This is the second time Pro Solutions have helped me out The first was on Christmas Day with a furnace not even a year old I purchased it from direct energy which stated 24hr days a week service I could not get a hold of any one from Direct Energy but Pro Solutions were amazing

Two men Riley and Daniel came and replaced my furnace and installed an ac unit, they were very nice and helpful in explaining everything about my new units and how they worked, they were very neat and professional

I asked ProSolutions to send someone to repair a toilet which ran constantly Cameron took a quick look at the toilet, inside and out, and told me the toilet was so old that current parts might not mesh well with it, and, more importantly, that the tank was huge: litres per flushI realized that repairing the toilet would mean I was still wasting a lot of water and asked his advice on replacing it He described a toilet that had the quality features I had wanted based on my own research, and told me I could get a very pricey one or go with another company that made one of equal quality (but maybe wasn't as cute?)He quoted a good price Then he told me that included installation so it was a GREAT price I showed him two more toilets I had been considering replacing With admirable honesty, he told me the first one was quite new and recommended against replacing it The other was old and wasteful He went immediately to get the two new toilets and worked hard non-stop until the new ones were in place and working During the whole time he was friendly and considerate, not just of me but also of my cat who was probably in his way a lot I strongly recommend Cameron and the company
