I don't care about their guarantee, as I do not want any further poor or dead productsOut of all the plants I originally ordered, I have that have livedWhen a person pays $128.15, which I might add is not my personal money, but the place I work for, they expect to receive good, quality products

I'm so tired of dealing with this companyI just want what is due my employer and that is reimbursement for dead, dying or utterly small products, wasting my time which is valuable to me, the headaches I've endured (literally and figuratively )since this nightmare has started
They can reply all they like to send me replacements and I will refuse each timeI have far more important things to be doing than dealing with a company that gets your money and then tries to repeatedly send awful products and replacementsThey can take their lousy plants and attempt to be honest, fair, and produce quality products they can be proud of
Thank you to the Illinois Revdex.com for attempting to reach a resolution that is fair to all partiesHowever, the company was not fair when consistently defrauding myself and others with their products and then not returning a clients money when askedThey need to revise the policies
I still want my money and will accept nothing less, so to 4seasonsnurseries I say, do yourself a favor and for once do the right thing because from other complaints (and there are many) you have poor business practices to go with your poor shipping procedure, warranty, and customer service

When I spoke with *** from 4Seasons Nurseries (Plantron, Inc.), she said that my plants shipped out on 4/21/15, and arrived at my house on 4/24/The following email that I sent was received at 4Seasons Nurseries days before the plants were sent out: "Thanks for the response - I am going out of town from April 24th-May 8thWill you please delay shipping until May 6th or so? I'd hate for the plants to arrive and no one to plant/water them - Thanks, *** ***"I received the response "Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate department" the same day (4/17/15)I find it impossible that with days notice, that the order and the plants weren't pulled from shipping and delayed, as I'd requested4Seasons not only didn't refund me the correct amount, but their intracompany communication failed miserablyI do not feel that I should have to absorb the shipping cost for the plants to me, or the return cost to send the dead plants back, when all they had to do was delay the shipping and send me live plantsI have paid $extra (minus the $from yet another error on their part) with absolutely NOTHING to show for it, all because of their ineptnessThe only option *** offered me was to reorder the plants - but I am so upset with their horrible customer service that I will NEVER order from them again, and just want my money refunded, so I will be back where I started and not out the $for nothing

I am a Law Enforcement officer that just retired from the US Deptof Justice, I am not a person trying to play gamesThe fact is!My wife and I placed an order with Four Seasons back in AprilI did receive package number two first(tomatoes)early May.** Package Number one** arrived end of May in a green bag feet long X inches wide, the label had items listed inside: butterfly bushes, asparagus plants, strawberry plants and bleeding hearts ferns and of course hybrid willowsWhen my wife and I opened up the package, it had everything we ordered (EXCEPT) the HYBRID WILLOWSThough listed on the packaging label, **The Hybrid Willows WERE NOT inside as they insistI saw NO shipping weight on the package, but it had a number of the order filled by filler# If four seasons is going to take my money, at least make sure all items are in the package, now to say they were listed and had to be inside, well, The FACT IS They WERE NOT inside!!! This could be resolved if they would answer a phone number they have listed, which they never answer and never answered emails, except automated onesMy wife and I took pictures of the label and package and sent it to them rather than send the package itselfI went to reviews on the site for four seasons, it seems we are not the only people being duped with them taking our money and sending a uncompleted filled order and the same thing with not answering their phones , it appears this company has a history of taking peoples money back in April and then not sending people everything they orderAll I want not is my money back for the Hybrid Willows, because it is getting late to plant themI am not up for their games....The fact is, if you have a person to fill that order such as #481, then have a supervisor insure that that person in fact put all items in the package as listed, apparently, poor quality or supervisory controladmit they messed up, If I don't get satisfaction, I will step it up to Federal Trade Commission , maybe even more, I am a Federal Law Enforcement(Retired Currently) and I do not tolerate these kind of games or tactics, placing the blame on the person who placed the order, like someone is ripping them off, when in fact IT is them with poor Quality assurance and Control!!!

I wanted my credit card refunded for the bulbsI had already paid to have the mole traps shipped back to the companyThe bulbs they sent me were in a plastic bag that was wet and very hot insideThe bulbs were wet, soft, and smelled rottenMy husband destroyed them...I refuse to spend more money returning bad merchandise to this companyBased on other reviews, it is the norm of this company to send out bad or poor quality merchandiseHad I received my order together I would have returned it all at one time, but the bulbs didn't get shipped until about four weeks after ordered and I got no feedback from the company telling me they would be delayedI know I will not get my money back for the bulbs...I will do my part to prevent others from making the same mistake in ordering from Four Seasons

I recently submitted a complaint regarding Four Seasons Nursery, a division of PlantronThe complaint was that the nursery sent me dead and dying plants in an order sent to them in March of this yearEnclosed are copies of my complaint as well as copies of my payment to themThe company has made this transaction so difficult that I have now ceased to try to get them to honor the warranty
Since this transaction went south, I have found that there are quite a few other customers who have had similar complaints both to the Revdex.com as well as other online sites
