After reviewing the account, the local office has decided to credit the remaining $to a zero balance

The customer will need to make the payment and the account will be current

Not acceptable! $is not acceptable for $lost vacation time. The representative on the phone said the problem was with me and NOT an area outage If it was an area outage, I wouldn't to have to take 1/a days vacation

Ms*** cable account was soft-disconnected on 10/due to nonpayment and called inCustomer was explained that a payment of $was needed to keep from being totally disconnectedNo payment was received, so the account was totally disconnectedMs*** called in again and was told
we would waive the $reconnection fee but would need to pay her full balance and 1st month (to keep from being delinquent again)Ms*** hung up on CSR. Since her account is set up for paperless billing, notices on her cable account balance due would be sent to her email address of ***@gmail.comToday, Friday, November 17th, our Customer Service Manager from our local office tried to call Ms*** but no answer and voicemail is not set upThank you Cable ONE

Refund was processed and check should arrive within a week

Cable ONE responded to a Trouble Call on Augto Mr*** home in which the Technician replaced all connectors, splitters and ground blockOur Technician ran a Speed Test from his laptop which was hardwired directly to the modem and had not issues with connectivity or speedThe
Technician did say that when the customer ran a speed test via their equipment, the speed were not consistent with our hardwired wired to the modemIt was determined that there may be an issue with the customer own equipment/networkMrNelson called in again on Aug18th, Cable ONE called back with a direct number for the customer to call backReceived a call on Augthat MrNelson was having latency issuesOn August 24th Cable ONE issued a 1/month credit for the continual latency issue; September 5th Cable ONE changed out the modem and Cable ONE issued a month credit for the internet serviceThank You, Cable ONE

Our local office contacted this customer and explained the following several weeks ago: He was on the Elite bundle @ plus a que/mini/modem and DVP and received the $loyalty credit for months He downgraded to Video and Hsd This current bill he has for $includes the prorate for July but does not reflect adjustments that were made to his account of which is also the current credit balance he hasThe price for HSD/TV would be $plus his equipment, Que $Mini Modem 8.00, DVP so he will be at $plus tax/fees What he owes was explained in detail

The local office is trying to contact the customer and setup a time to get the equipment and make arrangements to resolve the account

The cable will be buried by July 29th

On 12/28, we dispatched a tech to the home and identified several wiring issues in the apartmentMost of the issues was fixed except for the outlet in the bedroomThe tech was unable to get to it because of all of the stuff in the wayCustomer refused to clear out a path, therefore we
were not able to fix that outlet
