Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We ordered this hotel room through a websearch for pet friendly hotels It listed the hotel and ordering took us directly to priceline The website and link was inaccurate and priceline needs to accept responsibility for that Furthermore, the customer service privided by priceline in charging us $dollars when the order was canceleld within minutes is unacceptable and not in accordance with laws or pricelines cancellation policy Pricelines cancellation policy did not state that orders placed that day would be subject to a 50% cancellation policy I don't believe that this is in accordance with federal/state laws and it is an unacceptable business practice Sincerely, [redacted] ***
