At this point, Mr***’s account information was sent to our collections agencySometime in late April, 2015, Mr*** contacted Cable One about this errorOn 04/27, after being alerted to the mistake, Cable One put a stop payment on the check On 4/29/15, Cable One contacted our
collections agency and requested that Mr***’s debt be cleared in their systemAt this point, the collections process should have ceasedUpon receipt of this complaint today, Cable One has reached out to the collections agency once again to ensure that Mr***’s debt with Cable One has been clearedBecause the collections agency only had Mr***’s account in their system for just over a month, this should not adversely affect Mr***’s credit reportWe are sincerely sorry for the mistake made on Mr***’s account with Cable OneWe feel we’ve done our due diligence to get this resolved to Mr***’s satisfaction

There are a couple of issues, please allow me to address eachEquipment failureA device outside the customer home failed recently, which resulted in the outage (no service)This has been replaced and is now working fineIntermittent loss of signalThe customer has a wireless router which
is saturated by use within the homeWe have suggested that the customer review their network setup and address the additional demand of usage

The $is after I cancelled my accountAfter they applied my deposit to my account balance So the problem has not been resolved because I had to go to a different company for service

Cable One moved to a new Email providerThe customer issues are a result of thisWe contacted the new provider and believe the issues are resolvedOur technical Call Center left several messages with the customer but has not received a reply

The local office went out to check the cable etcAll was in working orderAfter the initial troubleshooting over the phone, it was determined the issues were behind the customer's network not the speed to the networkThe local office tried to reach the customer although they have already
disconnected

We can only help the customer if the decide to work with usWe again, offer the opportunity work with her is she would respond directly

I received a phone call from a Cable One representative to discuss my issues and a service visit to resolve them. The service technician removed an old analog filter that was on my line and replaced the cable from the box to the house. Big thanks to both Cable One employees for the great customer service and a positive service experience

Cable ONE has reviewed the account and based on previous delinquent history with the complainant, Cable ONE is not going to waive the Reconnect nor deposit feesNotices were sent on June & July via email of declined EPay notices, which he did receive as complainant had brought one of them
with him into the Local OfficeE-Statements also were sentOur customer support for payments is open 24/7, as well as our toll free numbers M-F 8-am-7pm CST for assistanceCable ONE also mentioned on our monthly cable statements just under the amount due the wording "Your delinquent balance must be paid immediately or your service may be disconnected without further noticeThank You
