I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 I went on [redacted] and viewed their profile and there is nothing but complaints on several posts that people are having the same issues not receiving orders and getting no follow up from the customer service departmen. I feel I should be compensated in product and the product that I paid for their product is not cheap. I have been reaching out since then and they contacted me and stated my product was on its way. I then trusted them and cancelled my initial complaint with the Revdex.com ([redacted]) assuming they were going to follow through. That did not happen. I have yet to receive my product it has been one excuse after another...on February 6th I was sent this message: Chloé Grace (ProteinMilkshake) Feb 6, 8:33 AM PST Hi [redacted]! We were unable to locate them so our manufacturer has shipped us a fresh batch. We should have them in stock by the end of the week then ship yours right after. I check in on February11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 21 and 23rd with NO reply!!! I want my product and the free items they offered me for all these issues. I have friends that are receiving the same kind of service. I feel awful for them as well cause I referred them to this ridiculous company!!!

Hello - I apologize I did not get these notifications about this complaint. I'm not sure if an employee forgot to send it to me or if got blocked in SPAM.We shipped the customer her order within the time frame mentioned, and believed her issue was resolved.Please see tracking numbers for the order...

The complaint has been resolved BUT there was no refund made per what they are saying. They re sent a new package and charged my CC.
