I am rejecting this response because:I was mislead about the warranty information upon purchaseIf I we're informed of this I would not have purchased the warrantyAlso the furniture did not arrive free of damage, therefore I did not sign the contractI also contacted the company immediately, not months latermonths, and have received no resolutionTherefore I have chosen to report the incident to the Revdex.com.

a complete set was delivered*** *** came in and purchased a living room set that came with a free coffee table set which is what was sentThere was another coffee table set which I found out afterwards that she was interested in and informed her that that specific set could not be sent out for
free but I would have gladly give her a deal on them if she wanted

This business practice was and is unethicalThey refused to honor the contract and I went there to get my refund because of fear that they may go out of business, not because they honored the contractAs you can see, they never responded to the message until I got my refundI'm definitely not satisfied with the way they handled this issue, but I wasn't going to dedicate time & money to pursue itThat doesn't mean that it was resolved satisfactorilyI WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING SO NOT INTETESTED IN THEIR OFFERWe can definitely leave this complaint as unsatisfactoryThey blatantly refused to honor a binding contract

All merchandise was deliveried and a new sofa was given instead of the clearance one that was purchased due to the inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because:The furniture delivered to me was half right, the daybed was not the color I requested and I did discuss the colors of my daughters bedroom to be black white and pink which is why I wanted a black daybedAlso the chests they delivered were the exact chest I was insisting upon NOT getting because I saw it damaged on a showroom floor of their forestville store Because none of my daughters bedroom furniture was correct, I then returned my own dresser and chestI only kept the living room sectional, which cist more than any piece, and the football team futon I kept A verbal contract is just as strong as a written contract Tiffany did not write down what we discussed, and has no idea if I am literate or not I did read the blurb under my signature which stated refunds are considered if product is returned unopen, undamaged, in which case what I returned never came out its original packaging As she wrote up the contract that paper was too far away for me to see; howeve, I did read the bottom blurb which mentions there is possibility of refund under specific conditions, I met those conditions I kept the most expensive piece, I returned my own dresser, mirror and chest because all of my daughters bedroom furniture was incorrect AND the price on their receipt was not what Tiffany and I discussed A verbal contract holds just as much weight as a written contract, and the chests they delivered for my daughter were the chest I insisted I DID NOT want because I had seen them on the showroom floor of their forestville Maryland storeI believe it was all deliberate and they never expected me to decline The blurb at the bottom of the delivery receipt is the same blurb I read when I signed my signature at the store I have attached that document Because I was talking Tiffany through my order, I did not think it necessary to re-read the order, I specifically read the blurb under my signature which stated that a refund would be considered under specific conditions listed I met the conditions and so not wish to do any further business with any pricebusters store because of their lack of professionalism, their poor decision making not calling for my input about changing the bed color This while experience has been devastating as we still do not have dressers and other furniture pieces in our new home because this company refuses to refund my money and accept that I want no further assistance from ANY pricebusters ever again
As a customer, consumer, it is my right to refuse to patronize a store again after a bad experience, this has been a devastating experience and I don't ever want to go back there again

I am rejecting this response because: Karl, you know you said to me on the phone, you sent chocolate day bed because you didn't have black and my response to you was someone should have called and asked me Your location was the 2nd price busters I went to and even at the other store, they can vouch that I wanted a black daybed as well as the chests were definitely the chests I DID NOT WANT My experience was so bad, I do not appreciate you FORCING me to continue to shop there I really should have gone back to the gentleman at the other location But I didn'tI came to your location being closer to where I was that day How can you force me to continue to shop with you? That us very unfair As a customer and consumer, I am allowed to choose not to patronize that store any more and that is what I choose

I am rejecting this response because: Regardless of what the Maryland contract states, there are standard parts of the contract that were not metYou guys agreed to cancel the contract thus is why money is being requestedThis contract is voided and holds no moreSo regardless of all sales are final slogan , the contracted has been cancelled. With a cancelled contract, nothing holds trueYou guys don't have any signs stating that all sales are final in your
store or in your sales ad that comes door to door every other day. You guys do not have an actual upper management that can be reach to dispute such casesIn addition, price busters have yet to even explain why the money is being kept?
What services have you provided? None. What fees is the money even been used for
It was suppose to have been for delivery and payment on the furniture from my understanding
Furniture that is at this point not even a factor because the contract
has been cancelled, with Price Busters consent and with mine which I sure was recorded at the time the Bank called you for the cancelled confirmation on your end.So regardless of whether you have all sales are final on this piece of paper you are calling contract, it doesn't hold any truth to it because has been cancelledYour cancelled contract states that the furniture was paid in fullSo does that mean that the furniture was sold for $because we still trying to uphold a cancelled contractYou claim that all sales are final but yet you still do returns, is that breach your own contractYour contract also states that you guys are not responsible for lost, stolen or damage furniture so if my furniture was to be chipped or cracked then you take no responsible in thatSo what kind of business is thatPrice buster will continue to tarnish its reputation with these gimmicks and misrepresentations. No furniture was received nor was it picked upStore credit was offered but it doesn't cover sales or discounted furniturePrice buster better learn from these other customers that are closingYour customers is what runs your businessWord of mouth goes a long wayI will continue to dispute this matter until the right people are
reached because it all boils down to what did you guys do, especially,

The store manager has been in contact with this customer and has come to a resolutionThis customer is being helped and her concerns are being addressed

We had already nformed the customer to reselect to something that doesn't require assembely

I was told that under the Maryland contract law that I would be able to get my money back and that the manager would be the one to reverse the transaction from the same sales associate who sold me the furnitureSo I am looking to do just thatPrice Busters doesn't have any posting in their stores or advertisement stating that all sales are finalIt sad that a company has to use such tactics to make a profitIt is distasteful and bad business as to why I am seeking my money backWhat services were performed? Price Busters does not sell any remade or used itemsTherefore bed bugs wouldn't have come from usDue to the fact that the merchandise was at the consumers home since April they could have come from anyoneEspecaily if there is alot of hosting

Pricebusters has reached out to this customer and has resolved the issue

I am not arguing the fact that you want a black day bed. All I said was that chocolate was written on the ticket and I informed you on  the phone that I could special order a black color for you. Im not forcing anyone to shop here here, I am just following stores rules which state that there are no refunds.

  Karl, per your request, this is a copy of the invoice  of my purchase from your store on July 13, 2016.  As you can see this is the invoice that was brought to my home by your delivery guys.  I did not receive the dresser nor the mirror and I noted that on the invoice.  I was told that this wouldn't be a problem but almost a year later and no dresser or mirror.   On  several occasions I tried to work something out with you and to no avail.  Not sure why you are telling the Revdex.com that this is your first time hearing of this when I have spoken to you several times on the phone.  There was a second deliver date that was supposed to have taken place and after taking off from work your company didn't even show up.  I had to call you and you decided to tell me that the dresser was out of stock.  I had to call you to find that out after taking off of my job and using my leave.  This is very bad business.  I want the dresser or my money back.Thank you,

Every customer that makes a purchase is informed about our no refund policy, and is then asked to sign stating that they understand that policy. I am rejecting this response because:  How can a business sell something such as a mattress and not have some type warranty. The warranty is not the only problem, I've only had the mattress for 3 months. What place of business wouldn't want to replace something that is defective, along with not picking the product up. Other businesses pick up their defective items. This is just another ploy to not cooperate with the consumer.  Being a small business,  you would think that the company would want to keep the consumers pleased.  How many people do you know,  much less a senior can redeliver a mattress.  This is just a bunch of bull.  The manager in the store said that they would come to pick it up, then later that night Kisha called to say that they couldn't.  Not picking up the defective product should be a violation itself.  Yes I 'm rejecting the response and will continue to do so until I'm pleased.

the costumer was delivered everything that was written on the invoice. we did state that there are no refunds as that is store policy and the costumer signed stating that she understood. I did tell the customer that she could have a store credit

I have located the ottoman and the furniture rep said it should be at our warehouse in about 5 weeks
