Service Protection Group has contacted *** *** *** *** in regards to their complaintIt was explained that our service provider *** Plumbing found no access cleanout at their residence*** plumbing mechanically rodded down the homes roof sanitary stack vent to clear the sewer line blockageThis method is not an industry standard due to the existing OSHA safety policies nor is it viewed as an adequate access for properly clearing a sewer blockage*** Plumbing should have contacted us upon discovering there was no access; we would have ceased all service until an adequate access point was installed
To address the issue of sewer damage, the video of *** *** *** *** was reviewed and there was no evidence found that the present performance of their sewer was being adversely affected by slight crumbing of upper clay tile at roughly 73' from the home

I am rejecting this response because the business is refusing to properly credit the amount they over charged me for service I cancelled in October They are trying to claim that I didn't cancel until DecemberBut I had called a number of times starting August to ask them to stop charging me late fees as I have NEVER been late on any bills to them or Nicor GasThey never corrected the problem I even tried to use the service that I was paying for and they never actually sent anyone to my home I called in October and spoke to a supervisor named *** who guaranteed that my bill would be credited for the wrong late fees and cancelled They never cancelled until I called again in DecemberAnd as of my most recent Nicor Gas bill they are still charging me a late fee even though I don't even have the service They are literally stealing from me and are not actively trying to correct it The person who called to discuss the situation was beyond rude, used abusive language and blatently lied to me I will be pursuing legal action through all means available, including criminal

Pivotal Home Solutions received the notification with regard to Mr*** complaint We attempted to reach out to Mr. *** however our attempt was unsuccessfulMr*** contacted Pivotal Home Solution on Monday July 17th, requesting repair service for his air conditionerAt that time we assigned Sears as the service center and offer Mr*** an appointment for Wednesday July 19th, however Mr*** rejected that appointment time framePivotal Home Solutions offered the customer the ability to obtain his own service provider with understanding that the nature of the repair would have to be a covered component per Mr*** terms and conditionsMr*** rejected the offer on July Pivotal Home Solutions considers this complaint closed

A notice of the assignment of the contracts was sent to all customers (including Mr***) and in that notice, customers were encouraged to call Pivotal Home Solutions with any questions or concerns about their coverageNo changes to the terms or coverage were made to any of the contracts acquired by Pivotal Home Solutions.
