My wife found a website for a weight loss supplement called Pure Garcinia Elite containing Garcinia Camogia, a fruit extract widely heralded by DrOz on television to work miracles for weight lossThe website claimed to be a free trial where you pay the shipping and handling and then pay nothing else for your first bottle of the supplementLittle did my wife know, when you order the day supply, if you don't cancel within days from the original purchase date, you will be charged $87.90, you will be signed up for an auto shipping service and continually billed for the supplementFortunately for us, we have a very good financial institution which put a stop payment on our account and sent us a new bank card to prevent further charges from this companyThey seem to market on hype with little to know real proof to support their claims and use what seems to be very underhanded and sneaky methods to take money from peopleWhen talking to the Customer Support MANAGER at the company, my wife was belittled, screamed at, and insultedThey didn't seem to care about their company's possible wrong doing or the customer's satisfaction

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Stating that a day trial starts the date an order is placed is both misleading and disingenuous If a product is to work in a day period, then a true days should be allowed for proper trials This is an underhanded way to get payment for a product that does not have the expected results As far as the reduced rate, I was offered a reduced rate for the FUTURE auto shipments The young lady specifically stated that NO refunds would be given.

The company never provided shipping confirmation so I never knew when the ordered shippedIt took the item more than their "days" to ship so I only had the product for two days before being charged the additional $Because I never received shipping or even order confirmation, I never knew how to cancel, where to cancel, or when to cancelThe terms state days plus shipping but they advertise a "free trial" and "days." When I contacted the company, they tried to threaten not giving me my rightful refund if I decided to file a complaintFiling a complaint is completely my choiceTheir are being deceitful in how the deal with customers and how they advertiseA total scam!

Company charged me $on 5-26-16, 7-1-and again on 8-1- The 2nd and 3rd charges were AFTER I had closed the original credit card number and received a new one Apparently they were able to link to my new card number I did receive one credit on August 4, 2016, for $87.31, but have NOT received credit for the unauthorized charges on May and July 1, Calls I received on August 4th were harassing and threatening After answering several times, I told the man I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and hung up I received additional calls after this that I did not answer and one voicemail stating I would receive a refund and my account would be closed While I did receive a refund for one charge, I am still owed for the unauthorized charges in May and July I have phone records of my calls to and from this company if needed The "recording" of the call where I supposedly agreed to monthly shipments has never been provided because it simply does not exist I repeatedly asked the man on the phone when I placed the original order for $if there would be any additional shipments or charges and I was repeatedly told no I am still owed $from this company

(2) I did order the first Garcinia trial-sample and entered a complaint about this yesterdayI appreciate the suggested refund for payments, but there were in fact payments taken from my credit card, each for $ on the dates mentioned in my complaint: 01/03, 01/ 02/28, 03/and 04/29. (3) I adjusted my complaint yesterday when I realized that the business had also charged my credit card illegally for a second product, never ordered by me: Pure Body Elite, also paymentsThese payments also need to be addressed please: $ on the dates entered into the complaint: 01/03, 01/ 02,28, 03/and 04/30.Thanks for helping to get a resolution on all the sums that were scammed from me.
