I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks nowI have contacted them via email to everyone they provide and via phoneNo one respondsToday they decided to ship an unauthorized order and charge my credit cardI would like someone to call me and would like a refundTerrible business practice when you can't reach their customer service and no one responds to your complaintsThey don't provide and option to cancel memberships on line, only to change delivery, credit card info and mailing addressI want a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed and paid for an order and only received half of itAfter several emails and phone calls, I still have heard nothing! They say that your business is important to them and they will get back to you within hours and yet I have been waiting for weeks! This has been a waste of my time and energy and can’t understand how anyone can conduct a business in this manner I want my money back and never want to order from them again, however I am trying to cancel my auto ship and you can’t do it onlineHow are you suppose to cancel when nobody gets back to you!!!! This company is pathetic and I am only taking the time to write this in hopes that I can save someone else from making the mistake and ordering from them

I really enjoy ProteinMilkshakeBar, their flavors are deliciousThe shakes are reasonably priced and customer service always responds quickly (24-hours)The reason I only gave stars is because ProteinMilkshakeBar's site allows you to purchase MilkShake flavors that are out of stockYou will either be offered a substitution (limited flavors), placed on a waiting list (can sometimes take very long to receive), or a refundThis is disappointing when you desire/are out of what you were reordering

Protein milkshake bar is by far the best tasting protein shake I ever hadNo jokeAnd not only that, I love the ingredients and it also helps me to burn fat

I am a new client to Protein Milkshake Bar, as I have just recently began meal prep and using protein shakes in my dietA friend recommended this product to me, and gave me a few samples of this productNot only does it taste amazing, but compared to other proteins I've tried in the past, it seems very low in carbs, high in protein, and great flavorThey also are very quick to respond to my questions and seem very sincere in their responsesWould definitely recommend this products to others!

I see this shakes as a treat, they’ve helped me with my sweet tooth cravings and helping maintain a good balanced dietThat’s why I’m alwaya sharing my love for this brand I’ve got my husband, friends and family into this shakes cause they have a good amount of protein without the tick consistency and the crazy amount of carbs that other shakes have???? Love the creative and seasonal flavorsIt has such a great taste, no aftertasteI really like the fact it is sweetened with stevia and lower in carbs than some other brands

I love the flavor of the milk shake the texture is just right although it sort of clingâ??s to my teeth but a little more shake boom itâ??s gone
My BIGGEST complaint is the HORRIBLE after taste of (Stevia )
With out the stevia in the shake mix it would be absolutely yummy! Perhaps in the future you could make it with honey or beet juice or any fruit juice would make protein shake OUTSTANDING!!!!!

This company has on repeated occasion offered products for sale and charged my credit card only not to actually have the product An extensive email history documenting this is available upon request Company provides no direct communication means outside of an email that is eventually returned and penned by "***." Charges are made to my credit card and then offered other products offered Constantly an issue with this company

These are the best-tasting protein powder I've tried! They combine really well with almond milk - no chunks at allMy favorites (in this order) are: strawberry shortcake, cinnamon bun, and pumpkin pie??

I went on *** and viewed their profile and there is nothing but complaints on several posts that people are having the same issues not receiving orders and getting no follow up from the customer service departmenI feel I should be compensated in product and the product that I paid for their product is not cheapI have been reaching out since then and they contacted me and stated my product was on its wayI then trusted them and cancelled my initial complaint with the Revdex.com (***) assuming they were going to follow throughThat did not happenI have yet to receive my product it has been one excuse after another...on February 6th I was sent this message: Chloé Grace (ProteinMilkshake) Feb 6, 8:AM PST Hi ***! We were unable to locate them so our manufacturer has shipped us a fresh batchWe should have them in stock by the end of the week then ship yours right afterI check in on February11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 23rd with NO reply!!! I want my product and the free items they offered me for all these issuesI have friends that are receiving the same kind of serviceI feel awful for them as well cause I referred them to this ridiculous company!!!

Hello - a refund was issued after package that was shipped was damaged in transit by FedEX.
