I booked a package deal with them under the Best Price Guarentee and when I found a cheaper rate for the exact itinerary I called to have then reimburse the difference as advertised They claimed at first that the price had actually gone up, then when I spoke to a manager she claimed the package was unavailable I offered to send the screen capture of the itinerary I was looking at but they were uninterested advertising They rely on the claim that "they can't find it" even if you have it sitting in front of you on their own site

1/31/14, which was seven days after your check in date on the reservation. I am sorry that priceline was not able to

I'm writing because I received a response from the Revdex.com stating that my case is now closedI had originally complained about Priceline.com and did not accept the solution they offeredI chose to escalate the complaint furtherI received an email from you this morning with a message from Priceline.com saying there is nothing else they can do, and they attached the contract with highlights on the section for the room information and the section where the consumer initials to signal they understandThe problem is that that is not meIt has the name and initials of a different customer and a completely different location and contract numberI don't know if it's an honest mistake on their part or if they're trying to blow us offI would like our case to be re-opened and looked into furtherThanks for your time.

In regards to the reply from Priceline , I had addressed these matters with the hotel owner upon check in and have also attached a copy of my bank statement clearly showing a charge of $for " ***" which is for internet use at this motelThis again proves how Priceline does not whom they represent and does not care to find out as long as they are being paid a commission.
These issues were addressed to the owner on more than one occasion. Further , I had also expressed my discontent of this motel when asked for a review which were PURPOSELY not published even though there was no foul or unprofessional language used. This further supports my claim PRICELINES intent to deceive the travelling public on representing hotel / motels that no one would solicit otherwise. I will expect the refund as requested or I will have no alternative to take this to a higher legal authority and also release to the media to which I have access to. Please also note the many bad reviews of this motel that were not made available until after my initial stayI will await a reply from Priceline.
