I had booked with Pro Solutions and they dispatched ** * for servicing my A/C unit Estimated time was about 1/hour and ** called to inform me that he was held up by a train and would be about minutes late ** was tardy and had a polite manner He asked me to describe the issue I was having and also explained what he would do and how the charges would be applied That was great and it coincided with dispatch ** was thorough and pin pointed a leak and explained what his approach would be and discussed how the billing would continue with the work ** also researched previous work done on my unit and questioned me about it The repair was complete and the unit functioned fine I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the work that ** gave me and would use his services again as needed

I needed to have my fireplace repaired and called Pro Solutions The service rep they sent to fix the issue was *** * His work was excellent and I found *** to be friendly, personable and efficient I was very pleased, all in all, and would give both *** and Pro Solutions an A+ rating!

Just for the privilege of having them knock on your door - $(dispatch fee)Then to have them assess the problem another - $When I originally called, I was told about this dispatch fee but was led to believe that I would get more than just a door knock Not honest to break it into two feesAnd what do you get for all this - a ludicrous estimateThey wanted $to change out an easily accessible boiler pressure release valve - (part cost $and about minutes of work at most)There was other work, equally overpriced* *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** Their little game is to have you commit to repairs after they have squeezed you for the initial $Phone around not all plumbing services are this ***I eventually used another service at less than half the price and paid no dispatch or estimate costsProsolutions claim their rates/pricing are set in some reference manualThis may work for those that don't know better; however, manual treats each job separately and makes no allowances for synergy achieved in repairing several items in one visit or the application of a technician's common senseDispatch fee is often standard but call around because some places will actually do more than just knock on your door

This is the 3rd time we have had ProSolutions take care of our furnace and water heater(s) In our first home, they took the time to carefully review furnace options - we opted for a high effiency furnace The older home was much more comfortable The water heater was also replaced at that house In our new(er) home, we just had them replace the water heater yesterday, and were again very happy with their service, and attention to detail From the initial call to the final installation, we were very happy Thanks again, Robert!

No I don't except this & I will be sharing my expierance through social media as promised by weeks end and will began the process taking them to small claims courtThis company was given every opertunity to make things rightI look forward sharing my expierance that I had with Pro Solutions with as many people as possible and hopefully save a few people from getting hosed by this company as I did but more importantly seeing them in court where I will prove without any doubt that they are in the wrongI'm surprised that you used the word honourable they should be ashamedRegardless I have never complained about the service I received infact had complemented itTo be honest I picked the company because of the low price guarantee? I had a gentleman by the name of Paul remove and replace two toilets today. He was quite knowledgable, well prepared, friendly and professional. Cojpleted the job in a timely manner and completely cleaned up when he was finished. Fine job Paul.
