Recently I had my furnace 'check-up' with the Pronto Company. I could not have wished for a better experience. Though I'm certain it can't always be accommodated, I was able to get an appointment right away and the person inspecting my 16 year old equipment was thorough. It sincerely felt as though he was watching out for my safety with the recommendations he had. All of my questions were answered and he even checked with others on his team to assure me of the correct next steps to take. From the initial install of my equipment, I have had superb service and am glad to report that continues.

Pronto did a great job. They arrived in a timely manner and showed and explained exactly what needed repair. Also, made suggestions on how to avoid similar problems in the future. I would recommend and use them again.

The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient. He also did a great job explaining everything.

We used Pronto a few years back to install our new furnace and AC. They were wonderful to work with then and have been overtime since then. Yesterday Sam R[redacted] came to tune up our AC. Great friendly and very efficient tech. Thanks for always sending happy employees! I can tell you take care of them all from those that answer to phones to those that come to the home. I will continue to refer you to friends and family and look forward to working with you in the future!

Of all the service people I have had in my home over the years to repair or install, no one comes close to Sam [redacted] at Pronto. He is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and last but certainly not least, nice. He has been to my house several times in the past year to do some repairs on my furnace and install a new water heater. On every visit he seems to go above and beyond what he came to do. This time I mentioned that my thermostat was giving me trouble, explaining that the buttons to change from air to heat or even the off button did not function easily. He looked at it and said that he knew he had a newer model in the truck and he would replace it under my warranty. I know he had an extremely busy day ahead of him, and he did not plan to put in a new thermostat, but he took the time to replace the it, make sure it was running properly and then showed me how to work it. In an age when service is almost extinct Sam is a shining star. I hope Pronto appreciates him as much as I do!! Thank you, Sam

I was amazed at their ability to repair my central air conditioner on the same day as my call for service. The work was done professionally, quickly and with thoroughness that is exemplary. Work was also performed with cleanliness in mind. Recommendations on filter replacements and frequency where greatly appreciated.

My wife and I came home to a very warm house and quickly realized our A/C had gone out. We called Pronto. They were able to come out at 7:00 the next morning. They arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in less than a half hour. The technician was courteous and professional. We were completely satisfied.

We contacted Pronto for a quote on a boiler replacement and some plumbing work we needed at a rental property in south Minneapolis. First of all, there was no charge for the quote, which unlike other like companies was a nice surprise. Jeff came out to quote the boiler and Travis did our quote for the plumbing work. Well, Pronto's quote for the boiler? Lowest quote for the better boiler. The day I called to accept the quote, we were very surprised to find that they could schedule it the very next morning. The work was done like a professional. The people were all very polite and professional also. I plan on giving them the job for the plumbing work also. We were very pleased in all aspects of dealing with them. I will happily recommend them to anyone.

I needed a furnace tune up to close out a sale. Pronto has been very efficient and responsive. The cost is reasonable and the summary report after the service was very helpful.

I had a great experience. They came right on time and was very friendly and knowledgable. The job did not take very long and the price was reasonable and acceptable. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They care about their clients and it's not just about making a profit.

We have had Pronto service and maintain our heating and cooling systems for several years and have always had a positive experience. We had our fall seasonal tune-up today and were especially impressed by Chris who did our furnace check today. We found him to be personable, friendly, respectful of our home by covering his shoes every time he went in and out of the house and in removing used filters. He took extra time to show us what he did and how we could keep our humidifier clean between routine trips.

Pronto was able to service our air conditioner in a timely manner and with excellent personal service. Jake was our Pronto service technician and he was respectful, listened to my concerns, and kept me informed throughout the process. He was a delight to work with.

Our tech was friendly and efficient. He slipped booties on over his shoes when he came into the house. He was stung by a bee during his work and wasn't upset in the least about it. He chatted with us afterward. I will definitely call on Pronto again.

I purchases a brand new furnace from Pronto. From my initial phone call, to the estimate, to installation day, I was extremely please. Everyone is very friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my furnace and the company as a whole. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace.

Everything about our experience was positive - from making the appointment, to keeping us informed about timing our tech would arrive, to our actual appointment. Our tech, Keith was excellent. He told us everything we needed to know about our furnace and what we might do proactively to keep it running smooth through our long winters. Would recommend and use Pronto again.

Very satisfied with the service person and prompt response to our call. We had a thermostat that wasn't working, he found the reason and corrected it. We also had him check both of our furnaces. Definitely would call Pronto again for service.

Pronto's service was amazing! My furnace was red tagged on 12/23. I called several companies. Many were willing to send out a rep, but none could install before the holiday. Tony came out the same day to explain the different furnaces and their benefits. They installed the new furnace on Christmas eve. The installer arrived at 7:00 AM and finished around 2:00. He explained everything about the operation of the furnace and thermostat. I had just installed new carpeting and Pronto made sure it was protected. The team filled out all the paperwork for rebates from the energy companies. All I had to do is sign it and mail it. They even provided a stamped envelope. I more than highly recommend Pronto.

Not on time and extremely overpriced by 45% when compared to other local heating and AC techs in my area. Very sorry I didn't check around first.
