I've been a customer since they started They are a VERY small company People are so used to dealing with places like Amazon that have phone support 24/7/that they don't grasp that you have to look around on their website, fill out a small "contact us" form and wait a couple of days for someone to get back to you rather than the instant cs they are used to They don't have a place online to cancel It's not the best designed website in history They make protein shakes, not websites They don't always have all products in stock It's made in batches They let you know when to expect it If you are missing a sample, they will snail mail it to you To me, the taste is worth it They are one of the three brands I use for protein shakes and there has only been one flavor that didn't wow me so far If you don't like dealing with small independent companies, this isn't the place for you

The cupcake batter is the best! I use it for weight loss and to maintain in fruit smoothiesI've tried quite a few protein shakes and this is my favorite ??
I love absolutely love the cupcake batter! I make a morning smoothie with it with Trader Joe's Blueberry Almond Milk and fresh strawberries and blueberries and it is the absolute best! My trainer even approved of it :)

I have fell in love with Protien Milkshake! I have had a Bariatric Surgery and there is very limited options when it comes to finding the right shakes that have the protien I need, no sugar and caloriesAlso, ones that make me full and gives me the nutrition I needThe flavors are amazing compared to other brandsI take these shakes for breakfast and lunch everydayThey are easy and filling and they keep on track to reach my goalsIt hasn't been peaches and cream ordering these shakes but they have an amazing customer service team and have always made up for an inconvenience I have occurredI have just ordered another pounds and cant wait to receive them??

I love this protein powder! The vegan protein -- especially the unflavored one -- fits well into my diet routine and helps me boost my smoothies after my workouts without adding any of the extra added sugars and scary ingredients in a lot of other protein powdersSometimes the flavor can be a little chalky, but when you mix it with the right stuff (I like banana, peanut butter and almond milk) it's actually really good

I signeed up for a monthly plan on receiving a protein powder time a month in April They charge me a month for product and said product is supposed to be sentThey never have the product I ordered in, so they charge me monthly and then never send me anythingSeveral months of this nowI've received refund, requested abother refund times now and nothingworSt businessif you don't have a product then you don't have a business!

I had a few issues with my order, but the customer service rep got my order fixed and had it shipped to me in a timely manner
