Protein Milkshake Bar

Very concerning that for over 6 months they have been out of stock. They always say when you call that they will have more in a couple of weeks and that hasn’t happened as of yet. Kept checking their website and a different one other than the only one they had which was cupcake became available. Ordered and paid. The next couple of days I received an email saying out of stock and was put on waiting list. Several months went by and still no product so I cancelled. They never will give you an answer which makes me uneasy as to what may be going on.

I've been a customer since they started They are a VERY small company People are so used to dealing with places like Amazon that have phone support 24/7/that they don't grasp that you have to look around on their website, fill out a small "contact us" form and wait a couple of days for someone to get back to you rather than the instant cs they are used to They don't have a place online to cancel It's not the best designed website in history They make protein shakes, not websites They don't always have all products in stock It's made in batches They let you know when to expect it If you are missing a sample, they will snail mail it to you To me, the taste is worth it They are one of the three brands I use for protein shakes and there has only been one flavor that didn't wow me so far If you don't like dealing with small independent companies, this isn't the place for you

So far, my experience has been greatI have ordered, they were out of stock of my requested flavorBut they made sure to email me with a couple goodies and the option to change to another flavor if I didn't want to wait, which I gladly did, and got my substitution shipped right awayThese shakes are well known and deliciousAbsolutely recommend

I ordered a sample pack and the company informed they were behind due to volumeI was concerned, however I continued to get emails informing of the progressAfter two weeks of no product I voiced my concerns and they offered to send me something else for an apology that would arrive earlier than my original purchaseI dealt with a customer care representative that was quick, efficient, and polite despite my frustrations

I absolutely LOVE Protein Milkshake BarI’ve gotten both the cupcake batter and pumpkin flavor and love bothThe shakes are great for bothe meal replacements and curbing my sweet toothI can’t wait to try all the flavors :)

I mix it with unsweetened almond milk or waterFlavors are amazing and macros can’t be beat! By far my favorite protein powder!
