They are running a scam on older people and you the Revdex.com and arrp to look into their practices they didn't charge me but how many other seniors did they scam it's just to easy for a law firm to send you a request for payment for something you did not order please look into the pinnacle law group and how it conducts its e

I have received a collections notice from Pinnacle law group regarding a "healthy essential" charge for over $97. I do not know where this charge is coming from as I was told I was receiving a "free" sample that I paid maybe $6 for. Now I am receiving a debt collection notice for an item that I already paid my dues for. I do not understand this because I do not think it is right to pay over $97 for a face lotion that was originally a one time fee of $6. This was years ago and I would like to dispute the charges. My reference number is XXXXXXXX. Thank you.

I tried calling the number provided on the letter I received. It was marked 2nd notice, when I never even received a 1st notice. I have no idea why your law group is sending me a letter for the amount mentioned in the letter. I have never used the product and never received the product and I receive a letter from your law group. I would like to speak to someone as I am disputing the charges. I WILL NOT PAY for a product I have never received or used.

Received a letter from business about a collection debt from a client of theirs
The letter stated I owed 106 dollars to their client for a product which I received. I wrote a letter to Pinnacle Law Group stating I did not owe the company any money because the product I received was paid for because it was for shipping costs only and I did not receive any more product from the company. I never used the product that was sent so I sent the letter and the products, 2 items, which had never been opened, sent them to Pinnacle Law Group to the address on the letter and stated to them not to contact me anymore. Today I received another letter exactly like the first, no mention of what I sent them. I have a tracking number of the package which I sent them and it shows it was delivered on 11/23/2018 to the front desk/reception at 11:48 am

Desired Outcome

I would like this business to clear this debt as being resolved with no further contact to me.

They want to continue this process through email so that means they don't want to solve it through your agency. Yes they have responded to the complaint but once I submit the tracking information of the package I sent to them, it doesn't mean they will end the matter.

In my brief encounter with Pinnacle Law Group I found them to be very professional and understanding. I am extremely pleased with their services and timely processing.

I received a collection bill for a product I never ordered and after trying to contact this business found that there was no phone number

I was charged with the purchase of anti
aging cream that I never bought or received. in trying to resolve this false account I contacted the KY Revdex.com who had no phone number to talk with a representative either.

II just want this bill resolved and no negative credit rating on our account. i did not buy this product.

I tried to make a payment just to take care of the matter and after entering all of my credit card information it said the system wasn't working. I think this is a scam and so I had to cancel my credit card due to fear of them racking up more charges without my consent. I do not owe the money to Krasa Anyi Aging Cream but I didn't want my credit ruined by them so I tried to pay but when that didn't go through - it left a really bad feeling so I called my credit card company and they felt the same way and told me to cancel my card.

Unable to reach company Pinnacle by phone for further clarification on fraudulent charges. I received collections letter regarding unauthorized charges from a company scam maker company. They offered a free product only to start chafing your credit card upon that info. I do plan to dispute the charges and will take legal action if necessary.

The company that Pinnacle represent took money out of my account; I needed to cancel my credit card to avoid; they will not answer any complain.

There is no way of reaching someone at Pinnacle by phone. . .

I want to write a review, because I was given incorrect information through a company on Facebook.
They turned the information over to your company, and I immediately sent the product and written note to your company.
I was EXTREMELY impressed with your companies prompt response, and professional way they handled this misunderstanding.
I have almost perfect credit, I am a salon owner, and this matter was incredibly upsetting to me. However your company promptly fixed the issue, listened to me, and helped me from getting this issue on my credit score or effecting it.

I received a letter from this company with an alleged debt that I have since disputed. I can find no proof this company exists as licensed firm.
On 10/24/18 I received a collections letter from an alleged law firm Pinnacle Group, PC. Unlike other collections agencies their phone number is only an automated system asking only for direct payment. When contacted on Revdex.com they direct users to a shady website only. Upon further investigation, the address listed belongs not to an actual law office but a FedEx building. There is one other law firm with a similar name, but when called they stated it was not them and that they've had several calls asking the same thing. This company appears to be illegally misrep themselves as a law firm of lawyers licensed to practice in the states of ta. Please investigate as they are asking people to pay money that many have disputed that they owe as indicated by a review of Revdex.com records pertaining to the company/ products they allegedly represent, Krasa antiAnti-a cream.

Desired Outcome

Cease and desist all attempts now and in the future to collect alleged debt stated in letter. Provide physical address and phone number where subpoenas may be delivered in person and phone calls will reach a non automated line.

Complainant claims, "I received a letter from this company with an alleged debt that I have since disputed." Complainant fails to specify that she "since disputed" with the Revdex.com and not our office directly. Our notices provide specific instructions to go to our website (www.PinnacleLawGP.com) where disputes can be quickly resolved by our office online. Nevertheless, based on her Revdex.com review of our office, we promptly replied to her Revdex.com review and informed her that our office would reach out to her shortly via email to assist in her resolving her dispute. The next day, in her reply to our Revdex.com reply, complainant specifically instructed our office to communicate to her via mail. We have prepared an email and, per complainant's instructions, mail resolving complainant's matter with our office. What could have been resolved promptly in a matter of day has taken more than week due to complainant's multiple Revdex.com review and complaint, which we have devoted our time addressing.

You should that complainant's order was placed online from IP Address ending 41 on 01/13/2018 and complainant's ***. Complainant's account was opened on a Visa with the last four digits of 8135, with an expiration date of 05/21. Complainant's original order had a ***. However, based on complainant's response and out of courtesy, our office has decided to immediately cease all collection efforts against complainant as it relates to her matter.

We are unsure what complainant means by, "I can find no proof this company exists as licensed firm" nor do we know where complainant has been looking. However, we are an entity in good standing with the State of CA and its attorney is a duly licensed CA attorney. We have never "misrep themselves as a law firm of lawyers licensed to practice in the states of ta." Further, we conduct business in multiple states throughout the country and our office promptly resolves any and all disputes filed with our office if these disputes are processed through our Pinnacle website rather than the Revdex.com's website. A simple review of Revdex.com records pertaining to our office as well as other disputes promptly resolved through our Pinnacle website also supports our claims. We are a law firm engaged in collections and we do not manufacture, market, sell or distribute "Krasa antiAnti-a cream" or any other products.

Unable to reach company Pinnacle by phone for further clarification on fraudulent charges. Received collections letter regarding unauthorized charges from a company flagged by the Revdex.com for such fraudulent practices.

I'm surprised a company with such a high Revdex.com rating (Pinnacle) would work with a company like that. I do plan to dispute the charges and will take legal action if necessary. It is the principle of the matter not the amount.

That company they represent took money out of my account nearly a year ago without my knowledge and permission even after I sent a cease and desist letter to them. Now almost a year later they are sending a letter for more money? They also did this to scores of other people. This is verifiable by a simple Revdex.com complaints search. This company blatantly violated several CA laws by advertising free products without clearly stating pricing as indicated in BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE - BPC DIVISION 7. GENERAL BUSINESS REGULATIONS [XXXXX - XXXXX] ( Division 7 added by Stats. 1941, Ch. 61. ) PART 3. REPRESENTATIONS TO THE PUBLIC [XXXXX - XXXXX] ( Part 3 added by Stats. 1941, Ch. 63. ) CHAPTER 1. When I found out I requested to cancel and to receive my money back and still they seek additional fraudulent funds and Pinnacle represents them. There is no way of reaching someone at Pinnacle by phone. . . Just a voicemail. Not professional for a law firm. I don't want a website. I want to speak with a human.

Thank you for your response regarding the alleged debt with initial notice provided 10/24/18 by your company Pinnacle Law Group.

As I stated previously I have reason to believe I do not owe this debt because I did not give explicit consent to the company Krasa Anti-aging cream to withdraw listed funds of $103 from my account in exchange for any products. I have previously indicated to said company that doing so is a violation of multiple CA state laws and requested all funds returned. I reported them to my bank at the time and was advised to change my account information due to fraudulent withdrawals. I will be seeking further judgement against Krasa in a class action suit.

I request all of the following information be provided to me by mail:

1. The amount of the alleged debt;
2. The full name and mailing address of the original creditor for this alleged debt;
3. Documentation showing you have verified that I am responsible for this debt, or a copy of any judgment;
4. Documentation showing you are licensed to collect debts in CA.

Because I am responding to you within 30 days of being notified by your company about this debt, you must cease attempting to collect this alleged debt until after you have provided the requested information.

If you continue attempting to collect on this debt or seek judgment for payment of the debt without first providing written verification, you will be in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Additionally, the debt can not accrue any fees or interest beyond what is allowed by state law or by contract with the original creditor.

Received a letter about a past due balance from a company that I did not order anything from. Everything turned out to be fraud. I have went to your website to try and "dispute" the charges. I want to talk to someone on the phone, not have to write a letter! Nobody has time for all that. My bank was notified, it was filed as fraud. Send me a telephone number that I can reach a live person!!

This collection law group should be made to close their doors. I received a letter stating I owed money for products that I never received. Then you can't get a live person to speak with for an explanation about these charges. No stars for them!!!!!!!

Not impressed. Got a letter from them and there is no way to reach someone. It came saying I had 30 days to respond but by the time it got here there not even 2 weeks left to respond.
