Hello this is [redacted] and I am contacting you because of the complaint I filed to Price line (Itinerary trip number [redacted]) . I have not heard or received any response from Price line, concerning it to get a refund concerning their policies alone for amenities with the hotel reservations. 70% of the things that I do I access/ do business through the means of the Internet so you see even a few days of inaccessibility for me especially at this time can be a loss. Now I will wait a couple of days in hopes that Price line will respond, because I choose to believe that they are a company that likes to resolve issues with customer (especially one such as myself who has been been paying hundreds of dollars per month to live at this hotel I am in being temporarily without one) in receiving SSI Benefits I do not have the funds to be paying for 2 rooms at the same time, and in explaining the situation as it occurred Price line will be able to see as to why I was/am requesting a refund, and again their company policies alone would cause to respond. requests and verified that the consumer submitted a total of 26 continuous
requests starting at bids of $25.00 per ticket to $348.00 per ticket.
Attached hereto is a log of the consumer’s 26 requests
starting at a $25 per ticket offer price.
We verified that the consumer initially requested flights
departing from Easterwood Airport (CLL) College Station, TX for $25.00 per
ticket. When the consumer was unable to obtain confirmation for these requests,
the consumer added George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) Houston, TX as
the departing airport for $347.00 per ticket (as listed on the consumer’s
initialed contact page), and received airline ticket confirmation as requested.
We are unable to assist the consumer any further in this
situation.
