This is the second time I've used Pronto's service and both times were exceptional I have recommended them to at least three friends, one who bought a entire heating/AC system from them and the friends were totally satisfied with the quality of service and product

we had a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater installed last week The technicians were very prompt, polite and efficient The new equipment is much more quiet and efficient than the old The job was done in less than 8hrs

I am very happy with the work Pronto didIt was kind of a difficult job but they managed itReplacement of a "electrical board" for the air conditioner/furnace

Had a great experience with Pronto on a water heater repair The original technician accidentally damaged a part during the repair process and immediately informed me if the issue along with a sincere apology for the accidentThey immediate sourced a replacement part and worked after hours to fix the problem and in the end did not charge us for either the replacement of the damaged part OR the repair of the part the was the source of the original problemI think their response to this issue speaks the quality of Pronto and their installers

I had appointment set between pm and pm, They called at pm and asked if they could come ahead of time,that was great except I was still at work, but they were right on time at pm did the service fast and reasonable Nice job

We were having some issues with our furnace this past winter We ran into the Pronto people at the Home and Garden Show We sa time for a furnace tuas well as an air conditioner tuin May Keith came and did the furnace tune-up, told us what he did and what we need to keep an eye on He was in and out in under an hour, and the furnace is working like new I have no problem recommending Pronto to anyone

Great experience! Extremely quick response to inquiry (same day call back) for an installation of a new gas line for a conversion from an electric stove to gas I was able to set an appointment on a day and time that was convenient for me (within the same week I sent my original request) Technician was on time, courteous and did fantastic work Would highly recommend Pronto

A cold winter night, a few years back-degrees outsideour heater went outThe Pronto service rep came over and said he could get someone out on Jan 2nd....said the board was toast and no salvage ability for my heater, my wife and I would have to get space heaters for 48+ hours in a house that was already @ degrees, and hope our three boys @ the time 2, 6, and would stay warmI looked at him and asked three times if it was the "trip switch" as that happened a couple years ago and the fixed it by tapping it a couple times I pointed to it, he took it out"No it's fine, it's the board that is the issue."
He informed me it was the board and said..." There is no replacement part, your furnace is toast"Luckily I know a HVAC specialist and he just happened to be in our neighborhood that night He came over to our house (as he was at a new years party near our neighborhood) and within minutes had the HVAC unit working When I spoke to him, my HVAC guy said "If it's the board I have some that range from free on old components or $max that could get it working for you again, unless you want new OEM which might be $100+ install of $100)
It was indeed the trip switch and not the board a couple dollar part he had for free (but $100) installationLuckily Pronto was nice enough after calls, two emails, and finally threatening to call the Revdex.com...they canceled the contract for a new HVAC...That contract was for about $HVAC replacement versus the $falsely diagnosed easy fix my HVAC friend completedI was patient and gracious and asked if I could have the CEO or VP of Sales call me back and they never did, I requested a meeting three times with them just to speak candidly about my frustration, and they declined and brushed me off terselyIMO, that was a very unethical thing to do....But hey they sell the most Bryant in town, they have the best marketing, and you know where all that money now comes from They are not HVAC specialists, they are SALES specialistsI write this a couple years later, as the memory of the cold and nonsensical responses from leadership paint a story of their ridiculous sales tacticsthey make me laughFeel free to email me * ***… for a referral or any questions you may haveThey guys need to get a clue, stop focusing on winning cars from bryant and start doing service the way they should Look at their expensive marketing and know what you are are really paying for Seriously too....look at how they respond to complaints Sad to see service at such a low

Very impressed with the staff. They came when they said and made reminder calls the evening before the scheduled time. Very satisfied with the installation of the new furnance and hot water heater. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Very professional and friendly staff. Kept me updated on the progress and explained the new equipment. Very happy with the rebates offered on equipment.

We called Pronto based on reviews at Angies list and from friend's recommendation. Great service - our AC went out on a friday - they were able to schedule service for saturday afternoon. Sam was the tech who came out to look at our unit. He was prompt, very courteous, fixed the issue right away. He also checked out the unit and gave recommendations for potential issues since our unit is over 10 yrs old now. I was quite impressed that I decided to join their membership for yearly tune-ups - was a better deal than the HomeS.... program I had.
Would highly recommend Pronto for any type of HVAC work.

Excellent customer service, from the office staff to the hvac technician. Discussed my options, what was realistically the best choice, and were a pleasure to interact with. I will definately be working with pronto again.

I listen to Cities 97 and hear the Pronto ad frequently. The commercials always made me smile and gave me a good feeling about the brothers who own the company. The March special motivated me to get an estimate on my 32 year old furnace. I checked the Revdex.com and saw the A+ rating. I decided to replace my furnace and it has been a great decision. The estimate and installation went very well. Courteous and professional. They treated my house better than I do.

Pronto was extremely courteous, knowledgable and quick. They quickly assessed our non functioning AC unit (over the weekend) and eventually replaced both our AC and aging furnace.

they did a good job installing furnace, water heater, humidifier and a/c.

Pronto was available to service our water heater on the weekend, was prompt and helpful. We had no hot water so we appreciated their being available. Service was quick and knowledgeable.

My main AC unit died in a heat wave of course! I was able to schedule a appointment with Pronto same day I called due to a cancellation. They were totally booked the next day for installation but the representative tried very hard to get have me squeezed in. The following morning they were at my door bright and early and the unit was working before the main heat of the day. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough company to work with.

These guys were friendly, efficient, affordable, and all around great!! I highly recommend them!!

Called for their AC service and needed specific times so I wouldn't have to take off work. Their evening service window was perfect and the scheduler worked hard to be sure it fit into my schedule! They called 15 mins before the tech arrived to let me know he was on his way. The service tech was professional and quick and explained all he did. I would recommend Pronto to others!

Great service! Theo my technician did a great job. He explained everything and went over the work he completed. Very professional- will continue to use Pronto in the future
