Their 14 day trial ended on 4/28/14 and they were charged $87.53 for their trial bottle per the terms as were agreed upon. The customer did not contact our customer service number to cancel their order within the first 14 days. We have since cancelled this customers account and have voided out the charge. Please allow 2-3 business days for the charge to fall off your account. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Review: I received a package from this company completely unsolicited. It is a "free" trial, however after 14 days they will charge your card. I did not order this and have no idea how they got my information. I called them and they said they have created a fraudulent case with my account. Customers place their order online. That is the only way to sign up. This customer contacted us on 4/3/14 and stated they did not order this product. We immediately cancelled the account and have processed a refund for the only amount charged of $6.95. The refund should reflect back within 2-3 business days. We do apologize any inconvenience.

All of the charges on this account were accurate, however as a courtesy, We have refunded the amount requested by the customer. THey should see that within 4-6 business days.

Review: I had ordered a trial offer of Garcinia Cambogia for the amount of $4.95 which was deducted from my account. However, 2 weeks later I received not 1 but 2 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia and the amount of $87.53 twice was deducted from my account without permission or authorization. This had caused me overdraft charges for other checks which I had written, not knowing the money wasn't there.

When I phoned company the first time, the person acted as if she could not hear me and the phone call was disconnected, I immediately called back and no one answered. I waited for approximately 30 minutes and called back, this time another person answered the phone. When I made my complaint to her she told me to read the fine print, which gave me 30 days from date of shipment to send back I told her that I had not ordered another shipment of Garcinia Cambogia and I was returning the packages "not accepted and return to sender", she then went on to tell me that she would credit my account $30 as a courtesy I told her that I thought what she was doing was against the law involving the postal service and also across state line. After several minutes of unresolved issues, I told her that I was through talking to her and was going to call her local police department and the Revdex.com, she laughed and told me to do what I had to do, so this complaint is not only to try and resolve my problem but in hopes of also helping someone else not be a victim as I have been. Fraud is fraud.Desired Settlement: To have the total of $175.06 minus $6.95 for the amount of $168.11 be credited back to my account in a timely manner and also, to help someone else not be shafted as I have been. To hopefully get the company investigated by the proper authorities with the matter of using debit cards without proper authorization. An email confirmation was also sent to the email address provided. This information is also on your original invoice with their first shipment. This customer placed their order on 2/3/14. Their 14 day trial ended on 2/17/14 and they were charged on 2/18/14 for the bottle they had already received and enrolled in a recurring program per the terms of the offer. They were billed again on 3/9/14 for a discounted rate of $65.65. This customer called our customer service department for the first time on 3/25/14 and was explained the terms. Customer requested the account be cancelled which it was. Customer was offered a 25% courtesy refund. As a courtesy we have refunded all charges on this account. $2.95 charged on 2/3/14, $87.53 charged on 2/18/14 and $65.65 charged on 3/9/14 for a total refund of $156.13. We also listened to the call recording because we do not condone any of our agents to respond to our customers in the way described in this complaint. We have determined based on the call that the agent did not speak in those terms and did not mention what was stated in this case. We do apologize for any misunderstanding and any inconvenience.

Review: First I cancelled my transaction one day, and they didn't inform me that I was already billed. And because I was billed at 1 in the morning and didn't call til the afternoon they said I couldn't get it refunded. On top of that, I'm not even getting a shipment of the product. I am apparently paying for the "free" trial. The guy on the phone was very rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. And with an attitude he said why he already spoke to me about my account, which I can't even see anything about for myself. He then said they can't transfer calls that he will give someone my number and ill get a call back whenever he gives it to her. Review: I ordered a FREE 14 day trial of Prolexin Deer Antler spray. In no way did the advertisement show that the 14 days meant you had to call them within that amount of time before you get charged anything. Apparently it's in their SMALL PRINT that is a million miles long that no one has the time to read. The whole ad is misleading. Now my account has been charged $87.53 and these people won't even answer their phone! I stayed on hold today for over 30 minutes and then was hung up on! I've been calling on and off all day and cannot get ahold of them to get my money back! ALL of it! I'll ship the tiny useless product back if I need to WITHOUT being charged a stupid restocking fee! I'll be filing a claim with my bank to get the charge reversed. Review: I ordered the product Prolexin that promises "?Speed Up Muscle Repair Time?Sculpt Away Stubborn Fat?Supercharge Your Sex Drive?Give you More Stamina?Boosts Your mental and Memory Skills I experienced none of these. In fact, I experienced adverse effects. Including shrinking of the [redacted] inability to get an erection, significantly lower sperm productions, and headaches. The return policy is only 14 days for the trial. But the supply is 30 days. So by the time you received the product you have about 5-6 days to use the product and determine if it is working before you are required to cancel future shipments and be issued a refund. The 2nd order was shipped before completing the first 30 days of the product. I wanted to give it at least 30 days to work before asking for a refund and returning the product. After speaking to customer service, they will not refund any of the money charged. They offer a "retail voucher" and try to sell you more products, explaining it would work better if you stack it with other supplements. This product doesn't work, and does not offer fair return policies. No one can honestly tell if a product is working or not in less than a week. I offered to returned the unused bottles unopened and they still refuse to issue a refund of any kind. After talking to a supervisor I was offered half off the last shipment and a $100 retail voucher that I am supposed to receive in the next 14 days. Because I was tired of holding, and negotiating back and forth I accepted the offer. With the $100 voucher and half off the last shipment I was breaking even. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. There was no positive results from this product and the sexual side effects were very concerning. As a courtesy we have refunded an additional $131.30 which brings the total refund to $175.06. The refund should reflect back to their original method of payment within 2-3 business days. We do apologize for any inconvenience and we're sorry to hear about the side effects you suffered as our product is completely all natural.

Review: After ordering my first month free of Garcinia Cambogia, then shortly thereafter receiving another bottle and having my account charged, I called in October 2013 to cancel this product. I was gone most of November and early December due to my father falling ill and dying. Shipments continued so I called in December and cancelled again and was promised this was handled. Today I received another bottle and called to return it and once again cancel. The person on the phone continued to argue with me, telling me how much I need this product and what a great price I was getting. She also claimed there was o record of my second call and request. I finally asked her for a confirmation that this order is cancelled, which she provided. I would like to return the product but want to make sure I will get credit. Review: I ordered this product on line as a FREE sample. It advertises a free sample. It does not say the sample is NOT free but, rather free for 14 days then you will automatically be billed $79. If it does, it states it in a very small print somewhere. which is misleading and dishonest. No where does it give a price for the actual product. When I went back to the website to look up contact information, the link to the site had been disabled. I found a way around to get to the page and when I did, all the links on the page went to blank pages. I finally was able to get a phone number (844) 809-2600 from the charge on my credit card. When you call that number, you are directed immediately to a waiting line. I waited over 30 min with no human contact on the other end. I chose the option to have them call back and did not receive a call back after 3 tries.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a refund of the $79. I agreed to pay for the shipping of a FREE sample. I'll accept that cost. This company needs to be very clear when they say FREE sample. It is NOT free at all. They then say it's only a 14 day trial period. Nobody would try anything for that short of a time to see if they like it specially a product such as theirs. I've also had to close out my debit card. There is no way I can trust that they will not bill be again and again since it states "Auto Rebill" on my bank statement.

Review: This product Carcinia Cambogia advertised a free trial of one month supply (60 capsules) with cost of shipping $4.95 ONLY. After received the bottle, I found out my credit card was charged by the company twice within 2 weeks-- 7/17/13 for $4.95 and 8/01/13 fro $87.53. After I called the company for refund, the representative stated a lot of reasons for the charges, and finally stated for me to returning the product and they will also deduct more shipping cost, etc.

I am requesting for a full refund for the following reason:

1. The advertisement of free trial of one month supply with cost of shipping ONLY is a misleading.

2. The company is giving customer less than 10 days to try a new product is unrealistic!

3. Since it is a free trial with a shipping charge, the company should not charge the customer again without preauthorization, especially within 14 days came the charge. it is really unheard!!Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of all the charges to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a supposedly free sample bottle of supplement called Amino Prime online. On the arrival and reading the paperwork contained with the bottle I read that I would be charged $87.53 after 14 days if I did not return the product and halt the automatic shipment of future bottles. I have been trying to contact the company using the only phone number provided on the shipping form which is 1-888-943-2132. It has now been 2 weeks with no live person has EVER answered the phone and the answering system hangs up after a very very long time (at 20 mins and 09 seconds to be precise). The business address on the shipping paperwork is 4023 Kennett Pike Place #777, Wilmington, DE 19807 USA. I have not even opened their merchandise as I'm afraid of the safety of the products if this company turns out to be a fake or worse yet, identity theft. I have tried to follow the directions as listed on the paperwork they themselves provided in order to resolve this in a timely manner but they either intentionally make it difficult to return products or string people along in order to ravage their credit accounts.Desired Settlement: I want to STOP any future shipments of their "product" also, the account closed and any charges made voided or refunded. I also want to be advised on whether to dispose of their bottle of supplement or continue to try and return it. That being said, all orders must have that box checked off, if the customer does not check off that box, the order does not go through. We have customer service, M-F 9-6:30 EST, and there is never more than a 3 minute hold time for a customer to speak to a representative. Since the customer has not been charged for anything more than the shipping and handling, there is nothing else we can do at this time, as the customers account has already been cancelled.

It even stated the reason for letting someone try this month supply for free was because they would tell a friend our be back for more. I have always been very careful reading the fine print, but not even two weeks after there was $87 takin from my checking account. When called them they offered 25 percent refund. In order to get the trial of the product, the customer had to manually check off the box that says that they understand the terms and conditions, without checking that box, the website will not continue on to the next page. Since this customer did check the box, and enter their credit card information, confirming that they accepted the terms of the order, the order was accepted and shipped. At this time, as a courtesy, we have refunded the customers account in full, and don't ask that they send the product back to us, as all product has been delivered.

I have not opened the bottle and informed the customer service rep that II do not want product. They transferred me and they hung up on me twice. Noticed on my last Cc statement that I was charged $87.53 without my consent on Dec 8. I received another bottle of these supplements on 1/9 and was told my credit card was charged on 1/7 again without my consent.

We always allow our customers to cancel their order at anytime, and obtain a refund within the refund period.
