The service from Pronot was great! They came on time then proceeded to trouble shoot our furnace issueThey were very knowledgeable

Pronto was hired by on 7/7/by *** *** and *** *** *** to address the issues noted in the attached Inspection Report at *** *** *** Shakopee MN 55379.The items that concerned Pronto were highlighted in Yellow by the Home Inspector.Pronto arrived on 7/7/and made the
requested modifications/repairs requested by the *** home inspector as noted on our attached work order.While at the home Pronto also performed basic maintenance on the existing equipment per the sellers request.When Pronto left the home on 7/7/the Air Conditioner was cooling the home and draining properly. As you will see in the Home Inspector's report, the buyer was informed of the following "The compressor is an old unit that is well beyond its expected service lifeExpect/budget to replace this unitin the near future." This was not a secret to the buyer. Pronto would LOVE to sell new equipment at every home we visitIn this case, the seller did not want to purchase new equipmentWhen we left the home on 7/7/the AC was working fine.Unfortunately, nobody can predict when old equipment will failIt's like being old & out of shape and going in for your annual physicalThe doctor may say, well your old & out of shape but you still seem to be doing OKThen you have a heart attack a month laterWe'll the doctor couldn't predict if & when you would have a heart attackAnd you certainly wouldn't ask your doctor to pay your medical bills because you were old and pout of shape!! We feel we performed exactly as we should have at 7th Ave SWe were honest & ethicalWe did not side with the seller or buyerWe felt the inspector was pretty clear in his report that the AC would need to be replaced soon. The timing of the AC failure was unlucky for the buyer because of the timing of the failure but not unexpected due to the age of the AC. We feel the anger toward Pronto (the messenger in this case) is misdirectedIf anyone is at fault, it is the buyers Real Estate agent who did not insist on a new AC installation prior to the closingContractors such as Pronto have nothing to do withthe negotiations of which party (buyer or seller) covers expenses that are sure to occur during the sale of the home. Once again, Pronto gave us first-rate serviceAfter introducing himself, the tech told me what he would be doing as part of our A/C maintenance and which areas of our home he would be accessingWhen the work was completed, he summarized what he'd done, gave a report on our A/C unit, and gave suggestions for basic maintenance of our 29-year-old systemThis info was also listed on the receiptOur A/C is now in great shape and we learned more about it in the processWe've also had Pronto service our furnace and we always receive helpful information from the techs in addition to knowing our furnace is well-maintained

I woke up on Father's Day morning with a thermostat reading of degreesMy first call was to the company that we typically use to service our furnace and air conditioning unitThey weren't interested in helping us out, so my next call was to ProntoI left a voicemail and had a call back within minutes and an appointment with a three hour windowThey showed up within that window, and Sam, our technician, was pleasant, efficient and did a terrific jobWithin minutes, he fixed the problem and the air conditioner was workingHe then checked a few other things to make sure it was operating properlyGreat experience from start to finish

Every single encounter with a person from Pronto was extremely positiveEveryone is extremely personable and genuinely interested in the customer having an exceptional experience!

We called Pronto as our furnace wasn't working properlyWe left a message and they returned our call within minutesThey came out the same dayThey were on time, friendly and provided quality service

I recently had Pronto out to fix our air conditioning We decided to go with Pronto over other companies because of their reputation for great customer service An error was made in diagnosing the problem which lead to significantly higher repair costs than necessary Pronto took full responsibility for the error even though there was some room to debate it They made sure we were comfortable with the financial outcome at their expense Pronto really put customer first and earned our business in the future
Ignoring the one mistake, the work was clean, timely, and professional

Our air conditioner broke down on Saturday afternoon when it was degrees outside When I called for service, the earliest possible time was between and the following day (Sunday) Pronto called in another service technician and we were called to see if it would be okay for the technician to come at am on Sunday In a very short time the problem was found, replacement part installed & we were cooling again Fantastic service!! We recommend Pronto for all your heating and air conditioning needs

Bought a furnace and air conditioner a few years ago from them for my son's house in MoundSale was on pressure and installation fineBased on our satisfaction our daughter also bought a furnace from them They have done two furnaces tune ups with the last one within the last month Both were done when promised and technician was quite thorough, clean, respectful of house and covered the inspection thoroughly with usGreat folks and pros

Pronto has surpassed my expectations in terms of service, technical knowledge and value I love that they're a local company as opposed to a national chain, and their attentive and prompt responses to all my inquiries keep me coming back! I recently had my furnace replaced by ProntoI started with a $check up that confirmed a replacement of the year old furnace was dueThe second visit was conveniently scheduled in the evening so I didn't need to take time off from workThis rep was friendly, not pushy in making a sale and he over extended his patience and time in helping me get the financing I needed to complete my purchaseThe new furnace was installed on 12/by two guys who removed the old furnace, installed the new one, re-built some of the pipes for air flow and fully cleaned up after themselvesI am now totally enjoying the new energy efficient, quiet furnace and have suggested Pronto to a neighbor

I recently replaced my old gravity furnace with a 96% efficiency furnace and central airThey made the process easy and painless except of course for the costThe month 0% financing even helped with thatThey were on time and even finished early

We contacted Pronto after the company who installed my furnace refused to service the faulty furnace Robbie the service tech arrived at the prearranged time After reading the furnace codes and reviewing the installation fo the furnace he directed us to the City inspector The venting and ducting the company put in did not meet the manufacturers installation specifications This was the cause of our furnace not operating properly Robbie then adjusted the gas flow so the furnace would not overheat I would recommend Pronto They are fast, courteous and pointed us in a direction to resolve our furnace issues
