This is a folland reopening of *** from last monthI placed the flower order in May and contacted the company for a full refundThey told me to send in my original shipping label and the dead plants in order to receive the full refund, which I didI contacted Revdex.com on June 14th to let you know that I submitted the original shipping label and dead plants that weekI still have not received my refund- I emailed the company on July 17th with no response so I called today, 7/I spoke with Sandra for minutes- she advised to go through Revdex.com again for $refundShe said to make it to attn Carol *** at the company.Refund original amount

I finally received my order. They still need to work on communication.

I am rejecting this response because:
Hello,Is there a way to access my messages?The company keeps saying that they do not enough information to process the replacement order after two packages was sent to them with all requested information.It has been always stated in paperwork mailed to them twice that none of the items survived and the full amount of the order $120.60 needs to be replaced with the following items:5543     Cherry, Sugar Sweet                        6          $16.79So, it has been communicated in writing by mail that 7 sets of bundles of 6 need to be replaced and mailed in the Spring.The company claims that correspondence was sent to me back at the end of January (all info was provided in the letter sent in December 2017). I have not received any letters back yet. Moreover, it was clear that all items did not survive, why to ask again?This behavior is unacceptable.It looks like the company asking for information that was provided to them two times now and wants the consumers to keep spending time and keep writing letters and mail them to the company until consumers give up.The company does not accept anything by email or phone unlike the rest of the similar companies. Please advise how to deal with businesses like that?Thanks[redacted]

I enclosed the separate shipping label for the honeysuckle. They are two separate labels are in the envelope.I spoke to a gal on the phone the same day I sent them. I called 4 seasons and read her the info on the label. She said I could put them both in the same envelope so I did.

I am rejecting this response because:   When I received the package on the 6/22/17,  most of the plants I ordered were kind of dry except for the "Elephant Ear" which I didn't order. I ordered 2 "Black Metallic Alocasia" instead they send me something else without calling or sending an email to ask if I would like to replace it with another. They didn't give me any other choice but to accept whatever they send me.     When I checked the rest of the order, I realized that the "Giant President Cannas" has been changed to a package of (mix cannas) on their labels.  I don't know what kind of canna they are or what colors.  What's the price for the one they sent me.  Are they the same price like the one I chose or are they cheaper?  How would I know if I don't have any of these information.  I received their letter this afternoon with the same explanation they sent you but they omit to tell me that they didn't have some of the plants that I ordered. I could have chose different plants for my money. They have all they needed to contact me after waiting for 2 months for a few plants. I don't think it's the way to do business. This is the worst Customer Service I dealt with in my life. I am always ordering online for everything because it's easier for me, but Four Seasons should be closed from my point of view.  I am sure you will hear more complaints about them again and again and again. Then, on 6/27/16 you used the merchandise credit certificate to purchase more Walk-on-Me plants, which shipped on 6/29/16. You state that you emailed us about this replacement, but we did not respond. Our records show an email from you on 7/22/16 at 6:39 am (the same day you filed your complaint with the Revdex.com) regarding your concern for the replacement plants you received. We responded to this email at 7:57 am (copy enclosed).
If the replacement plants you received are dead, please return the original REPLACEMENT shipping and a list of the dead items for an additional replacement or merchandise credit certificate.

The response is not acceptable because they want to provide a merchandise credit or replacement plants. This is what they offered me the first time and the replacement plants they sent were dead when they arrived, just like my original order.
