If you would like to send us additional information regarding that account, or a copy of the relevant excerpt of your credit report, then we would be happy to look into that portion of your complaint further.
 
Please note that we did not purchase this debt on behalf of the original creditor. Instead, our office has contracted with the original creditor to provide third-party collection services. For your review, we have mailed copies of the itemized billing statements provided by the original creditor's office. I am rejecting this response because:This is an old debt that should have been included in my bankruptcy that was final in 2014 - Oregon Department of Revenue did not send me a bill nor did they send me anything regarding the warrant. You claim you sent me the warrant in your rebuttal - this isn't true. I would like this to be returned to the Oregon Department of Revenue as the interest you are claiming I owe is not fair. Either way again this is an old debt that should have been included in my bankruptcy - I'll be sure to forward this to the federal court if it is not resolved.
