Review: I visited the [redacted] Road Branch on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, and discussed my concerns related to my checking and savings accounts with Assistant Branch Manager, [redacted]. I was prompted to visit the branch because my Virtual Wallet accounts were converted to free and interest checking accounts and I was assessed a $15 regulation D violation fee. I learned during my conversation with [redacted] that my accounts were converted as a result of frequent transfers between my account and my daughter's accounts which is against federal regulation D, thus the $15 fee. I had and continue have great concern about this. First, when I opened my daughter's virtual wallet accounts I did so SPECIFICALLY to have the convenience of easily transferring monies from my accounts to her's. Had I known that my virtual wallet accounts would have been negatively affected as a consequence, I certainly would have made a different choice on my daughter's behalf. Second, the accounts that I currently have offer little to no interest while may virtual wallet accounts offered up to 25% interest. Last, but certainly not least, I was assessed a fee. I shared all of these concerns with [redacted] adding that I wanted to formalize my grievance. She assured me that she would escalate my concern and to expect to receive a phone call from the escalation department for further resolution. I have not received a phone call from anyone and my concerns persist. And this point, I feel as though I was deceived by [redacted] and the gentleman that open my daughters virtual wallet accounts earlier this year. This is a great concern for me![redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for me fees to be returned and my account converted back to Virtual Wallet accounts with the SAME account numbers.

Review: I have been a customer of PNC bank for the past 2 years and in the past 2 weeks they have over drawn my account 6 times without a reason. On the 21st of March their was two overdraw fees for $36.00 each posted to be taken on the 24th of March when I just made a ATM deposit of $343.10 and there already was $100 in the account. When we contact the bank they where giving me different stories oh why they posted the overdraw fees two days prier the date of 03/24/2014. I just contact the bank today 03/28/2014 because their is 4 overdraw fees taken out of my account of $36.00 each making my account to be negative $-144.00 when it was as positive balance of $9.00 last night. I ask them why they don't deduct the money out of my account when I make the purchase using debit, and they said that it does not matter, it will still be on bank hold. Another thing was that on the month of February was an item hold for 5 days straight, when I contact the bank and ask why, they did not gave me a honest clear answer.Desired Settlement: I want the over drafted fees that it was taken from my account in the last 2 weeks to be put back into my account, because their was no reason for it to be taking out of my account.

Review: On Oct. 10, 2014, I began to tally deposits/withdrawals from my various PNC bank accounts. I noticed that $14.00 had been stolen from my account. Upon further inspection, PNC had taken $14.00 from my acct for 'maintanance & paper statement fees'. When I opened this acct this was not the policy. And, I have maintained the set amount of this acct. So, this is just another way to gouge and rip off customers. On Oct. 11, 2014, I visited PNC Bank and inquired about the theft from my acct. I was advised that the policy had 'recently' changed. I was further informed that a total of $28.00 had been taken from my account: Sept 2014 & October 2014. I asked to have the theft of these funds returned. The manager refunded only $14.00. PNC still owes me $14.00 dollars for funds they removed from this account. I have at least 4 other accounts with this branch with a substantial amount of funds in them. However, PNC sought to steal funds from me so that I would be forced to use online banking (thus the 'paper statement fee') or so that I would put more moneh into this particular acct. I closed this account. Upon, interviewing PNC about becoming a member I specfically stated that I do not like ppl playing with my money. The branch manager said he understood. And, yet PNC chose to steal funds from this account under the guise of 'maintenance & a paper statemt fee'. I want the $14.00 dollars taken/stolen from my account replaced. If someone walked into a bank & robbed it, they would be called a bank robber & subject to criminal charges by a court of law. What do you call banks that do it to their customers?!!I want my funds returned to me. Thank You.Desired Settlement: Refund I want my $14.00 returned to me. As it was stolen in an effort to fulfill the agenda of PNC Bank: open an online account to avoid the 'paper statement fee' or to increase the funds in this particular account.Keeping in mind that I have substantial funds already in various accts with PNC at this branch. They disrespect customers with this bait and swith stealing via fees tactic.

Response:

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Oct. 16, 2014 and PNC has refunded all of my monies they had taken from my account under the disingenious

"maintenance fees & paper statement fees".

So, the financial portion has been satisfactory. The Revdex.com was helpful and I express my gratitude for your prompt response.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I applied for a credit card. I was not given a copy of the application. I was lied to about the late fees. I was told the first late fee may be waived, but later found out that was not the case. The banker did not want to show me the list of standard fees to me until I insisted. I asked for a $2000 limit. The banker said he can do that after he puts in the application. Later, I found out that was not the case. The bank will choose the limit and I must call up later the card is issued to get the limit changed. This practice is nothing short of deceptive and bordering on dishonesty. It is no wonder the financial system nearly collapsed a few years ago. Apparently banks have not learned their lessen.Desired Settlement: I want a copy of the application. I want a $2000 limit placed on the card. I want honesty and disclosure, but that may be too much to ask for from PNC.

Review: I went to open a Secured Credit Card about 2 weeks ago. The person who opened the account was [redacted](very nice lady). I had informed her that I had filed bankruptcy and wanted a secured card to build my credit. [redacted] took the 250.00 to open the account and said I would receive a reply in about 2 weeks, thinking I was getting approved and pnc took my money I waited. I just got the letter today in the mail I was denied. Nobody can tell me when my 250.00 dollars in coming back if the bank has it or the underwriters has it. The refund should have come with the denial letter. I call the 1800 number they refer me to the branch. The branch refers me back to the 1800 number I can't get a hold of [redacted]. Why wasn't they upfront with me I put up my own money, they were assured that I was going to get approved at the branch. No refund and a negative hit on my credit. This branch I will not be banking at again they have not always been upfront...Desired Settlement: I need my refund of 250.00 and a apology from the Branch manager.

Review: I accidentally sent a double payment on 03/04/14 and I called the bank on 03/06/14 to let them know I made a mistake. They told me that the payment would have to clear the bank first and requested a letter of guarantee which my bank does not do. I did have a bank rep fax a statement of request to return the double payment. They say they have sent a check but I haven't received it. They told me that they mailed it out on 03/24/14 and then another person told me that it was mailed on the 03/25/14. I would rather they put it bank in the bank. I don't want to wait for a check in the mail. This delay is unacceptable I would like a prompt response. I had contacted my bank but the payment was already cleared my bank. I would like to warn others about my experience with PNC mortgage.Desired Settlement: I would like the full over paid amount of $655.39 in a timely manner refunded to my account, this has affected my finances and cash flow.

Review: Original request was sent to PNC Mortgage on 7/3. After sending all information as requested, PNC denied me and those promising to help, stopped responding to messages. It all started with Mr A[redacted] who has the worst customer service.

Roy A[redacted]

Mortgage Loan Officer [redacted]

The [redacted] Team

PNC Mortgage, A Division of PNC Bank, NA

PNC Mortgage [redacted]

(off)###-###-#### (cell) ###-###-#### (fax) ###-###-####

Beginning on Friday, June 12, PNC had a 34 day close period. Our agent followed up with Roy SEVERAL times. 1.5 weeks prior to close, "everything was on target and looking good" according to Roy. We were told 2 weeks prior to close, financing had been approved.

At 5:30pm on 6/11, I received a phone call that there was a delay, loan documents had not been received by the title company because there were a few conditions that had not been completed. Roy was working on them. We were advised that closing would occur between Tuesday and Friday the following week. We agreed to file a one week extension until 6/19.

I gave it until Monday before following up. As of 12pm on 6/15, no response from Roy. When he finally reached him, Roy had said they hadn't received a few documents from the buyer. According to the buyer agent, there was some miscommunication with Roy and Roy was to send over an amended document which they were waiting on. There was no activity for 2.5 days. WHY?!?!?! From Thursday to Monday afternoon, nothing had been done. According to Roy, the buyer did not sign the document he had sent over because it was incorrect and was waiting on the amended document. Roy had not done anything for 2.5 days. Why was there this delay?

I received word on Wednesday that the loan documents were received. They were still waiting on employment verification. Friday, 6/19 comes along and there is still no information on this. We are told that the person who had to fax over the form was out that day and her back up "forgot" to send it over. So now we have to wait until Monday, 6/22. The buyers are officially in default all thanks to Roy's lack in completing work.

On Monday, we show up to settlement and advise that if they do not show, they are in default. Title company still does not have the documents. Roy says he is working on it. Seller agent leaves a message with Bill H[redacted] for his help which he never returns the call. The next day, the agent receives a message from Kat from the [redacted] office who has pretty much taken over the issue and receives employment verification, etc.

Why did it take him 3 days to get the amended paperwork to the buyer? Why did every day he say that he would provide everyone with an update and rather leave the office with no update for the weekend? Why did it take him 6 weeks for this task? Why did he always say I will call you back and never did?

This was the worst experience for a situation that is supposed to be a happy experience. Roy put the buyer into default and cost the seller over $600 in HOA interest because he couldn't get his act together.

These are who I've spoken to and the status of each:

Bill H[redacted], Roy's manager (told me he couldn't do anything about it and escalate as I wish)

Justin P[redacted] swore and apologized for everything and promised to help if I gave another chance. He hasn't responded to any of my last messages. This is why there is no faith in PNC. They tell us what we want to hear, not what is being done.

Brandon K[redacted], manager, sent 2 messages. No response ever.

Lynn H[redacted], manager, had me send over all documents. After following up with her, she tells me I am denied and can't tell me why because I'm a third party. I sent her the [redacted] with my name on it. [redacted], Senior Council. Now I'm told to stop contacting PNC.

NOT ONCE have I received an apology for the headache or claiming that someone will speakDesired Settlement: While I would still like my cost reimbursed, I still have not received an apology for the heckle that I have received from your staff. PNC made it impossible for us to have a pleasant experience. And instead of saying "I apologize, this will be discussed with Roy, I am told to stop contacting them."

No worries, and I will make sure no one I know ever goes thru this misery either.

I hope and pray that my situation does not happen to anyone who considers themself a PNC customer. Review: I refinanced my house with PNC back in Dec 2012. A company called [redacted] did the closing. I discovered several months later, when it was delivered to me, that a special warranty deed had been incorrectly created and was not disclosed to me during the closing. I did not receive a copy of this deed until it was delivered to me after it was filed with the courthouse in February.I've been working for months now through over 70 emails and numerous phone calls with both PNC and [redacted] to get this issue resolved to no avail. The Mortgage Operations Processor that I had been working with recently left PNC, but I didn't find out until over a week later that her emails and phone messages were not being read or listened to. It was only after copying the Loan Originator on an email to her that I found out that she left the company.I am furious that the deed was changed from what was on file at the courthouse at the time of the closing. I know that the new deed was not disclosed to me during the closing, because I never would have signed it with the way it was written when I received it months later. I am furious that this issue has dragged on for literally over 2 months, and I'm no closer today to a resolution than I was when I notified PNC that the deed was incorrect.Desired Settlement: I want a deed to be corrected per my specifications and filed with the county to supercede the one that was created through the closing but not disclosed to me until months later.

Business

Response:

PNC Mortgage is in receipt of your correspondence dated June 13, 2013 to the Revdex.com concerning the loan referenced above. Thank you for your patience while we researched this matter.

In your correspondence, you stated that after you refinanced your loan in December 2012, an incorrect warranty deed was recorded, and you were unaware of it until months later. You also expressed frustration that you have been unable to get a resolution to this issue, after multiple attempts to reach PNC and National Link representatives.

We reviewed our records and confirmed that the deed you described was in fact signed by all parties at the time of the closing; however, the deed was defective, as the Grantor and Grantee names were incorrect. In addition, we regret that copies of the closing documents were not provided to you at the closing.

We prepared a revised deed which you signed on June 28, 2013, and it was sent to the [redacted] County, North Carolina recorder’s office. We later confirmed that the deed was recorded.

We apologize for the error in the content of the deed, as well as the lack of response you experienced when you contacted PNC and [redacted] to request corrections to the deed. We recognize that these issues were no fault of your own and caused you unnecessary frustration.

We appreciate your business and hope that the actions we have taken sufficiently resolve your concerns. Should you have any further questions or concerns regarding this matter, please contact our Customer Care representatives at ###-###-####.

Review: In Nov. 2012 a representative at PNC Bank suggested my wife and I meet with the Wealth Management Division of their organization to discuss our estate documents(trust, wills, power of attorney, disbursement of assets, etc.) The meeting took place and we decided to name PNC as the executor of our estate. We even used the attorney they suggested to draw up the documents necessary for this to happen. On Dec. 20th the documents were signed and PNC was then officially the executor. The complete set of documents containing all information to our accounts, assets, powers of attorney, disbursement of personal items was delivered in Jan, 2013. In Oct 2013 my wife delivered additions to those documents to PNC Bank to be included with the documents they had on file.Approximately two days later my wife received a phone call saying they could not find any of the documents that had been previously delivered. The next day my wife returned to the bank at which time two employees made copies of all the documents to be forwarded to the Wealth Management Division. In Nov. 2014 my wife returned with more additions to be added with the documents they had on file. She asked for an appointment for us to review all the documents to be certain everything was up to date. She was told that it was not necessary to meet until they had all the documents. On Nov.20,2014 we received a call stating they could now locate any of the documents we had provided on both occasions. Shortly thereafter we met with [redacted], the new Branch Manager to explain we were selecting another executor for us and that we would be presenting a bill to them for the cost of the attorney drawing up the documents to effect the change. On Dec.12, 2014 the documents were signed changing the executor. On Dec.23, 2014 we received the attorney's bill and presented it to the Branch Manager on Jan.9, 2015. Since then we have been told that different levels of the organization were dealing with it and that they would be in touch. Nothing resolved to date.

Review: Just as other consumers my account too has been minipulated by Pnc to aquire nsf fees! my account was just over $230 I used my pnc BILL pay option to pay multiple bills as I usually do typically my water bill and gas bill take 2-3 days to come out of my account along with my car payment as well which was $410...PNC knowing my account only had $230 in it withdrew the funds right away overdrafting my account for each bill seperatly totaling a rediculous $144 not counting the $72 the week before! I have paid these same exact bills with more funds in the account and they would take 2-3 days to withdraw giving me the time to deposit the funds. PNC and their fees are predatory to people like myself that live paycheck to paycheck like myself! I have had enough and cant afford to be preyed upon by my own financial institution! they have been sued in the past for such unethical tactics but continue to operate the same way! im overly disgusted reading all these people that have had the same thing happen and if I cant get this resolved I will take to every social media outlet I can to expose this! its not fair and I never have any issues with any other banks like thisDesired Settlement: I want these fees taken off my account! they are unjust!

Complaint type: Billing or Collection IssuesThis is the 2nd time I am on here for pnc bank!! For the same issue!! On november 26th I got an email from paypal saying my funds would be taken out of my account in 2-4 business days for an amount of $56.25.On friday nov. 27th at 7:30 pm I log into my PNC account to see that the funds have not yet been taken from my account and the balance still remains $0. Assured that my account was in good I made no attempt to deposit more funds. The next day I wake up and check my account and the $56.25 + a $36 overdraft fee pro rated for nov. 30th had been taken from my account!!!(they also can charge u fees on non bank hours but dont give u a chance to deposit funds in those same hours) How is this legal!? My account showed the funds where not removed or pending on nov. 27th after 7:30pm!! PNC removed the funds sometime after I logged in to check my funds! THEY Continue to blame the Computers and they cant control when funds are removed but somehow between 8-10pm after business hours on a weekend and knowing I had a zero balance removed the funds a day early than paypal said!! I spoke with customer service only to be told sorry your feel that way!! I have read numerous other complaints for the same issue and yet here I am again being robbed by pnc along with hundreds of other customers and they keep getting away with it!! MY fiance works with CPU programming and in her professional opinion PNC bank can knowingly program their Computers to take funds from accounts with low balances in order to aquire fees!!! this is fraud and deception! Review: A mysterious $200 fee appeared on my account recently. And I sent a written inquiry on May 23, 2014 to PMC Mortgage Customer Service solutions to have that $200 fee removed. I always pay my mortgage and never have occurred any fees. I received a written response from PNCs Customer Service Department dated June 19, 2014 stating the $200 fee is from attorney fees related to a bankruptcy and wont be removed off my account. Once I have seen this, I knew I shouldn't have to pay this fee. PNC was never part of any bankruptcy petition and we didnt even go through with the bankruptcy, since my wife found employment during that period of time. So I called ###-###-#### and spoke to customer service at PNC and explained that PNC was never part of any bankruptcy related to me and that we never even through a bankruptcy because my wife found employment. Our mortgage with PNC was never in jeopardy, as we were current and never late on any payments. They still wouldn't remove the $200 fee off my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to Stephanie, I explained to her again. I shouldn't have to pay this fee; I never had any late payment with my mortgage, always paid on time, was current at the time and never had PNC as part of any bankruptcy and didn't even pursue the bankruptcy. She wouldnt remove the fee.Desired Settlement: Remove the $200 fee off my account. I do not owe this to PNC

Review: I tried to avoid PNC bank because of their practices. However, I was FORCED to have them as my bank once they merged with [redacted]. I was not given a choice but to use this terrible excuse for a bank. My issues have become so great it is a hassle to even work with this bank. Plus I get no support from anyone who knows what they are doing. Case in point 1) I have 3 personal accounts, 2 accounts for my children, 2 business accounts (with a business line of credit *more on that in a moment), and a home equity line of credit.First issue When I opened my account in 2013 I got a credit card. The card only covered 5k. No big deal the first year. But the second year I specifically asked to have it increased so that I would not be stranded anywhere away from home. I completed the paperwork, signed the forms and did what I was asked. Needless to say I traveled to [redacted] and my card was denied. They said it was my responsibility to call and have it changed? Yet no one told me anything of the sort. They said you are fine its all done.Second my equity line is up for renewal. This time, I have to give 2 years of tax returns for my business, 2 personal, and provide a massive amount of information that I never had to before. In fact, if I went to [redacted] it would only require a signature. Its been 90 dang days and I STILL in dealing with this without a resolution. They want Pay stubs (I WORK FOR MYSELF AND DONT GET PAY STUBS!!!) On top of that MY BUSINESS HAS AN LINE OF CREDIT!!!!! How can my business get one so easily, yet personally I cant. What the xxxx is going on with PNC?I tried to apply for an extension to my line of credit which I had for several years with PNC. This time, I supplied my information (business tax forms, personal tax forms, and a lot of the requested information) only to have to go to the bank at least 5 times because they "lost" or didnt have information that I provided. On May 29 I decided enough was enough and decided to CANCEL and STOP the process. I decided to do this because I was fed up with hearing "we have what we need you are good to go through the process" only to find out a day or so later that they "needed something else". So I figured, if thats how they do business - why am I wasting my time.I told them to Terminate the process. NOW... dated JUNE 1 2015 - I get a letter that says my credit line application was DENIED? Not Cancelled but DENIED? I cancelled it so how can they DENY it?Desired Settlement: I want to get a refund for my time and effort to have this work completed. My hours and my wifes lost to this out of our business since last November - (approx) 250 hours spent researching and getting information together. Our hourly rate is 150 per hour.I am seeking punitive damages of $37,500 for the time I have put into this effort PNC has caused me a LOT... and I mean a LOT of stress and anguish over the past 2 years. From their poor business practices to their lack of customer service and cryptic policies I have become so frustrated I need help in resolving this issue. I would like to have someone at PNC who can provide some level of explanation for how their process could be so xxxxxxx up- and also why they describe this issue as DENIED when I cancelled it.

Response:

I want t have some form of discussion with PNC. I will remove the damages / and monetary claim from my dispute. But I want someone from PNC to talk with that can offer some clarification as to this entire debacle. I dont want to hear policy or scripted answers. PNC did a very poor job and I want them to know about it. And I want others who may use them to know the terrible service that I had. Not only once, not only twice or even three times. This company should be rated an F on customer service yet they are getting away with absolute bad business and unethical practices because how big they are. Its time they have some explanation for what they call "wonderful service".Remove the monetary claim - and please proceed so that I can get some resolution. I will be submitting another claim shortly about PNC again - for a related - yet similar issue. So I honestly dont care to get anything other than some form of understanding.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not been contacted by PNC. Nor did they discuss anything with me on June 23rd. I was in New Jersey at a client meeting on that day with travel back from the meeting in the afternoon.I did not receive a call, email or voicemail of any kind from PNC on this issue - and I do NOT consider it resolved. This response from PNC is an outrage / and an outright LIE. They have not tried to resolve this issue and have continued to avoid my requests for more discussion on the matter.I again request for a conversation - this has gone on for 3 months now without attention by PNC.

Review: I checked my balance at 12:44 am 6/28 before I went to sleep, I was expecting a direct deposit of $600.00. My balance was still at $1.69. I then went to sleep and woke up around 8am 6/28, checked my balance again and it was at $448. I was confused and so I checked the details, there was 4 overdraft fees applied to my account. If you take $448 and add each overdraft fee (4Ã?â??36=144) and the 1.69 it comes out to about $593. So I got $144 in overdraft fees for not even $7 negative. And even if my account did go negative that morning (I got an email at 3:14am saying my account was overdrawn) I got a direct deposit right away. You have until 10 pm to make your account positive is what they told me on the phone. Well It went negative and I immediately gave me the overdraft fees then it took my money that I needed for my car insurance and car payment!!! I don't know what I am going to do now. I called in and the man scoffed at me. He even said one of the fees was for a .75 cent transaction, and the other $2.35 but he couldn't remove it due to the fact that my account already have overdraft fees removed bofore. Are you serious? I am not requesting you please remove them I'm disputing these because I have never immediately gotten fees. The man on the phone refused to let me speak with a supervisor because my type of issue isn't worth their time. I then went into the branch and the supervisor couldn't help me there either, he said he can have someone call me and I have yet to hear from anyone my car payment is due today and I am short that money. Take your $7 and give me back my $144. This is crazy and I will go as far up the chain as I need to go to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like the overdraft fees refunded back to me. As you can see on my account when I do overdraft intentionally I pay the fee. However when I checked my account I had 1.69 in it and that was early Tuesday morning abefore I went to sleep and when I woke up only hours later all of that had taken place. A few small transactions had posted over drafting my account.then I got a direct deposit. I should have not gotten those fees right away like that and it's not fair to do to someone who loyally

Ihad 4 overdraft fees and they only credited 3 of them. While that wasnice of them, that makes me feel like it is my fault that thiserror occurred and it is not my fault at all. Like I continue tosay, if I knew my account was overdrawn I would have immediately wentacross the street to the bank before the cut off at 10 PM and put the$25 in cash I had sitting on my kitchen table. The gentleman thatcalled me was very nice but he was not willing to or didn't have thepower to completely rectify the issue by crediting back all of thefees. He was only able to do 3 of 4. He said that's the best he can do,but that is like a slap in the face because it still makes me feel like idid something wrong. When I asked how I could have prevented ithe couldn't make sense of it. If a customer cant understand somethingabout the services they use then there is something wrong, it should not bethat complicated. When a mistake or error occurs take full responsibility. Bycrediting the 3 you obviously see that there was an error on your behalf but byleaving the one fee it makes it look like PNC doesn't want to fulltake responsibility, PNC still wants to make it look like itwas partially my fault and it was not. I understand that if igot the email that my account wasoverdrawn and I hadn't gotten the direct deposit ordeposited money in the account before 10PM I would get the fee, but that wasnot the case. When I went to sleep at12:44 AM my account was positive, when I woke up hours later it was positivethe only way I knew it was ever negative is the email I got at 3:14 AM and thefact my account was short around $144.00. At 3AM I got notified inthat email my account was overdrawn $7 dollars and then I get 4 overdraftfees immediately and then I get a direct deposit a hour or so latertaking the money that I work very hard for. In order for me to drop this claimi will need all the overdraft fees credited back to me not just the 3(they already credited back 3 so I would just need the one more in$36) When I asked thegentleman at PNC to explain how this even happened he me made zero sense to meas to why it was my fault or mistake, it didn't add up andhe couldn't tell me how it was my fault or what I could havedone to prevent it. Again, he was really nice but he basically said it was aone off situation using a bunch of bank lingo to try and confuse me,but there is nothing I could have done to prevent it but alwayshave more money in my account, but they are still going to charge me1 fee for it. That makesno sense to me and that is not making the customer satisfied. Now iam worried this is going to happen again and nowim hesitant to trust banking with them because what if this doeshappen again will I have to go through all this to get the issue resolved? Thecustomer should not have to put in more work then the company, I have worked incustomer service my entire life and that is poor customer service inmy opinion. It is a nice gesture to credit 3 but if you are takingresponsibility take it all, don't try to partially fault me when itwas not my mistake. If my account is everoverdrawn and the bank feels like they are just tocharge an overdraft fee they need to be reflecting the negative balance on thecustomers online statement because it is not right or fair to be telling peoplein the middle of the night their account is all the sudden overdrawn and beforethey even wake up there are fees. There is no way I am taking the blame forthis, I have spoke with other banks and credit unions and not one of them(including a PNC branch I don't typically go into I went in askingquestions and they agreed with ME!!)

Review: I had a loan through PNC bank that was paid off in full on Feb 10, 2014. After the payment was processed there was a credit on the account of 109.90 which is owed to me. PNC will not send me the amount due. Then on the Feb 14, 2014 tried to charge me for the amount of 280 dollars which was my monthly payment AFTER the account was closed. [redacted] (Who my checking account is with) had to put a stop payment on the withdraw to keep PNC from charging me. When I called PNC bank about it they said it is a third party who makes the withdraw, and the agent I spoke with said "It's not our problem." I have a screen shot of the account login where I have a 109.90 credit on the account yet PNC tells me that it is only 10.59 and that is all they are willing to pay.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the 109.90 AND compensation for all of the trouble that both myself and my new credit union has had to go through because of PNC's unwillingness to cooperate.

Review: I purchased a vehicle through PNC bank last year. I have never been behind on a payment, as the due date is on the 11th of every month and the payment coupons show a grace period until the 18th of every month before a $39 dollar late fee is charged. I usually do not get paid until the 15th of every month , so my payments are usually a few days late. PNC Collections calls my home, my cell phone and my employment to harass me all day long beginning on the 12th- at one day after the due date mark until I make the payment. I have asked them to stop that I do not get paid until the 15th of the month and that this is only a few days - not 30 days- and the late fee from PNC isn't charged until the 18th. But the blatant harassment continues daily, and it is embarrassing as I am at work to answer the call and have others hear me talking. Is this against the law to call and harass like this- I could see if this was over 30 days but its been a few days only! I haven't even accrued a late fee yet! I cannot take the constant harassing calls.-especially at work "Desired Settlement: I would like PNC collections department to leave me alone, not to call all day long or at all - especially after I already talked to one of their representatives explaining that my payments will always be a few days behind because I get paid on the 15th- but that it is still before their 18th of the month late fee assessment. They call all hours, every day, and at my place of employment. They should be reprimanded as I have told them to stop and they continue still and their collection practices reviewed. And they better not place anything on my credit report- as my account is not past due by 30 days- nor has it EVER been.

Review: I had an overdraft fee applied to my personal PNC account on 6/19/14 due to medical issues. I inquired on 6/20 to speak with [redacted] a supervisor at PNC who laughed when I asked her to only document the reason why I didnt make an earlier deposit was due to having a biopsy dx breast cancer.I felt dehumanized by the unprofessional and uncaring treatment by PNC!Desired Settlement: Have my 36 overdraft fee removed due to extenuating circumstances
