I am rejecting this response because:
I received my furniture on the day it started snowing it was Friday Jan 22th. When it arrived it was wrapped in plastic and card board. The delivery men stated that they had a few more deliveries to make and it had begun to snow. How was I supposed to inspect merchandise when we where heading towards a snow storm. Also the furniture that I purchased is a complete rip off, when I went to price busters and viewed the merchandised on display it was nice and comfortable. The furniture that was deceived to me is cheap, hard with sunken pillows. When I brought this to the attention of price busters customer service I was told by a lady name Mrs. Keisha to email the problem along with pictures. I did so but I was told by some manager that he could not tell if the couch sinks in when you sit down and for me to bring it in to the warehouse for inspection. Now I just paid over a 1000, for cheap furniture and price busters want me to load up a couch at my expense and bring it to Baltimore and I live in DC. WHAT KIND OF CUSOTMER SERVICE IS THIS. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT BUSNIESS AND I PLAN TO SUE THE [redacted] OUT OF THIS COMPANY AND I PLAN TO GO PUBLIC VIA SOCIAL MEDIA IF I DON'T RECEIVE SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION.

The merchandise was reordered but during that time and before it arrived I was informed by the finance company that she no longer wanted the merchandise

Pricebusters has a signed receipt of merchandise stating that the customer has received ALL merchandise in FULL and good condition. Even so, we have reached out to this customer and are willing to get them what they need.

Merchandise Is scheduled to be transferd to the store so that it will be available for pickup

As to the damaged furniture, anyone who does the sale informs the customer that it is there sole responsibility  to inspect the merchandise and if something is damaged to send it back with the delivery driver so that we can send over a new piece. And as for the mattress the brand dream well is...

the brand that we have promotions on for 199 for the mattress set, And  it was the mattress that was shown during the time of sale

This customer signed for her merchandise stating that it was in full and good condition, and that she releases Picebusters Furniture from all further obligation. However, when she made her complaint Pricebusters still went above and beyond by saying we would have a technician inspect her merchandise...

and either repair it if that was possible or replace it if it was still covered by the manufacturers warranty!! This customer was unwilling to bring her merchandise to the technician for inspection!! Pricebusters Furniture has and will continue to bend over backwards to help our customers but we cannot help someone who is not willing to help us help them.

I am rejecting this response because:The items were delivered almost 30 after the purchase, my health was placed at risk and the management constantly avoided my calls.  I had majory surgery on August 26th,2016 and was promised the furniture would be delivered prior to my recovery when purchased August 23,2016.  However this did not occur and I had to spend my 1st weeks at someone else's house recouperating. As was assured furniture would be delivered on 2 more dates and actually, against Dr's orders went and waited at the residence to be told it was not on the truck one time and the next time I came up from Virginia recoup location I was told the manager did not even place the order. I was also advised he was out of the office for the weekend even though he asked me to call. The stress I went through with this situation increased my recovery time, due to the misinformation provided by the manager and associates.  I have medical documentation to support this matter.The answer is no. This response is not satisfactory due to the effect this situation caused.Thank-you,[redacted]

I never received such response or agreement and I have proof, or lack there of in this matter, to endorse such irrelevance.  I am not in agreement with that even if offered. I no longer reside in that state. I do not want a store credit. I would like a complete refund of all monies.

Customer received merchandise in good condition. Customer signed saying merchandise was in good condition. Over four months later customer called in and said merchandise was damaged (after having merch in their house with no problems for four months). We informed the customer that there is no...

warranty against damages on this particular item, however we offered customer a store credit and gave them the number to manufacturer to see if there was anything they could do. Customer refused store credit. We reached out and extended another store credit to the customer.

The bedroom set came back to stock and [redacted] has already picked up his bedroom set

That was not my only concern. There is something in the fabric and or the cushions that makes any one itch that sits on the furniture. The contract is not canceled. There were no services done yet because merchandise is not considered paid in full yet. Once the invoice is completely paid for then we can get the furniture out to you. No transaction of cash, credit, or check is refundable even if the merchandise is not paid off yet.

This customer purchased a living room set which was delivered in perfect condition. The customer signed for merchandise after inspecting it for damages and finding none. Customer was given a brochure PRIOR to purchase for warranty on FABRICS and UPHOLSTERY only. The brochure clearly illustrated and...

detailed everything warranty covers and does not cover. After inspecting merchandise and stating there were no damages customer subsequently (months later) called to complain about damage to set. Customer proceeded to complain that warranty does not cover her damages even though the warranty expressly said they do not cover this damage (again PRIOR to purchase). Pricebusters cannot be held accountable to damages done to set once it has been in customers house and was expressly delivered free of damages. Customer cannot try to hold warranty company liable for repairs/replacements that they expressly (prior to purchase) do not cover.

I did apologize to [redacted] for the mishap of the warehouse of accidentally loading 2 of the same pieces on the truck. We were running a 50% off sale but it was only on selected items. She picked a set that the promotion was not on, but we did  gave her a deal on the set even though it...

wasn't a promotional item. As to her compensation I faxed over in front of her for progressive to fund $75 dollars back to account and gave her a copy for records.

We have reached out to this customer multiple times leaving numerous messages. The customer has yet to respond to us to schedule a redelivery. We are awaiting his response so we can schedule his re-delivery.
