Same as all the previous reviews, I too was scammed by this Krasa Anti aging Cream. I tried to use your resolution process on line, however, it repeatedly told me I had the wrong Debt amount or I had the wrong zip. I obviously know my zip and took the debt amount off the rude letter for collection that you sent. And you know what happens when you try to call. I also tried calling the company and got the run around. I will be reporting this company as well. I don't understand how you can represent such a corrupt company.

I have received a collection letter from your company for a complete scam. It is very similar to many other complaints I have read on these reviews. I have tried calling your company and cannot find an email to reach out to you directly. This was purchased from a facebook AD and nowhere did I sign or read that I owed money other than the initial payment. This was promoted by a celebrity Lara Spencer (GMA anchor) as her product line. Which is false. I have reported this to facebook that they are running ads that are advertising false information for *** purchase. Once the product arrived the product was horrible and container broke. I had no way of returning or even reaching out this company to make a complaint or return. Even the payment that my credit card company refused there was no contact information to reach out to them to resolve this issue. This was purchased 8/1/18 and I have never received a letter, email or phone call stating I owe anything than I have already paid. Since I cannot reach out to this fake company that I purchased from or your law firm I am not paying until someone can prove to that this is in fact a legitimate company and they have my signature that would pay past the initial payment provided. Reference number given is #XXXXXXXX. When I called (4/10/19 at 1:20pm) the payment phone # given on this collection letter it says it is having technical difficulties so couldn't even pay this charge if I wanted to. You have no right to send my information to would potential effect my line of credit based on this fraudulent product. Please reach out to me provided the email I use to make this complaint. This is NOT MY debt, I have NEVER heard of this company, and I have NEVER received anything from this company. With that being said I have absolutely no documentation to attach to this letter.

I do not even know if you "Law Firm" is real or a scam. I have on numerous occasions attempted to call the number on your letter receiving a TAPED message stating "Unfortunately we are having technical difficulties. Please call back in 24 hours". Thus, considering this a Scam I am reporting this to the Police Department, Scam Department of the FBI, Federal Trade Commission, and my Lawyer.

I am replying to your attempt to collect a BOGUS debt as a favor to you to stop this harassment.

Pinnacle Law Group, PC has contacted me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I appreciate them reaching out and have notified all agencies that I originally contacted that the alert was not bogus and has been cleared up.

I received a collections letter for $212.00 for some anti-aging products that I never ordered nor did I ever receive. I recently returned to Florida from being overseas and the products that I ordered (Amazon, Amway, and a few other well known companies) were all paid for and received.

I have tried on multiple occasions to call the. # listed on the letter but a recording states "experiencing technical difficulties; please call back in 24 hours". I took video recordings of my phone calls.

Researching this product, I have found that this might be a scam and will be reporting it accordingly.

I received a letter from Pinnacle Law Group stating that I owe $212 for Krasa Anti Aging Serum and Cream. I didn't buy anything for $212 and never received anything about this bill until I received this letter from Pinnacle Law. I have tried calling the number and they say that they are having technical difficulties and try back in 24 hours so I did several days and get the same message. I tried to email and the email won't go through. Just like all the others, I believe that the Co Krasa is trying to scam people out of money

I have made several attempts to call this company back about an facial cream that I have never received. I talked to someone once, a manager was supposed to get back with me and never did. They say I owe $109, but I never ordered anything. I explained this to them, but they insisted that I did. I want some one from Pinnacle Law Group to call me. I want to talk to a human being. I feel this is a scam .

They bought debt from a scammer skincare company "Krasa and Ilus" that dupes customers into paying only shipping and handling of "free" products and then charges you $100+ months later. Awful.

I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to contact Pinnacle Law Group. I tried the email address on their collection letter, https://PinnacleLawGP.com. (invalid). Tried www.PinnacleLawGP.com. (invalid).

I am disputing a charge of $106.00, ref. XXXXXXXX, for a free sample of Krasa and Ilus cream. This was over a year ago. I have never received any invoices, products or collection notices until now.

After doing a little research, I found that I was not the only one who was SCAMMED by this company.

If Pinnacle sees this review, please provide a means to contact you. I am not responsible for this debt.

Received a letter stating they are contacting me on behalf of their client, Armadillo Collections Agency, in regards to my past due debt. I did not order, not receive such products: Ilus Anti Aging Serum $109 and Krasa Anti Aging Cream $103... This has to be a scam!!!!

No further contact by the busi I tried contacting this law firm. After Googling it I have seen reviews with the same complaints. Why is this still happening then. My worry is someone will think they have to pay so it does not appear in credit report. Please look into these companies.

I received a letter from Pinnacle Lae Group stating I owed $212.00 for an anti aging serum @$109.00 and leads anti aging crea for $103.00. I never received any creams or serum in the mail or at my house. I would not use such stuff anyway.

I received a letter in the mail stating I was past due on an account for $106.00. I have no idea

what they are talking about, I have never received the prducts mentioned AntI Aging Serum $54.50 OR k

Krasa Anti aging Serum $51,59.

I have no idea what they are talking about, if I go to the web site, there is no such company.

Please check this issue before older people start paying them for something they didnt ourchase,

I am sure this is a scam of some sort.

They claim I owe money to Krasa Company which I believe is false. I did not receive the product that they say I owe for.
I did not receive the product they say I owe for, Krasa facial cream and serum. I have never received a bill for these products and now get a collection notice.

This law firm is taking collects for a company, H20 Holdings, Inc that is running an internet scam. There is no contact information for this company and you have to call your bank to cancel your card for fraudulent charges. Never receive other information until this law firm is asking for payment. Tried to contact them and they wanted a credit card number to build me for lawyer fees. Why would I give out my credit card to someone who is helping with fraud. Best part, I live in Virginia and the letter states that this firm can't practice law here.

I received a collection letter from Pinnacle for representing a company called Krasa H2O holding, Inc. I ordered a free trial of a anti aging cream and all I had to do was pay shipping. They then tried to withdraw funds from my bank account in the amount of $103.00. My bank refused the charges and notified me and put a hold on my account and they filed a fraud issue with this company. Now, I'm receiving a collection letter? LOL!!

This law group does not verify the validity of the debt being assumed for collection I received a collection letter demanding a payment of $109.00 for a product that was returned per the company's instruction. The letter was dated 3/12/2019, however, I did not receive it until 4/1/2019. I made efforts to contact this Law Group but was not able to contact them as their phone system reports they are facing technical difficulties. The product was a facial cream called "Ilus". I have proof of emails and receipts showing the product was returned to RMA located at 3-17 Avenue South, Nampa ID XXXXX. Per USPS.com, the package was delivered on X-X-XXXX and yet I am receiving a debt collection letter dated 3/12/2019. I purchased the facial lotion with the understanding that I just had to pay for the product for about 4.95 only. There were no disclosures to indicate that I was going to have to pay $109. This was definitely a scam and many online reviews indicate as such.

Your company has sent a collection notice to my wife for a company that fraudulently scammed her out of her initial payment. That company offered no contact info,email, or phone and she had to cancel her credit card. Now your collection company is trying to collect a fraudulent debt and continuing the practice of not offering a phone number that is valid or lets us speak to a real person concernong this. I will be taking my complaint to state law enforcement here in Virginia this week.

I did not purchase this product ever how they got my mailing address and information is wrong-I never received this product and this is the first time I heard anything about it I tried calling the company when I received the letter which was today 4/1/2019-which I am hoping is an April fools joke-but this joke is no laughing matter-I believe this is a complete scam they send me a bill with no envelope to mail back a payment which I never had any legitimate company do when someone owes money and I tried calling multiple times and they said they are experiencing technical difficulties how convenient.

To remove my information from their system I never ordered this product I do not owe 103 for anything. I just can't wrap my head around how they got my name and info. I truly believe this is a scam or identity theft. I do not owe any amount of money nor do I need that product.
