I booked a vacation package on priceline.com A few hours later (well within the hour cancellation policy period) I tried to extend my vacation by day I called customer service and they told me that they were unable to do this on their end I had to cancel my trip and rebook it Despite being well within the hour cancellation window they charged me several cancellation fees and wouldn't refund my travel insurance This despite my trying to book the same vacation with an extra day I found out that the hotel and airline never charged me the cancellation fees Priceline did on their own accord After several phone calls they reluctantly agreed to refund the cancellation fees but have yet to send me a receipt with the full refund amount, despite several calls on my part, and assurances on their end that they wouldI'm astounded at priceline.com's rating and am guessing that most of their customers don't check or don't care about this thievery

No, this has not been solved- Please see my original complaint as I clearly stated that half of my money refunded is not acceptableI want a 100% refund for the 1st hotel booking that night - a total amount of Not only because the error with this booking was on the part of your company's mobile system but also because I hAd to deal with several customer service reps over the course of days only to have gotten absolutely nowhere hence why I lodged a complaint with the Revdex.comIt's not my fault your system booked me in a city that was no where near to me- then after dealing with the situation for an hour by the time I went to book another hotel I had to pay another $for a nasty, unclean, smoky hotel roomThe bathroom had not been cleaned at all ( there was a water ring!) but since that was the only available room I had no choicePlease refund the other half of my money ($36.72) as the error was on the part of your systemIt needs to be investigated by your IT dept so what happened to me does not happen to anyone elseIt's just $- I know but one penny too much that I should have to pay when it is price lines mistake
