Excellent Service as I have come to expect from Pro Solutions

Diagnostic and repairs to our heating furnace was conducted with care, thoroughness and efficiently. Ed B. the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and clear in communicating the problems, the costs of repairs and efficient getting the work done.

So, we called another company 3x over 3 weeks, no return telephone call. We telephoned Pro-Solutions and they came on a Sat. for no extra charge other than their base inspection charge. We were in the middle of an emergency and the stress and anxiety was through the roof. Sandy G. (the plumber) came in and like magic all the stress was gone. He was on-time, clean, explained everything, very reasonably priced. I've never had such an easy time with a trades-person. By the time Sandy G left, everything worked, everything was explained, he was great with our children watching him, it was like having a friend in the house.

We had Ed B out from pro solutions and he was great he fixed our furnace in only a couple minutes and had the heat going again almost immediately ill definetly call him back for routine service and repairs

We had to have an emergency plumbing job done due to a backup in our line and Pro Solutions sent someone out within 1 1/2 hours. Prince D was our plumber and he got the job done quickly, was very pleasant and informative, and cleaned up all the mess done during the work. Thanks Prince D!

We had a very positive experience with Pro Solutions. Ivan provided us with very good information on what AC system to purchase. Rob contacted us to iron out some details and Scott did a great job with Kevin with the installation. They are very down to earth, easy to deal with. I recently had a furnace emergency at my parents home which I was watching while they were away on vacation. The furnace died in between my visits to my parent's home and when I came to check one evening the furnace was literally frozen and the home felt like a freezer. When I called Pro Solutions, it was already 6p but starting with their service desk to the manager to the field staff, they worked promptly and profssionally to address my situation. Pro Solution understood my situation and worked with me to find a quick and cost effective solution, while reassuring me that they had my best interests at heart. In the end, they replaced the furnace with a brand new one by the next day. They even provided advice and followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the work and also to advise me on things to watch out for wih the plumbing, given that the house had been frozen for a few days. As such, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Pro Solutions to anyone needing any mechanical services for their home.

Michael and Clayton were extremely positive representatives of Pro Solutions while they were at our home all day December 14 installing a new Imana furnace. They were very polite, very informative and took all the time needed to answer our questions thoroughly regarding operation of the new furnace. They took utmost care in respecting our home by taking care not to track slush and snow into our house during the many trips to and from their truck. They were very knowledgable and patient when answering our questions and gave us confidence that they were very competent at installing and ensuring every aspect of the install was checked.

We called Pro Solutions because we didn't have any hot water in our house. Cameron was our service specialist and he was really nice and incredibly helpful. He thoroughly explained what happened so we could understand the situation and answered all of our questions. He was professional and kind, we would definitely use this service for our future problems!
