contacted our bank and disputed it. We didn't receive another bill. Nothing except the collection agency notice giving 30 days to dispute in writing.
Company also said I must write them to get the name & address of the original creditor.
This feels like a bait & switch advertising scam. The biggest red flag was the 30 day time limit from Pinnacle Law Group demanding a written response. It came weeks after the dispute deadline they gave. Way too late to to send by snail mail meet the already overdue deadline.
Also, we don't have a printer. Typing this message is painful so long hand would be very difficult for me. I need an email address to correspond with this company. I hope someone can assist me.

I have never never received this item. I have not had any prior contact from Pinnacle or the company of the product concerning payment. I inquired of product once upon a time and declined to purchase it long over a year possibly 2 years ago. Remove this from my credit. This is a sham and dishonest!
I cantacted Pinnacle Law Group and they said this was a scam and they were not connected with it and I was to ignore it. Again I never received this product. This had better not be on my credit which is immaculate and with no debt especially as I am seeking employment.
I may have given my credit card information but I DID DECLINE THE OFFER IN THE END. AND THEREFORE DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. I recall having difficulty retracting it.
The Pinnacle Law Group claims that I owe H2O Holdings, Inc. *** U.S. Dollars. I did not approve this charge.

Also that nothing associated with them in any of the 3 credit bureaus. I'd also like their names and associates name on your list of business names so no one else has to go through this trauma. it has caused me major anxiety, and depression again.

Received a collection letter for a product I canceled.
I had ordered the product, Prache Anti Aging Cream. I then contacted the company and advised that I did not wish to receive any further product. Now several months later I receive a collection notice. I have never received any kind or bill or correspondence from this company advising that I owed any money. I believe that this is a scam to get money out of me. I have excellent credit and this is not something that I take lightly.
That this company remove my name from their collection list as I do not owe them any money.

Had a letter asking for $59 Prach e cream . Never received it or ordered it. Sent back unopened if sent. Never received invoic from any co. Want this off my record. No knowledge of co. Or cream. Recd letter from pinnacle. Never heard of it either.

Thank you for your help. I received an email from the company(Pinnacle Law Support Team) dated 10/9/2019 at 8:23 pm and they told me they have decided to CEASE all collection efforts and consider this debt as terminated

I want this taken care of to an amount of 0 and make sure this does not go on my credit report. Collection notice with no prior bill from Pinnacle, Armadillo Agency, or H2O Holdings Inc. No phone numbers listed for those entities - unreachable.
Received a "collection notice" claiming Pinnacle Law Group PC represents debt collector Armadillo Agency, LLC, and that Armadillo Agency LLC had attained "debt" of *** from H2O Holdings Inc for alleged "charge" for Prache anti-aging cream. I called number on the notice - it was a completely automated system only able to take payment. I visited the website https://pinnaclelawgp.com and disputed the claim under the "phone call" option, which only allows drop down citation and no narrative - so I selected canceled by phone. Searching the internet, I was unable to find an email or phone number to reach ANY of the three companies listed on the notice, but did find several companies of similar names who all said they had received similar phone calls of this nature and suspect a scam. I am writing Pinnacle Law Group PC a letter to lodge a formal dispute. In addition to removing this charge from from all records, I am asking Pinnacle Law Group to include a valid email or phone number, or other reasonably timely correspondence avenue on their website and mailers so persons in receipt of their threatening letters will actually be able to figure out what is happening with the situation prior to a 90 day tripwire of credit bureau reporting, to prevent those lasting, detrimental consequences.
Pinnacle Law Group PC, This was the first notice of any bill regarding Prache anti-aging cream. I have never ordered or used this product. If you have reported anything to the credit bureau, please remove that report and clear all records of this charge. Some months ago, I ordered a sample of Prache Anti Aging Cream. It was an on line ad that said all I had to pay was the shipping charge.
I paid for the sample, which was less than *** with a gift card. All I received was the small sample jar. On 9/23/2019, I received a notice of collection from Pinnacle Law Group of CA, Inc. stating that I owed *** for Prache Anti Aging Cream. The original creditor is H2O Holding, Inc. I never ordered any additional Prache Anti Aging Cream and I never received any other than the sample that I received. I have never received a bill prior to this collection notice. I have no written, e-mail or telephone interaction with this company. This was many months ago so I have no idea how I ordered the sample. Either way, I have not received anything other than the small sample.
I think that this is a scam. I noticed a lot of other complaints against Pinnacle. Evidently, people are willing to pay the price that has been turned over for collection rather than deal with it. If they send a check, or if I send a check, which I have no intention of doing, this company will then have all of my checking account information, which includes the routing number and account number.

Prache Anti Aging Cream is a scam Co. that I fell for.
I fell for their SCAM advertised as a free trail product to try, you would only need to pay shipping, which I did with my card. then they charged my card *** I called the Co. which stated the charge would be removed. I also called my bank who informed me this was a SCAM, and I would need to cancel my card which I did. I have not heard a word from this Co. Up til I received this letter from Pinnacle my *** I later found that this is a common occurrence for this Co. to charge your card for items not ordered or received. I also found that many others have fell for this SCAM also the list is long. I would like this bill removed, for I do not owe anything.

I received a collection notice for a product that I had cancelled.
I ordered a skin care product through a trial advertisement from H2O Holding, Inc. I paid for the trial product. I tried the product for 3 days. It left my skin an oily mess so I stopped using it. I sent a letter to the address on the packaging box cancelling any more shipments. I never heard another word from them until the letter from Pinnacle Law Group, Inc. arrived today for *** Since this was a year ago, at least, I assumed it was all set. If they hadn't received my cancellation letter, they would have continued to ship more of the product. They didn't ship any more. I think this may be a scam. There is no phone number on the correspondence except one that people can pay on. I hope you can straighten this out for me. I live on Social Security and can't afford to pay for something I didn't order or receive. Thank You.

This is a bogus law firm acting on behalf of a scam 'group of companies' and Armadillo Collection Agency, LLC., peddling 'anti-aging creams' under various brand names. They all entice customers to 'sample' their products (particularly with celebrity names; Meghan Markle', ect.) and then ship unwanted products without prior knowledge or consent, and without proper notification or billings. Immediately report any collection attempts to the the California Department of Consumer Affairs, the Federal Trade Commission, your local Police Financial Crimes Division (Formerly Bunko Squads), and the FBI. The fact that Pinnacle Law Group even works with these contemptible fraud companies is proof of low-brow collusion at best, and criminal conspiracy at worst. This is the best example of a low-life "Schiester Law Firm" that gives all attorneys a bad name.
