We were already given this explanation and it still ignores the fact that there is damage at 73'*** plumbing has stated in their last email that the reason for the excavation is to replace the damaged section of
sewer line as it will continue to get worse unit that section is replacedInstalling a clean out will not change this factThe warranty covers up to $per year to repair or replace a sewer lineSince the camera found damage and the approved plumbing company is recommending that section be replaced, this claim should be covered under the warranty

I was slammed into their program and when I found out told them repeatedly to cancelI had an in home Warrenty program and never wanted roused their servicesWhen they contacted me for updated credit card info they were told repeatedly I did not want and would not be paying any more,for their services they were told repeatedly I never wanted not knowingly requested their services I demand that they cease and desist the harassment and withdraw the unapproved and never requested servicesThey have not attempted to reach me so have again misrepresented the sequence of eventsI require confirmation that they have withdra n all collections requests for funds they were never authorized to collectTheir business practices are deplorable and I refuse to be bullied into payment they are not due
Additionally I had proof that I had American shield home Warrenty for my property in Texas for the entire time this corrupt company was trying to double bill meOnce notified they wanted my new credit card expiration they were told repeatedly I never requested and never wanted their unethical process and productProof of American home watt entry service can be provided should they persist falsely trying to bully for payment they are not due

Nicor Home Solutions stands firmly on their decision. The last repair that was made to this system clearly allowed her heating system to work more than days. Systems have breakdowns, which is one of the reasons people buy home repair service plans. The repair work our technicians do for customers has a 30-day warranty, and the issue did not arise during that period. She also no longer has a home repair service plan with us. We are not liable for any alleged repairs, regardless of whether the work her system allegedly needs is similar or different to work that has been performed before.
