Hello. My name is [redacted] and I was hoodwinked by a gentleman going by the name of Brian S[redacted]. He visited my home on September 7 ,2016. I purchased a gift subscription. Then I cancelled my order. Low and behold the che k cleared my bank 9/17. This group. Sends a bunch of hustlers door to door usually during dinner hour. They talk a smooth game. Always say they are from out of state. This kid said born and raised in Chicago but had zero accent. These people are garbage. Shut the door in their face and move on. Don't be a fool.

RE: [redacted] - ID# [redacted]

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing in response to the above-mentioned complaint. We have received the requested information from Ms. [redacted] and have located her order. It appears that there was an error in the processing of Ms. [redacted]'s order. Due to the circumstances, we feel that refunding Ms. [redacted] for the total amount paid for her order would be an acceptable resolution to this matter. A check in the amount of $107.00 has been enclosed for this purpose. If any further information is needed please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

RE: [redacted] - ID# [redacted]

I am writing...

in regards to the above mentioned complaint. It appears that there was an error in the processing of Ms. [redacted]'s order. You see, our records indicate that Ms. [redacted]'s order was for magazines and not children's books or play kits as indicated in her complaint. Due to the circumstances, we feel that the best resolution to this matter would be to provide Ms. [redacted] with a refund of her order. I have enclosed a check in the amount of $95.00 for this purpose. If any further information is needed, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Last summer a really awesome guy came to my home to sell magazines. I did not need any for myself, however the guy told me I could select a couple to send to local Boys and Girls Club. So, time goes by and I notice the magazines all in my recycling cabinet. My daughter thought they were junk mail. I contacted the company, told them what happened, the asked me to send a copy of my check and the receipt and within 7 days I had a full refund. I was honestly shocked.

I am writing in regards to the above-mentioned complaint. The receipt number Mr. [redacted] provided in his complaint has been reported as belonging to a stolen PS Circulation sales receipt. We have had numerous other individuals contact us that were also given this same receipt number in unauthorized...

and fraudulent orders. As such, Mr. [redacted] order was never received for processing nor did PS Circulation receive any funds for the order.  We will be happy to honor the subscription to Garden & Gun Magazine that Mr. [redacted] indicates was ordered and would expect delivery of the first issue within 8-16 weeks.  We would also suggest that Mr. [redacted] contact his local law enforcement agency to file a report against the individual who fraudulently solicited Mr. [redacted] using our Company's information. If any further information is needed, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely, [redacted]

We were

unable to process Mr. [redacted]'s order for Taste of Home Magazine. A letter

explaining this along with a choice of alternate magazines was sent to Mr. [redacted]

on October 15, 2013. We received Mr. [redacted]'s request for a refund in lieu of

choosing replacement magazines on November 8, 2013. A letter requesting proof

of payment in order to process Mr. [redacted]'s refund request was mailed out the

same day. We have not received the requested proof of payment documentation

from Mr. [redacted] as of the date of this letter. We will accept this complaint as

Mr. [redacted]'s proof of payment by check in the amount of $75.00 and have processed

his refund. A check in the amount of $75.00 has been enclosed for this purpose.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.

RE: [redacted] - ID#[redacted]

I am writing in regards to the above-mentioned complaint. We have contacted Ms. [redacted] directly...

concerning this matter and have obtained the required proof of payment documentation needed to process her refund request.   I have enclosed a check in the amount of $40.00 for this purpose. If any further information is needed, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait  for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. However, the address PS Circulation LLC has listed for the mailing address for the Nutrition Today Magazine is incorrect:  it should read J[redacted].  If PS Circulation had a functioning website, and even a telephone # for contact, I would not have needed to contact the Revdex.com.  As it is, if you read the reply from PS Circulation, there is no telephone # or email address to contact the individual who replied and indicated the magazine would be mailed (as per his reply- to the wrong address!)  I will never purchase another magazine from a door to door vendor. Buyer definately beware.  Even if the young person seems very sincere, they are either misled, or very good at presenting a good front.

circumstances, we feel that the best

Sincerely,

I am writing in response to the above-mentioned complaint. Our records indicate that on August 12, 2013, Ms. [redacted] purchased a subscription to Nutrition Today Magazine. As indicated on our sales receipts, we advise to allow 120 days for delivery of the first issue. At the time that Ms. [redacted] had...

submitted this complaint, she had not yet allowed the proper time stated on our sales receipts for delivery. Ms. [redacted] order has been completely processed and we have confirmed with Nutrition Today that her subscription starts with the December 2013 issue which should arrive by December 15, 2013. The recipient we have on file for delivery for Ms. [redacted] magazine is as follows:[redacted]At this time we shall consider this matter closed. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,[redacted]

2 salespeople from PS Circulation came to my door last night selling magazine subscriptions. Initially, I agreed, but the cost was too much. Eventually, I agreed to a subscription for $100. I signed a receipt and wrote out a check. In the end, I did not by the subscription. I read numerous complaints online with similar situations. I am concerned that he has my name and address, and might send a bill.

+1

The internal scam-o-meter in my brain was on full blast as I listened to the 2 kids at my door pitching the hardship of their life stories and the redemptive power of the almighty magazine subscription. I listened, challenged them a bit, got them past their well practiced talking points and into a more natural conversation. Ultimately I decided order an extension on an existing subscription of mine.
Did I consider cancelling the check once the door closed? Yup. But it was only $40 and I really liked these two guys and wanted to believe them.
Happy to report I just called the magazine subscription line for my publication and was told they did indeed receive an order for extension of my magazine for the coming 2 years!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Dear Ms....

[redacted],I would like to reopen complaint # [redacted].As expected, I only received 1 issue on the magazine Boating World  (2 year subscription).I originally was seeking reimbursement  for the purchase of the magazine, ( $ 59.00 ), so that Iwould not have to e-mail you 24 times.PS Circulations unfortunately did not prove me wrong, I expected to have future problems with the delivery of the magazines.I received the August magazine, but nothing after that.I would greatly appreciate if you could assist me in the full refund, as I don’t think either of us wants to continually deal with this problem over the next two years. This company has shown their colors and should be run out of town. If anything, a message, article in the newspaper, or broadcast should warn the public of this deceptive company.Anything you could do to help would be appreciated.Regards,[redacted]

I am writing in response to the above-mentioned complaint. We have confirmed with Entrepreneur Magazine that Ms. [redacted] subscription has been processed and started with the July 2013 issue. Ms. [redacted] subscription will expire with the June 2015 issue and her account number with Entrepreneur...

Magazine is [redacted]. We have also enclosed a copy of Ms. [redacted] account summary with Entrepreneur Magazine for your review. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
