A redelivery has been set to swap out the damaged merchandise

This is the first I'm hearing about this situation that occurred almost a year ago. Please email me your invoice to [redacted].pricebusters@[redacted].com and I wil look into the problem for you

Review: On April 4, 2014, I put a deposit down for a bedroom set with salesman [redacted]. After my bank card was swiped for $800, I was informed they don't assemble (set up) furniture. I paid the balance of $500 on April 10, 2014 for delivery scheduled on April 15, 2014 which included an additional $100 for setup. I called that morning to confirm delivery and was told I was set for midday on the manifest. At 5pm, I called again and was told they would be out delivering until the truck was empty. On April 16th, I still have received my order and I called the store and spoke to the manager Corey. He told me, "Our warehouse and delivery department are closed today to do inventory, but I'll call you tomorrow when they reopen". They have a no refund policy, and yet I have no furniture. What can I as a consumer do to resolve this issue?Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as resolution.
