I accept only part of the response. The vinca plants have dissolved into stems, but I will accept a free replacement on these. (I'd rather just have a refund though if you are going to send dead plants each time) However, the creeping Juniper that you sent are not creeping Junipers. I don't want a replacement on these if you are going to continue to ship a plant other than the creeping Juniper. I could return them, but it's unfair to charge me ship them back to you when it was YOUR error to begin with.

You have not given me any solutions to the problems thus far. The evergreens that you sent are dead and look nothing like the picture or the description. The vinca plants were dried up and had not chance of survival from the moment I received them. It was not my fault that you sent dead plants that were different from the description and I'm not agreeable to paying postage on them in order to get a refund for an order that was DOA.

I am rejecting this response because: I had purchased $83.72 worth and when they sent me the package back in oct 2017 it said 1 package of 2.....What they sent me was 2 persimmons, 6 fall gold raspberry plants and they had substituted the 4 cherry trees cause of no stock by sending me 4 nanking cherry bushes & thought that would be ok! All the plant looked dead the day I received them but I planted them anyways. I contacted the nursery and told them I didnt want the nanking cherry bushes only because I already have several planted along side my garage. After several emails and listening to them give me the run around, they refunded me for the flowering cherry trees only. The only reason im wanting a FULL REFUND is because I dont have 1 live plant to show for anything that I ordered. They looked dead when I received them and they still are dead right at this very moment! I accepted the $11.98 for the flowering cherry trees, and I accept the $34.77 as a partial  refund but they still owe me $46.75. They was gonna send me the flowering cherry trees until I brought it to their attention that they was refunded. Below is what I had stated to them via email. You will see that I did NOT cancell anything I simply asked them why would they want to send more dead plants. Again I have nothing to show for this order and I want a full refund. I do not see any future business with this company and im speaking on behalf of myself. If you read the online reviews for Four seasons nursery then you will see that im not the only one! This is a huge problem with this company. They should be put out of business and thats saying it nicely! I will be waiting for them to send me $46.75, they took it upon themselves just like they took it upon themselves to send me dead plants the first package of 2....Read their online reviews, im not the only one they sent dead plants, not only do I want a FULL refund they should be shut down based on how they do business with everyone including myself! They took it upon themselves to come up with the $34.77 ....Again it didnt surprise me thats for sure! But I will be waiting for the remainder that is rightfully owed to me.I had wrote them this email & below it was their response! They made the right choice by cancelling! First, I was told that I did not need to keep the replacement shipping label. Second, what they sent in the second replacement shipment was either dry and brittle and fell apart in my hand or was moldy (roots). I didn't get items that were part of my free offer (which never grew) like I requested. Only one plant has grown from the original order. I want a refund in check form. I have ordered plants from other companies and I know how plants are usually shipped and how long it takes for them to show life. I don't want any more replacements. I've had to pay additional money to buy replacements from other places and I have the ground dug up and prepared for the items I have yet to replace.

You then contacted us to say that you did not want the replacement. Therefore we cancelled the replacement order and issued a merchandise credit certificate for $14.97 (for the value of the grapes) on 10/9/15.

We received the check back from the bank marked stopped payment and wrote to the customer on 5/16/15 letting them know that the order was being held because their check had not gone through (see copy of 5/16/15 letter). The customer responded to the letter stating that they wished to only use the $28.97 credit and placed a new order. This new order was processed on 6/9/15 and shipped on 6/15/15.

I received a letter from Plantron on Saturday, June 13, 2015. It is the same letter that appears as the Business' Rebuttal Response. It was signed by Laurel Adams, Customer Service. The letter stated that my order was being cancelled, per my request, and that $111.47 was being credited to my charge card. The amount they have decided to refund is incorrect.
I listed specifically, in my complaint, the plants I did not receive, the quantity, and the cost. That list was also reconciled and agreed upon with one of their Customer Service Agents during one of my numerous calls. The agent took the time to look at my order and she detailed exactly the plants that had and had not been sent. I would suggest that Plantron look, carefully, at the list of plants that they did not send and re-do their calculations. I've placed that list below. Again the total amount is $126.22 for plants that Plantron did not send. At this point, I have not even requested a refund for some of the pathetic, molded, and rotten plants that they did ship.

We would like to add that we have reviewed the amount of the refund. The refund is for package 1 which was cancelled per the customers request. The English Lavender and Arkansas Amasonia were in package 2, which Mrs. [redacted] stated she received. Therefore, these two items were not included in the refund. Additionally, the White Pampas Grass was in package 1 and was refunded, but was not included on the list of missing items she provided.

I received a letter from Plantron dated June 30, 2015. The letter was requesting a shipping label from package 2. I suppose this letter was sent in response to an unresolved issue of them still owing me $14.75.
Requesting a shipping label for plants that I received 3 months ago is absurd and just another ploy this company uses to keep from doing the right thing. I ordered nearly $180.00 in plants and have no need to try and cheat them out of $14.75.
As I staed before, I will not waste any more time dealing with this company. If they think $14.75 is worth losing a customer, so be it. I will just be a customer, in the long list of other customers, who are disatisfied and will find another source for nursery plants.
Revdex.com, please send this response to this company and you may consider this matter closed after doing so.
