We have cancelled this customer's account and have issued a refund of $87.53 which should reflect back into their account within 3-5 business days. They do not need to return the bottle. The customer did not contact our customer service number to cancel their order within the first 14 days. We have since cancelled this customers account and have voided out the charge. order was placed. An email confirmation was also sent to the email address provided. This information is also on your original invoice with their first shipment. This customer placed their order on 2/3/14. Their 14 day trial ended on 2/17/14 and they were charged on 2/18/14 for the bottle they had already received and enrolled in a recurring program per the terms of the offer. They were billed again on 3/9/14 for a discounted rate of $65.65. This  customer called our customer service department for the first time on 3/25/14 and was explained the terms.  Customer requested the account be cancelled which it was. Customer was offered a 25% courtesy refund. As a courtesy we have refunded all charges on this account. $2.95 charged on 2/3/14, $87.53 charged on 2/18/14 and $65.65 charged on 3/9/14 for a total refund of $156.13. We also listened to the call recording because we do not condone any of our agents to respond to our customers in the way described in this complaint. We have determined based on the call that the agent did not speak in those terms and did not mention what was stated in this case. We do apologize for any misunderstanding and any inconvenience.

The customer was charged 15 days and enrolled into a recurring monthly program as the terms and conditions clearly state.The customer called into our customer service for the first time on 2/18/14. They were offered a courtesy refund of $21.88 and a free bottle to settle the account since they were over the 30 day return policy. The customer accepted and the refunded was processed. The account was cancelled per the customer's request. As a courtesy we will refund the remaining amount of $65.65 which should reflect back into their original method of payment within 2-3 business days. We do apologize for any inconvenience

This information is also on the original invoice with their first shipment showing both the terms of the offer and hours of operation from 8am-7pm EST M-F. Their 14 day trial ended on 4/20/14 and they were charged on $87.53 for their trial bottle per the terms as were agreed upon. The customer did not contact our customer service number to cancel their order within the first 14 days. We have since cancelled this customers account and as a courtesy have refunded them $87.53. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Per the customers request the account was cancelled by the agent on 1/27/14. The agent offered the customer an immediate 50% refund and to keep the bottle. The customer accepted the offer. The refund was processed on 1/28/14 for $44.98 and should reflect back into the customers account within 3-5 business days. As a courtesy we will refund the remaining amount which is $44.99. The customer should expect to see that reflected back into their account within 3-5 business days. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Review: I purchased a prolexin free trial on 02/15/14 for the S&H fee of 6.95. When I received the product eleven days later, I tried it for the trial period of two weeks. After not being pleased and realizing that there was a much larger amount being charged to my account, I called the service center and spoke to Ramon, who informed me that the Fourteen day trial expired three days after I received the product, and that the charges to my account were "completely valid". My request for a full refund was denied, as well as my request to speak to anyone else who could help. I was offered a "courtesy" 35% refund, which I accepted seeing as my other attempts were in vain, but the only refund that will satisfy me is a full refund. Prolexin not only did nothing that the product claimed it would, but its representatives refused to make right the issue and claimed everything was in order. I am extremely frustrated and displeased with this company.Desired Settlement: The rest of the amount ($56.05) to be credited to my account in full, also that they fix their T&C so that people know when ordering that they will be charged just three days after recieving the product, and that they truly do NOT have a 14-day risk free trial.

I would not rate this highly. I purchased what I thought was a $5.00 isn cream, and I have received other creams that they are trying to charge to my credit card totaling about $160+ dollars. This was not what I signed up for.

Review: I purchased a sample of a product called Nulexa, it was advertised on Facebook with Dr. Oz representing it. It stated that you can try this product for only $4.00. Unfortunately 14 days later I am looking at my checking account on-line and find a charge of $89.97 from this company. When I call customer service I am told this is disclosed in the terms and conditions that you agree to. This is very fradulent, first to use Dr. Oz that doesn't endorse it and secondly to hide this very important information in the terms and conditions. Furthermore they will continue to charge your account on day 30 and every 30 days thereafter!! By the way I had never even opened the product and they will not take it back or refund the money.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $89.97.

Review: I have tried many times to contact this company by phone to cancel the monthly billing they had set me enrolled in. I purchased a free trial of a product, and do not want to be charged again for another supply of said product. Each time I call the provided phone number, I am placed on hold for around 15 minutes. Then an automated messages states that they are experiencing a high volume of calls, and that I should try again later, the call is then disconnected. As I have tried contacting this company and this specific phone number all throughout the day and night, I am alarmed that I am automatically disconnected each time I call. I simply want confirmation that I will not be billed any further charges from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like immediate confirmation that no charges will further be billed to the credit card I provided this business. Aside from the single $4.95 charge on the original free trial, I want no further charges. Please cancel and stop any monthly billing you have set up for me.

Review: I ordered a trial shipment with the clearly stated agreement that I could opt out if any automatic shipments or other billings at any time if I wasn't satisfied by calling. When I called to opt out, the woman on the phone refused to take my request. Later I e-mailed the following to the company:

Order date 9-16-2013

In accordance with the terms and conditions, I am contacting you to cancel the auto-ship for this order and inform you that I wish to receive no future shipments. Do not bill or charge my card for any other amounts.

I have called the number listed below more than five times. I spoke with Patricia the first time. She refused to cancel the Auto-ship. I told her that I had read the full terms and conditions and reminded her of the statement on your website: "If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call us at 877 298 6856 and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product."

Patricia told me that I had to call again or be billed 39 dollars. The terms and conditions do not state this anywhere and I never agreed to such a term.

Later I called and spoke to Gayle. Twice, the phone was disconnected once I explained the purpose of my call. I called twice more, and the phone was disconnected as soon as I began speaking.

I have now informed you by phone and in writing and am in compliance with your terms and conditions. I am also going to report this situation to the Revdex.com for investigation and confirmation.

I have reviewed the reluctant response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is finally satisfactory to me. I also note that if I had not followed through with my claim to Revdex.com, the company was likely to do nothing. In fact, when I made repeated calls to the business about the claim, my call was taken by one of the same operators I spoke to to cancel the order the first time. I recognized her voice immediately and knew her name. She claimed that she couldn't have spoke with me and that she wasn't even at work on the day I called. Then, she even told me that if I had started the call but been disconnected while the operator gave me the run around, they wouldn't have processes my cancellation. Thank you again for taking action against this company for their poor business practices and helping to get my money refunded. Your help has been invaluable.

Review: On November 24th 2013, I clicked on an advertisement that was sent to me by a friend via Facebook, Advertisement promised a 14 days trial of the Dr. Oz recommended Garcinia Cambogia, I Completed the form and provided the company with my Bank card information to pay for Shipping and Handling. I did not receive the product until 12/4/2013 which came with an invoice stating that if I did not call to cancel within 14 days, I was going to be charged 87.53. I called on 12/16/13 to cancelled and the representative told me that it was too late to cancel, because they had already charged me the 87.53, I asked her how can I be charged if I had 14 days to try the product, she stated that the 14 days started the day I placed the order and refused to give me a refund. I returned the product to SZT CONTACT MARKETING 4023 KENNETT PIKE #777 WILMINGTON DE 19807, with a note requesting a refund. Product was delivered to them by USPS on 12/24/2013, and I still did not get a refund. I called yesterday 1/2/2014 and was told the same thing as before, I asked to speak to a supervisor however she spoke to the representative but did not speak to me, representative told me that they reviewed the order and they did not have to give me a refund. I asked how I can try something for 14 days if the product is in the warehouse for 10 days, she explained that it was my fault because I agreed to it when I did it online. After going back and forth with them, they agreed to give me a refund but only $20 and some change.Desired Settlement: Im requesting a full refund, because they are falsely advertising a 14 days trial, but charge you the full amount before the trial expires.
