Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Before I had submitted the ticket, I made sure that my name was spelled correctly and all of my information was correctI had purchased the airline ticket for $No one in their right mind would just "throw away" that amount of moneyThere must have been a computer glitch on Priceline.com's end or someone purposely changed my nameWhere my name is suppose to go on the ticket is written as 'Fd Gtt'I did not "misspell" my nameThis is far from the spelling of my name! Someone or maybe a computer glitch on their end put this as my nameAlso, why did Priceline.com sall me not once but twice and want me to pay an additional $for them to "fix my ticket" if my ticket was not "fixable"? They wanted extra money on top of the $that they had already stole from me!!!! I have put fliers out and advertisements all over the internet encouraging people not to purchase ANYTHING through Priceline.comThey are a scam and thievesThey are nothing more than a fraudulent business Sincerely, Krissy Werntz

I made a last-minute reservation for the current day while I was in Niagara Falls. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told they had no reservation for that day, but they found a reservation for a date 2 weeks out.

Clearly, something went wrong. Can it be canceled? I called Priceline, and they said 'no.' I am being charged for a hotel reservation I did not intend to make. Was it my fault? Was it the app's fault? I don't know for sure. All I know is I was making a reservation for a different date, and somehow, it ended up with the wrong date, and I didn't even know it until they told me at the hotel. I noticed once before dates changing in the process of searching for hotels on priceline.

They refuse to cancel and will be charging my credit card. I will never use priceline again.

While purchasing air fare from California to Europe through the Priceline, I requested economy premium ticketsIt was $more,than regular economy, so I purchased this fareLater, than trying to reserve the seats, I found that economy plus was sold to me only for one leg of the trip, from San Francisco to Los Angeles, about hour flightThan I called them to confront Priceline, that it was deceptive to not to mention, that $more was only for this short flight, they said that on pade something of contract it was mentionedThank you Priceline
