Hello ***,

Your file was turned over to our client, Armadillo Collections Agency, LLC ("Armadillo") because the original creditor, H2O Holdings, Inc., was unable to bill your credit card for the following products sent:Ilus Anti Aging serum $109.00 & Krasa Anti Aging cream $103.00.

Your original order was a trial but the agreement with the original creditor stated that after the trial period, unless you called to cancel, the manufacturer was going to bill you for the full cost of the products. They did so and your credit card on file was unable to process the amount of $212.00. Subsequently, your file was sold to Armadillo who retained our office to collect your debt.

I was very impressed with the quick response and resolution of my account. They understood what I had written in my response and made their decision accordingly. Very reputable company.

They represent armadillo collection agency, llc trying to collect supposedly past due in the amount of $54.50 for a crooked company selling Ilus anti aging cream. I called this company in Feb to cancel my order and they charged my credit card twice. In order to stop them from charging my credit card I had to eventually cancel this card. Armadillo is a scam company and Pinnacle should drop them fast.

I cancelled my receipt of the product on the phone and the company stopped shipping me the cream. I did not receive any bills, but a collection notice
I did accept the free trial offer and continued to use the cream until I had plenty extra. I called the company and cancelled further orders. I did not receive any further orders from this company and I had been billed through a credit/debit card. This was not charged and I did not receive any paper bill in the mail. I received the collections notice in the mail which I don't believe I own them anything.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to show a 0 balance and contact Pinnacle to tell them NOT to send this bill to collections.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
On May 15, 2019 I received an email from Pinnacle Law Support Team stating they decided to cease all collection efforts and further efforts are being terminated. They resolved and closed the matter.

My debit card numbers was used by someone eles.
Then billing from this company showed up.

First of the year the bank called me about a purchase with my debit that they knew I would never purchase. Went to the bank a new debit card was issued and papers signed for fraud issues. Nothing more was heard of then I received this letter stating I owed them 212.00 for some kind of cream. I did not order and nothing never showed up at my house or mail. I have no idea what this is or anything. I refuse to pay this. They told me I must pay because it was sent in the mail. They want a check or money order payable to Pinnacle Law Group. There is no person you can talk to. They wanted more information from me, such as a phone number, email, etc. My bank told me do not do this and to get with the better business and file a complaint. I do not want this on my credit report or anything eles. What steps do I need to take.?

Desired Outcome

I do not want to be billed for something I would not use or received and I want the letters and this claimed dropped from my name.

Company repeatedly sent products after I had cancelled my "membership". They told me I had signed up again and would only refund 25% of the charges.
I responded once to an offer of a trial face cream product. I received the product and was not impressed. Before I could cancel my "membership", a second jar of the product was sent. I called, cancelled my membership and was able to return the product for a full refund, (minus shipping, I believe.) I was very clear that I wanted my name and all information to be removed from their list and I was assured that had been done. Months later I received another jar of the product, Le Reviva face cream. I contacted the company immediately and was told I had reactivated my membership. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNTRUE. At first they would not agree to letting me return the product for a full refund. Then they said I could get a refund of 80% if I returned the creme. I finally and reluctantly agreed to this, just to get the situation resolved. I AGAIN stated that I did not now, nor would I ever, want to be reinstated into their program and I was assured that my information was being removed.
Months later I AGAIN received this cream. I AGAIN called and was AGAIN told I had reactivated my membership. THIS IS TOTALLY A LIE. I stated that I wanted to return the unopened, unused jar for a full refund and was told the company policy had changed and only a 25% refund would be offered, even with the product returned! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person I was speaking with, ***, said she WAS a supervisor, and there was no other resolution. Then she said the jar could not be returned anyhow, because once it is shipped, it is considered to be opened and used.
She was leaving me with no option but to pay $89.99 for an item I DID NOT WANT and HAD NOT ORDERED and HAD NOT OPENED. I reminded her that I had asked repeatedly in the past to be removed from their customer list, and she stated that she had just done so. Well, a few days later I received ANOTHER jar of this creme, being billed ANOTHER $89.99. The company's billing name changed several times during this long ordeal, using names such as EyeSerumGlow, DietGarcinia.
LeReviva. At this point, I didn't see any point in dealing with them. I looked up the LeReviva name on the internet and found HUNDREDS of complaints against it, all for the same shady practices I had experienced. , so I contacted my credit card company and explained the situation. They put a hold on the charge while they investigated and about two weeks later notified me that the charges had been removed from my card and the case closed. They issued me a new card, with a different number, so this scam company could not continue to perpetrate this with me. I believed this issue was all behind me, until last week when I received a letter from Pinnacle Law Group, on behalf of Armadillo Collections Agency, LLC, threatening to seek an injunction against me for an unpaid debt. The company name I supposedly ordered from is now listed as Krasa Anti Aging Cream. It also shows that the original creditor name (at charge-off) is H2O Holding...yet another name!!!The website Pinnacle Law Group shows for information and options to resolve the account does not connect, so it seems that even that is fraudulent.
I do not want my excellent credit rating to be tarnished by this scam company. I am more than willing to return the TWO UNORDERED, UNOPENED jars of cream, in their original packaging, but I am NOT willing to pay anything to this company.

Desired Outcome

1.Remove the claim of a past due debt 2.Remove the threat of obtaining a judgment against me 3.Remove, PERMANENTLY, my name from any and all companies associated with this issue 4. NEVER contact me again

I got the same complaint as a lot of these people they say I own them $212.00 on things I did by or order. I wouldn't pay that much for a aging cream I never got anyway. I had to get another card because they just kept putting more on. I try not to use a credit card on the computer because of stuff . Leads aging cream plus aging serum . I am not paying for something I didn't get and home they got my card number. I called to my credit card place and they said it was a scam that they have tried to change my card number and get a card 15 times in the last month. They really need to stopped these people. I called them and of course it's always a recorder please do something .

anti aging serum was a scam
this was a free trial attempt for the krasa anti aging cream. the reference number is XXXXXXXX and the debt amount is for 157.50. the attempt for this product was in 2017. I seen multiple reviews where this product is a scam and I believe it to be true due to these circumstances

Desired Outcome

i would appreciate not to get billed for a product i have not been receiving.

Pinnacle Law Group Response • May 14, 2019

Dear ***,

Your file was turned over to our office for collections because the original creditor was unable to bill your credit card for the retail amount for the trial products sent (Krasa Anti Aging cream $103 Ilus Anti Aging serum $54.50).

Your original order was a trial but the agreement with the original creditor stated that after the trial period, unless you called to cancel, the manufacturer was going to bill you for the full cost of the product. They did so and your credit card on file was unable to process for the amount of $157.50. Subsequently, your file was assigned to our office for collections.

In any event, we will contact you directly via email to assist you in resolving your account.

I also fell for this SCAM for the Prache Anti-Aging Serum. I contacted the creme company and they admitted that there was a 14 day trial and confirmed that I received the product with only a few days left on my trial so I was automatically billed the monthly amount. It was advertised as a free product and I only had to pay for shipping. they used the credit card I used to pay for shipping to to bill me for multiple products that I didn't agree to subscribing. I sent the unopened products back within 14 days of me receiving it and they confirmed they received them but wouldn't refund my money. I contacted the credit card company and they said that this is a common occurrence with this company and they have an agreement for a for a refund and that it would be removed from my statement. Now I receive a collections letter from this Pinnacle company. I have tried calling the 1800 number but I am not getting through. I will be sending letter to that this is NOT MY DEBT and I need proof. I have not product and I fell for a FB ad that falsely used Meghan markle as the product owner.

Its a continuity billing scam.
Its a continuity billing scam run by Armadillo collections agency/h2o holding inc.. I read a similar complaint by other person regarding receiving a letter from pinnacle that I owe 109 or 103 US dollars for some aging product. This happened on 1/11/2019.

I received a past due collection notice regarding Niuvella Anti Aging Serum and Allumiereskin Anti Aging Cream supposedly purchased in 2018.
I have no receipt for purchase nor do I have the product. If I indeed ordered the product, I returned it immediately. I have had no bill nor communication with this company of which I have no name regarding the product or of them trying to collect during the past year. But yesterday received this past due collection letter advising me that I owed $212.00. I would like to see a bill or an order form with my name and date on it to verify that I did make this purchase. I have tried to contact the collection agency, Pinnacle Law Group, to speak to a customer service rep but cannot locate a phone number.

Desired Outcome

I would like this past due notice canceled and any report lodged against my credit status removed.

I ordered a FREE trial for Garcinia Cambogia Xtra Plus and Max Cleanse Plus back on 01/29/2018. I was asked to pay shipping and processing fees for both. I tried the products and they did nothing for me. I was not under any further obligation to purchase any more as this was a trial. Now over 1 year later without any mailings (bills) or phone calls since they did not appear to have my correct phone number I am receiving a collection letter from Pinnacle PLG of CA. No phone number to call to dispute and when I called the company they informed me that my order was cancelled on Marcy 16 and XX XXXX. I am not paying $94 for products that I did not place a repeat order for. I want this taken care of and there is no contact number for Pinnacle. This is bad bad business practices.
Thanks in Advance for your help

I puchased a sample Krasa Anti Aging cream online and it was billed as Procream-Desire. IT was sent. Then on my credit card statement it showed 3.95 and then another charge for 103.00. I cancelled the 103.00 since I did not agree to paying that amount. I never would have purchased an anti aging cream for that amount of money. That was several months ago. Today I received a letter from a company named Pinnacle Law Group of Ca, INC stating Armadillo Collections Agency, LLC bought my debt from H2O Holding, Inc for 103.00. When attempting to contact Pinnacle LAW GROUP you get the run around and really cannot communicate with a person. All screens point to you paying your debt. There is no phone number to call in order to contact a person. X-XXX-XXX-XXXX that is in the letter also refers you to pay your debt. There is no other option. Talk about being black mailed from a misadvertised product. Why didn't they have 103.00 up front on this product if that's what they were charging. And why call it procream-desire and then send Krasa anti aging cream. This need to be resolved. I owe them nothing. They never advertised I owed them 103.00. Now they are attempt to put a black mark against my credit. I want this resolved and my credit fixed. If they are an upfront company why is there no recourse except to pay. Isn't that black mail? Please help to fix this. This company should not be allowed to do this.
Product_Or_Service: December 7 2018
Order_Number: XXXXXXX
Account_Number: XXXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Correction to a credit report Pinnacle Law Group gives me no recourse other than writing a letter to them within 30 days. Their advertisement never mentioned I owed them 103.00. They automatically charged my credit card. Credit card company stopped the charges because of a fraudulent claim. 3.95 was the advertised charge, which was paid. Now all of a sudden this Law Group, which I am very suspicious of, wants 103.00 several months later? No Blackened Credit and no more money paid.

The company has responded and have resolved this issue satisfactorily

As all the other reviews listed, I received the same letter from a Pinnacle Law Firm claiming I "owe them" over $200 for a Niuvella Anti aging Serum ( that cost $109).
Perhaps like others, I sent for a free sample ( tho I don't remember that if I did). I never received a bill or any other communication from this company n this letter from the law firm is the first I've heard of any charge. Tho honestly, I don't remember any such "free product like this.
This is obvious a scam n I will contact the Revdex.com.
*** Indiana.
Beware of "free" products!

I received a letter today from Pinnacle saying that it was an attempt to collect a past due balance for purchase of a product called Krasa Anti Aging Cream, which I have never purchased or received, nor have I ever heard of. There is not a purchase date noted, only an original account number (XXXXXXX), an amount due of $103.00, a current account number of XXXXXXXX and a reference number of XXXXXXXX. I received a collection notice for a product I Never purchased or received. This is a Scam.
I just received a collection letter in the mail regarding *** anti-aging cream. It's stating that I owe $103?? I have never purchased *** anti-aging cream or anything of that nature and have never received anything. This is the first time I'm receiving any type of letter and I've never received a phone call regarding this. This is a complete scam. This is completely fraudulent and if I need to contact my attorney I will. I've read numerous complaints about this company trying to scam people about this so-called anti-aging cream and stating that they owe these ridiculous amounts. This better not be on my credit record this is a complete scam of a company . Someone needs to get to the bottom of this!

Desired Outcome

I tried contacting this company today on 4/28 2019 and was just hung up on immediately . The phone picked up in hung up on me . The only contact that I wish to have from this company is a letter stating that this has been completely resolved with a zero balance in my name. Again, nothing was ever purchased by me or received by this company or any other company regarding *** anti-aging cream. I have received no other letters or phone calls in regards to this matter other than today 4 28 2019.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did in fact try to contact Pinnacle Law Group, Pc. I called the number provided, several times and received an error response. It is clear that this place is sending out false information in attempts to try to collect on bogus balances, from people who are unaware. I am very familiar with the collections process as I worked for an actual law firm, involving collections, years back. We VALIDATED anything and everything BEFORE sending out any letters to the customer. We also attempted to reach the customer by phone and sent letters, several times. We would never send a "blind letter" in attempts to collect on something with 0 validation. This is quite the scam and after reading NUMEROUS complaints about this company, I see that they've been doing this for a long time. I HAVE however, written a letter directly to this company and made copies of it. If they continue to try and contact me regarding this bogus debt, I will send the letter over to my ***, the FDCPA as well as the *** General.
