Terrible company do not call themFirst class HVAC fixEd our problem
We called peninsulia oil to fix our heat problem on occasions and they just put a bandage on itThe 3rd time literally weeks apart from each other I called them because our tenants heat was not working once again and I called peninsulia at 2pm and the dispatcher said she would have someone out to the propertyAt 8pm the tenant called and said no one had shown upI called peninsulia once again and the dispatcher said she would have someone go to the houseI received a call from the technician and he advised me that they would not come back to the house and of course I had a few choice words for himI asked if his manager would call me and he told me that Dave told him he would not call his customer WTF is what I was thinking how bad was this customer serviceMy guess is that since they could not fix the problem the first times they did not want to attempt to fix the problem againI personally do not trust them at all or they don't know their *** from a hole in the groundI called First class heating and air and they came right out and took care of the problemThank First Class great job

Today Scott R*** came to service my air conditionerHe was prompt, dependable, efficient, and courteousI was extremely pleased with his workI would highly recommend Scott and Peninsula to a friend

I really am unsure of what this customer is talking about, we have no work history that relates to their complaintThe last service we have is from 12/21/in the amount of $603.00, that was for a dispatch fee, Capacitor, and Hard start kitThe customer was given an estimate for this and signed the repair billIf they have a receipt have them please forward Thanks ***

Tom did a great job and was very knowledgeable

So many wrongs that I don't know where to startThey say they do automatic delivery but let you run out of propane They charge you double the market price They ask you to give them cash on delivery They are unprofessional and very hard to get a hold of Before I decided to change my services to use another company, I told them I was going to give them one last service and politely asked them to delivery on a specific date- come to my surprise, they failed us AGAIN and did not deliver- forget about not delivering- they never put in the orderNeverand I mean NEVER do business with these guys

Peninsula requires that a customer needs to answer their phone before a technician is dispatched to there home We did not get an answer, therefore we did not arrive at the original scheduled time However, Peninsula does not charge after hours fees Our pricing is the same
at all times, including evenings, weekends and holidays The customer was given our upfront pricing before any work was performedAt that time, the customer had the option to accept or deny the repairsIn this case, the customer authorized the repair, the repair was made, the customer again signed stating the repair was done and was satisfied Full payment is due upon completion of work No refund is due to customer

Excellent servicePrompt and very professionalAlso friendly and explained everything to meI was VERY pleased

Any insurance claim made against Peninsula is turned over to our insurance company for investigation. Upon completion of the investigation by our insurance company, Peninsula was found not liable for any damages. Peninsula has no further obligation in this case

Bill from Peninsula did our furnace maintenance today and he did a great jobHe was very professional and had a lot of information to share!

I was unaware of this situation, and I do apologize for the inconvenience. I will have our dispatch department call *** to schedule the installation. The compressor is under warranty, so there will be not charge to replace it

As you can see from *** *** work order (attached) *** was presented with a price for the pipe repair prior to having the work performed. Her signature is signed in both places, authorizing us to perform the work, and again upon completion and satisfaction. When work is
completed, payment is due. Peninsula always gives the price upfront before any work is performed. At that time, the customer can authorize the work to be done, or deny the work. *** purchased the plumbing maintenance agreement which includes a plumbing inspection and received her discount on the work performed(see work order). The agreement is for year, and has already been used, therefore no refunds are due. All our maintenance agreements are for year, and are non-refundable. No refund of any kind is due to *** ***

Knowledge of job, does very good work Not afraid to ask others for assistancePrice was a little high but to get good service you have to pay a little more Will use them again if I have a plumbing issue

Rob Dworked on the tricky replacement of our oil heater and HVAC air unit a couple years ago Today, he returned for our annual check-up Well spoken, friendly, knows his trade, and suggested an asale, which I found reasonable, and I purchased And cleans up after himself, which my wife finds to be a right-up-at-the-top trait So: As a retired business owner, I just wish all of my employees had been this good

we are happy to reschedule the appointment to install your propane serviceor credit the charge and remove our tank
