No one from priceline is looking into what I am sayingPlease look up the phone call that I made and you will hear that I CANCELLED the reservationWhy would I call and sit on the phone waiting for a representative if I needed confirmation? There were automated confirmation options as well as email confirmations, I would not have wasted my time for mins sitting on the phone to confirm, I was cancelling with the representative. I called priceline to CANCEL and I was told by the representative that that was finePlease look up the phone call on record and verify thisI also had previously called the hotel and confirmed with them that I could cancelIf the policy was that I needed to cancel by Saturday July 19, this was not told to me by the representativePLEASE look up the phone call on record and listen to itYou will hear that I clearly cancelled the reservationI am not sure if the representative was not paying attention and recorded it wrongly, but I did NOT CONFIRM the reservation, I cancelled itI feel like everyone at priceline is giving me the brush off and not looking into my requestIf anyone would look into it, they would see that I clearly cancelled and did not confirm a reservationPlease look into this and refund my money immediately

I do not accept the Priceline.com response as credibleI believe that Priceline has no idea what is going on in their "Partners" *** Airport location, or perhaps they do...which would be even more disgustingIt apoears that Priceline is preying on the unsuspecting consumer for rentals and upgrades to their flight(s)I look forward to speaking with you regarding our experience with ***, via Priceline.com

When I joined in the contract with Priceline I specifically requested flight tickets and a rental car; that is what I initialed and agreed toDuring the process I didn't know that Priceline was going to try and scam me by raising the price and excluding the rental carPriceline should have made it perfectly clear there was no rental car included instead of the tiny printI see the fine print now, however I didn't know that I needed to have a lawyer present to buy airline tickets and a rental carIt's still shady and sneaky, and the reason that I will not be doing business with Priceline unless they resolve this honorably.
