Premiere Event

We attended the Premiere audition back in November 2015. The audition itself was quite exciting and interesting and our son was selected to participate in the Premiere Program in Orlando in July 2016. We signed him up for Level 2 & 3 so that he could showcase his singing talent in addition to his acting skills.

Our journey was incredible starting with the exciting audition, followed by very well organized and planned on camera practice sessions, friendly and helpful Premiere staff, informative and detailed communications prior to the event and then the Premiere Event itself. Attending this event was not only absolutely amazing for our son but also for his brother and us (parents). The event was everything we were hoping it would be. Our child was able to showcase his talent in front of many industry professionals across from Canada (Toronto & Vancouver), US (LA & New York), Australia, Europe etc. The Premiere staff was very supportive, helpful and worked very hard to prepare all the kids to do their best and succeed. The evening events were very well planned, full of fun and excitement! The 4 celebrity stars attending the event were mind-blowing. I can’t emphasize enough what amazing role models those celebrities are, how very nice they were to every single child attending the event, including siblings and friends of the Premiere performers.

If your child has a dream to be on the Disney show or be an actor/singer/dancer/model then you can easily make their dreams come true. It is worth every penny! We are in the process of talking to several managers and agents from Toronto, LA and New York. This was an incredible experience which we will never forget! Thank you PREMIERE!

Sumbitted cancelling request according to their guidelines. Submitted a complaint through Revdex.com (see case # [redacted]). Premiere Event indicated that they sent a refund check, which was never received in the amount of $560.00. Informed Revdex.com they would stop payment and resend via [redacted], which has not been done at this time. I am requesting the Revdex.com to reopen case and assisting to resolve this matter

My wife and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed and appreciated our time at Premiere July 2016. Our journey with Premiere began as kind of a fluke with our son hearing about the auditions on the radio in Detroit and with literally no experience whatsoever, being selected to attend the July event a week later.

From that point until now we have been impressed with every part of the process culminating in a truly one of a kind experience in Orlando. We wanted to highlight a few of the most notable items.

1. Our face time with the President of Premiere Michael P[redacted] - from answering all our questions at the Detroit event, providing encouraging words to our son, and especially coming over to see us personally in Orlando and again providing encouraging words. We really appreciated his attention. It said a lot to us about the leadership at Premiere.

2. Communication - From the beginning we have been impressed with the communication we received from Premiere. The evidence for us was that we were completely prepared for Orlando. We knew where to be when, what to do, how to dress, etc. Our son was well coached and ready for his auditions. Nothing was missed to ensure we were ready.

3. Premiere staff - everyone we dealt with from Premiere was great. The acting coaches were very effective and encouraging even in the limited time available. The event staff was great but most notable were the local actors you brought in because we dealt with them most closely in the audition rooms. They handled the coordination of the audition and waiting rooms flawlessly and always with kindness and a smile. They also provided great insights about what it takes to break into the entertainment industry.

4. The celebrities - they were examples that all celebrities should emulate. Especially the time and attention they gave the kids. I'm sure the photo event was very tiring for them but they all pushed through it with a smile. We were particularly impressed with Debby R[redacted] taking the time to answer [redacted]'s questions during an elevator ride and later stopping on her way out of the hotel with friends to take a selfie with him. He will always remember that.

I could go on but suffice to say that Premiere delivered everything that was promised and more. We will see what the future holds for our son but we now have the tools and information to help him pursue an entertainment career as his interests and abilities lead him.

Customer never contacted us to cancel and receive a refund.  We would be more than happy to issue a refund.  Please provide a valid mailing address for the refund check.

I was wondering what the status of this was. I agreed to the check for $570 to clear this and I saw that it was suppose to be sent but we are now in August and I have still not recieved anything yet. Thank you in advance.

Dru has been a great and outstanding Coach in pulling out our daughter's traits and attributes in acting. The training she received has not only prepare her adequately for the Premiere event in Florida, but has translated her into performing well in acting in her school.
Our daughter's acting talent was obscure to us until her interview with Micheal who did an amazing job in challenging her and exposing her talent.
Dru did a wonderful and excellent job in exploiting these traits and perfect it.
Our gratitude goes to Premiere and all their wonderful staff in making our daughter's dream come true. We hereby highly recommend Premiere for any child who wants to excel in entertainment industry.

A stop-payment was placed on the refund check since the customer did not receive it.  A cashier's check was issued on 2/25/14 and proof of delivery on 2/26/14 is attached.

My Family and I had an amazing experience at the Premiere Event. The staff is extremely professional and the coaching they provided my Daughters' was awesome! I can only say that our public schools should have teachers like the ones in Premiere!

I totally would like to dispute the business’ response.  In my claim, my whole point is: Premiere is a huge scam. My whole point is not: we didn’t attend the so called service. So the business didn’t really address the issue. We did attend the so called service, that was how we found out the Premiere Event was a huge scam afterwards. Basically for us, their service was to get my daughter perform in front of several agents for several minutes. There were other things that came with the package, like training, opening ceremony etc. which would only make this joke look better and real. When I filed my claim, I have explained in detail why Premiere Event was a huge scam. If you have time, would you mind please going through my statement, then you will know exactly what happened to us. Thanks again for giving me the chance to dispute with Premiere Event.

Very credible. Very professional. Would highly recommend attending if you are given the opportunity. The staff are very professional and the exposure is amazing!

My daughter, [redacted] attended the Prwmiere Event in 2014 at which time she gained representation in the industry in LA/NYC. Subsequently, in December of 2015 she was bought back as a Performer! Can I say she was treated as if she was already a mainstream Star! The staff was attentive; and the encouragement she received from several Disney Stars whom were present at the event was PRICELESS! Just one child able to fulfill her wildest dreams!
