I am writing in regards to the above-mentioned complaint. The receipt number Ms. [redacted] provided in her complaint has been reported as belonging to a stolen PS Circulation sales receipt. The independent contractor listed in Ms. [redacted]' complaint, [redacted]s Mayhue, used to be authorized to clear...

orders through PS Circulation. However, Mr. [redacted] agreement to clear orders through PS Circulation was terminated on April 5th, 2013. Any orders placed with [redacted]s Mayhue under the name of PS Circulation after the date of April 5, 2013 are fraudulent orders and were not authorized by PS Circulation. As such, Ms. [redacted]' order was never received for processing nor did PS Circulation receive any funds for the order. We will be happy to honor the subscription to Showboats International Magazine that Ms. [redacted] indicates was ordered and would expect delivery of the first issue within 8-16 weeks. We would also suggest that Ms. [redacted] contact her local law enforcement agency to file a report against the individual who fraudulently solicited her using our Company's information. I just had a salesman from PS Circulation LLC come to my door selling magazine subscriptions. I willl not usually buy from someone knocking on my door, but he told me his personal story of addiction recovery and I was moved. I truly believed him and applauded his efforts to live a straight life. I trust that I will receive my subscription in a few months, but also feel fine if I don’t because I still feel like I helped someone who deserved it.

I ordered magazines from PS Circulation LLC but on my paperwork they are out of Bradenton FL. When I ordered 2 different magazines and I never received 1 of them and the other comes not very often. What can I do about this because they won't answer my calls or my fax's that I have sent. I paid over $400 for these 2 magazines and it doesn't even say for how long I was suppose to get them. But this seems like a lot of money and not to get what I paid for.

Two African American knocked on my door, and started talking with me. I had no idea what was going on; the mentioned something about voting. So I didn't close the door on them. They told me that they are training to work, and having personal interactions and conversations to get better at their people skills. SO I let them keep talking to me. They kept asking me weird questions like do I dance? Is this my house? How old am I? In the end they told me to look at a list of magazines (I was still unsure what they wanted). They said my neighbor had done it. I asked if it was a donation- they said no donations. Then they asked me to buy magazines, either for myself or as a gift for organizations that could use them. I felt pressured, and wanted to do a good deed. They told me I could cancel and gave me a receipt. Like a dummy, I wrote them a check for the cheapest amount $59 ($15 taxes and fees). They told me they make a commission off of the subscription and that its a reduced price. Afterwards, I had a bad feeling and googled them. Sure enough, they're a scam. I immediately canceled my payment and I am going to close my account. I also sent in my cancelation request form. My guess is that they won't respond. So if this happens to you- CANCEL YOUR CHECK IMMEDIATELY!!

I feel so dumb! I cant believe I fell for it, wow. The hwole things SUCH a scam- its obvious from the beginning. They prey on gullible people like me; be weary. They're in Chicago Illinois.

Last Thursday 5/15/2014, a black male in his mid to late twenties with 3-4 inch long dreadlocks, stopped by the house around noon when my husband was home for lunch. He was extremely persistent and would not take no for an answer. He only left when my husband had to get in his car to go back to work. My husband, [redacted], shared the details of the conversation with me, so that I would be aware and not engage in conversation with him.

That evening, around 8:40, the solicitor came back to our residence. The front door was open to allow the cool breeze to flow. He started talking through the door, which startled my daughter and I. I went to the front door and simply stated we are not interested, we do not accept solicitors (he kept saying, "But I want to see [redacted]"), and [redacted] is not interested either. I closed and locked the door.

Instead of leaving, he began knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell repeatedly. We decided to turn the lights out as further evidence that we were not interested. Instead of getting the clue, he began shouting through the door and knocking on the front room window and saying, "I know you're in there. You're not fooling anyone. Come on, I just want to talk to [redacted]. Open up now."

My 8 year old son (who had been sleeping) came down the hall with nervous tears wondering what was the matter. The knocking and yelling was so loud, he thought it was a burglar. I asked my daughter to watch him and realized that the solicitor was not going to be leaving anytime soon.

I went to the front door and said, "This is enough. Either you need to leave or I will have to call the police." He said he wasn't going anywhere. I grabbed my phone, dialed [redacted], showing him, and said, "Are you really going to make me call [redacted]?" He continued to try to engage me in conversation.

I put the dispatch on speaker and proceeded to give the description. The dispatcher explained that he had already received two complaints from our neighborhood. The entire phone call, the solicitor tried to continue to engage in conversation and even helped provide a description. It wasn't until dispatch said they would send a unit that he finally left our property.

Our whole family was so disturbed by the whole situation. This solicitor violated our privacy and interrupted our peace. My children are afraid to be home alone as am I afraid to be home by myself. This company is very shady and the tactics they use are abusive and should be punished.

I am writing in regards to the above-mentioned complaint.   We were unable to process Ms. [redacted]'s order for Readers Digest Magazine.  A letter explaining this along with a choice ofaltemate magazines was sent to Ms. [redacted] on October 15, 2013.  We will be happy to accept this...

complaint as Ms. [redacted]'s request for a refund in lieu of choosing replacement magazines.   A refund check in the amount of$95.00 will be mailed to Ms. [redacted] for this purpose.  A copy of the refund check has also been enclosed for your records.  If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.
