We had Ed B. from Pro Solutions come to check our electronic filter on our furnace.
This filter required replacing and we did not want another electronic one so he made a recommendation and said he could replace it without making another appointment. That was great!

Sir, in our professional opinion, the reason that the hose bibb failed was due to water freezing inside, expanding and cracking the metal fittings. In our opinion...

this was caused by leaving the garden hose attached to the hose bibb and the water in the hose freezing and causing the metal to crack.
We are not be able to determine if the valve was faulty, however, again, in our professional opinion, if the valve was faulty it would have been leaking from the time it was installed in September 2014.

No I do not accept the response from the business and maintain that this was a installation issue as advised by the third party plumbing service who came to inspect the damage for insurance purposes stating that the hose bib was installed poorly. The issue here for your professional record is that the hose bib was graded towards the house which is what caused the water to accumulate at the bottom of the hose bib leading to the water freezing, expanding and cracking the pipe. These are the basics of installing a hose bib and your journeyman plumber should have followed this protocol and your company is simply not taking ownership for that. Furthermore, I find it strange that you now state that "we are not be able to determine if the valve was faulty," however I was previously advised that this was a manufacturer issue.

Recently our Hot Water Heater started leaking in the middle of the night and flooded our basement, we called Pro Solutions and they were able to replace our tank at 11am the next morning. When Simon from Pro Solutions arrived he was friendly and very professional, and had a new tank installed quickly. I would highly recommend Simon and Pro Solutions to anyone.

Simon, the tech from Pro Solutions was great! He showed up on time, was very good at conveying what the problem was and the best solution. His work was swift and flawless. I would certainly use, and recommend Pro Solutions in the future.

Today I had Ed and Mike install a new furnace. They arrived in the morning and were finished by 5:00pm. All in all, it was a good day. The guys worked cooperatively with each other and got the job done. Both were friendly and engaging. After the installation, they cleaned up all debris and Ed walked me through everything they had done. I was given the paperwork for arranging the city inspectors which I appreciated. And they took away my old furnace! Good job guys! A comment about the company in general: Every interaction I've had with the Pro Solutions team has been positive, even when they knew it was likely they wouldn't get the sale. It was their customer service in the face of 'no sale' that landed them my subsequent business.

Pro solutions Replaced my hot water tank in a clean efficient manner at the priced I agree upon. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hot water tank installation. The two installers were Ed and Paul. They arrived on time, were friendly and knew their stuff. They took their time to do it right and cleaned up all the debris. I have already suggested to others that Pro Solutions is a company to consider.

My kitchen faucet broke on Saturday morning so I Googled Plumbers in Edmonton and call a few. Rates varied. When I called Pro Solutions, I talked with Jackie who was very pleasant and willing to help me. She called me back and said someone would come out at 2 pm. The fellow arrived at 1:34 pm. He looked at the issue and stopped the water from leaking. It took only a few minutes but we booked for him to come out on Monday and do some additional plumbing work. Prince came with Justin, a future plumber and installed shut-off valves and a new kitchen faucet which I supplied. They were fast, efficient and make it into a good experience. They cleaned up, invoiced me, and left.

Rapid response, air conditioner replaced for estimated price. Convenient billing. Knowledgeable staff, willing to spend extra time at no extra cost to deal with the unusual configuration of our furnace.

I had Riley and Mike out today to complete the install of a large renovation/construction project and they were fantastic!
The staff at ProSolutions have been super friendly and professional right from the beginning. I have read a lot of reviews and weighed the good and the bad. They stand up to their clout online and delivered everything I was hoping for. We worked through all of our issues and came up with great options. It was never a conflict with company.

Very quick, positive and informative. Prince was very soft spoken but clear and consise and friendly. He was very respectful of myself and my home. Excellent work!

After discovering a large soft spot behind my toilet, I called a few different plumbers and Pro Solutions could come out at a time convenient to ME. Simon came to check it out even though he wouldn't be able to do anything that day. He was very clear right from the beginning about what he thought would have to be done, and always called to get my ok before doing anything. He provided a detailed estimate right away, covering every contingency. What I thought would be something simple ended up being a full bathroom renovation, and Simon and Will were quick, efficient, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves every day. They also had to put a bit of drywall in where the old tub surround came off and did a fantastic job of this. The only downside was having very little choice in the vanity (3), hardware (5) and counter top (5). Overall, great job, fast, efficient, friendly and I would not hesitate to call or recommend them.

Riley and Daniel of Pro Solutions went out of their way to accomodate the desires of others when they installed out new furnace. Easier and cheaper ways to do their work were not available and they did what had to be done to finish.
