I am not arguing the fact that you want a black day bedAll I said was that chocolate was written on the ticket and I informed you on the phone that I could special order a black color for youIm not forcing anyone to shop here here, I am just following stores rules which state that there are no refunds

Customer received merchandise in good conditionCustomer signed saying merchandise was in good conditionOver four months later customer called in and said merchandise was damaged (after having merch in their house with no problems for four months)We informed the customer that there is no warranty against damages on this particular item, however we offered customer a store credit and gave them the number to manufacturer to see if there was anything they could doCustomer refused store creditWe reached out and extended another store credit to the customer

Every customer that makes a purchase is informed about our no refund policy, and is then asked to sign stating that they understand that policyAs [redacted] has stated I did come in the next morning and reassured him that I would sent out one of my personal guys out (not the set up company that charges) at no additional cost to go and set up his furniture, I will still honor the fact that I will give [redacted] a free set up

I did apologize to [redacted] for the mishap of the warehouse of accidentally loading of the same pieces on the truckWe were running a 50% off sale but it was only on selected itemsShe picked a set that the promotion was not on, but we did gave her a deal on the set even though it wasn't a promotional itemAs to her compensation I faxed over in front of her for progressive to fund $dollars back to account and gave her a copy for records

As to the damaged furniture, anyone who does the sale informs the customer that it is there sole responsibility to inspect the merchandise and if something is damaged to send it back with the delivery driver so that we can send over a new piece. And as for the mattress the brand dream well is... the brand that we have promotions on for 199 for the mattress set, And it was the mattress that was shown during the time of sale

We have reached out to this customer multiple times leaving numerous messagesThe customer has yet to respond to us to schedule a redeliveryWe are awaiting his response so we can schedule his re-delivery

This customer purchased a living room set which was delivered in perfect condition. The customer signed for merchandise after inspecting it for damages and finding none. Customer was given a brochure PRIOR to purchase for warranty on FABRICS and UPHOLSTERY only. The brochure clearly illustrated and... detailed everything warranty covers and does not cover. After inspecting merchandise and stating there were no damages customer subsequently (months later) called to complain about damage to set. Customer proceeded to complain that warranty does not cover her damages even though the warranty expressly said they do not cover this damage (again PRIOR to purchase). Pricebusters cannot be held accountable to damages done to set once it has been in customers house and was expressly delivered free of damages. Customer cannot try to hold warranty company liable for repairs/replacements that they expressly (prior to purchase) do not cover.

The item that was purchased was more expensive then $she was informed by the manager on duty that we could sell it to her for $but was accidentally only charged $This sale was not able to be done so I called the customer on Sunday before she went all the way to Baltimore for
pickup to tell herIf she doesn't want to pay for the actual price of the set I told her I completely understand and would gladly refund her, but unfortunately I can not give her the merchandise that she wants for the price she wants to pay

This customer made her purchase in MarchThe purchase price of the merchandise was $1300-The customer called in to say she was unhappy with her bunkie mattresses and that she was missing hardwarePricebusters scheduled a hardware pack and new bunkies to be delivered to her on the next truck out
The customer signed saying she received that deliveryPricebusters was unaware of any further issuesPricebusters Customer Service Department is now actively reaching out to the customer to find out what further issues need resolution so that we may provide whatever is needed

Again, I can only reiterate that this customer called in to customer service to complain about a mattress that she has been sleeping on for monthsCustomer Service informed her that her particular mattress issues are not covered by a warranty, however, she is a Pricebuster customer and we try to help all of our customers as best we canThis customer was informed that Pricebusters would switch out her mattress FREE OF CHARGE!all the customer had to do was bring it in and swap it outThis customer decided that she did not want to bring in the damaged mattressThere is nothing we can do for a customer who has merchandise that is damaged, is not covered by a warranty and is unwilling follow procedure to replace it!! If the customer decides that she wants to bring in the mattress customer service has stated that THEY ARE STILL WILLING TO SWAP IT OUT!!! This damage is not covered by any warranty and Pricebusters would not be reimbursed for this loss, but this company stands behind our customers and our productIt is unreasonable for this customer to expect a store to take a loss and have to pay to have that loss delivered! We will gladly swap out this DAMAGED merchandise for something of equal or lesser value, but it is the customers responsibility to bring in the merchandise for the exchangePricebusters is going above and beyond even their own policies to try to help a customer and this customer does not want the help

I talk with them on the phone he said it will be there next Thursday 04/13/if it's not there by then n ready for pick up I will want my refund back no questions about it I have been waiting for
over a month

All merchandise must be inspected at time of deliveryDelivery company cannot leave merchandise at a customers house without customer inspecting merchandise and signing a declaration stating that merchandise is received in full and good conditionIf a customer has merchandise in their house that merchandise by definition has been inspected and agreed BY THE CUSTOMER to be free of all damagesAs far as warranty goes all purchases of warranties are accompanied by a brochure that explains explicitly what is and is not covered by the warrantyNo customer is misled as all customers are given IN WRITING all policies regarding what is covered and what is notThis customer is making claims on TWO ACCOUNTS that completely contradict what she agreed to IN WRITINGOnce again, Pricebusters has delivered merchandise to customer in full and good conditionCustomer cannot hold Pricebusters responsible for damages that was done to merchandise AFTER it has been in her house and usedCustomer cannot hold a warranty company liable for damages done by the customer that warranty expressly says is not covered!!

there was an attempt on 02/09/to deliver *** *** furniturewe have a time stamp of the delivery time of 10:am and they stayed there trying to reach *** *** until 10:Even after the delivery was done the warehouse and myself have made several attempts to reach her to reschedule her delivery We do have a no refund policy so we are unable to refund any money, but we will still deliver her sectional out to her as soon as she tells us a good date to bring it out to her, and I will still offer *** *** our $store credit

I have been trying to reach this customer since I have got back to the officeI would love to make sure she gets everything she needsI apologize that the warehouse has been closed and that customer service has not been availablePlease feel free to come to the store anytime Mon thru Thursday
