We would love to give you your money back You and your child consistently missed coaching sessions for months leading up to the program There is no way your child would possibly get any callbacks without proper follow through A refund should have been offered to you before the program A child will not get any callbacks unless the family participates in the process and allows us to properly prepare them before hand Thank you for giving us an opportunity to see that we should not have invited your family in the first place This will allow us to make better decisions regarding who attends in the future Our accounting department will be contacting you shortly

My daughter [redacted] just participated in the summer Premiere program The program was very extensive and intensive She received excellent training and coaching all year from Dru He is so wonderful to work with He is extremely patient, kind and very helpful [redacted] worked with him monthly and he told her what to do how to improve and was so encouraging.Michael delivered on all accounts She met casting directors, talent agents and managers She loved performing and was very confident in front of the judges due to the entire staffs coaching while attending PremiereShe also sang and she loved the entire experience She met children from all over the world and made a real good friend from Canada.I recommend the program highly because they delivered on everything they promised [redacted] is much more confident and much more poised She loved the special guests Debbie R [redacted] and especially Hayden They were very forthcoming and very helpful Iknow the industry is tough but all you need is one opportunity and who knows where that will take you By joining the program we were given that opportunity and we are excited for what lies ahead

We attended the Premiere audition back in November The audition itself was quite exciting and interesting and our son was selected to participate in the Premiere Program in Orlando in July We signed him up for Level & so that he could showcase his singing talent in addition to his acting skills Our journey was incredible starting with the exciting audition, followed by very well organized and planned on camera practice sessions, friendly and helpful Premiere staff, informative and detailed communications prior to the event and then the Premiere Event itself Attending this event was not only absolutely amazing for our son but also for his brother and us (parents) The event was everything we were hoping it would be Our child was able to showcase his talent in front of many industry professionals across from Canada (Toronto & Vancouver), US (LA & New York), Australia, Europe etc The Premiere staff was very supportive, helpful and worked very hard to prepare all the kids to do their best and succeedThe evening events were very well planned, full of fun and excitement! The celebrity stars attending the event were mind-blowing I can’t emphasize enough what amazing role models those celebrities are, how very nice they were to every single child attending the event, including siblings and friends of the Premiere performers If your child has a dream to be on the Disney show or be an actor/singer/dancer/model then you can easily make their dreams come true It is worth every penny! We are in the process of talking to several managers and agents from Toronto, LA and New York This was an incredible experience which we will never forget! Thank you PREMIERE!

My wife and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed and appreciated our time at Premiere July Our journey with Premiere began as kind of a fluke with our son hearing about the auditions on the radio in Detroit and with literally no experience whatsoever, being selected to attend the July event a week later
From that point until now we have been impressed with every part of the process culminating in a truly one of a kind experience in Orlando We wanted to highlight a few of the most notable items
Our face time with the President of Premiere Michael P*** - from answering all our questions at the Detroit event, providing encouraging words to our son, and especially coming over to see us personally in Orlando and again providing encouraging wordsWe really appreciated his attention It said a lot to us about the leadership at Premiere
Communication - From the beginning we have been impressed with the communication we received from Premiere The evidence for us was that we were completely prepared for Orlando We knew where to be when, what to do, how to dress, etc Our son was well coached and ready for his auditions Nothing was missed to ensure we were ready
Premiere staff - everyone we dealt with from Premiere was great The acting coaches were very effective and encouraging even in the limited time available The event staff was great but most notable were the local actors you brought in because we dealt with them most closely in the audition rooms They handled the coordination of the audition and waiting rooms flawlessly and always with kindness and a smileThey also provided great insights about what it takes to break into the entertainment industry
The celebrities - they were examples that all celebrities should emulate Especially the time and attention they gave the kids I'm sure the photo event was very tiring for them but they all pushed through it with a smile We were particularly impressed with Debby R*** taking the time to answer ***'s questions during an elevator ride and later stopping on her way out of the hotel with friends to take a selfie with himHe will always remember that
I could go on but suffice to say that Premiere delivered everything that was promised and moreWe will see what the future holds for our son but we now have the tools and information to help him pursue an entertainment career as his interests and abilities lead him

Everything about Premiere has been very positive with lots of fun My daughter has truly enjoyed this journey and I have enjoyed working with the staff as well There are no gimmicks - - truly genuine people trying to help newcomers into the business Break a leg!

I totally would like to dispute the business’ response In my claim, my whole point is: Premiere is a huge scamMy whole point is not: we didn’t attend the so called serviceSo the business didn’t really address the issue. We did attend the so called service, that was how we found out the Premiere Event was a huge scam afterwardsBasically for us, their service was to get my daughter perform in front of several agents for several minutesThere were other things that came with the package, like training, opening ceremony etcwhich would only make this joke look better and realWhen I filed my claim, I have explained in detail why Premiere Event was a huge scamIf you have time, would you mind please going through my statement, then you will know exactly what happened to us.
